Although our relationship started out a little shaky with Az. Patio Furn. because of the current pandemic situation the owner was kind enough to get evolved and make sure we felt secure in our purchase. As a business owner myself I appreciate it when a fellow owner takes pride in his or her company and goes the extra mile to make the costumer feel special. We can not wait to see our new beautiful furniture when it arrives.

Wow is all I can say! I met with Darlene at the Scottsdale Location she was wonderful from the moment I walked into the show room. I knew what I wanted but didnt know the color schemes I wanted to go with. Darlene was so patient, she helped me go through all the options for my back yard. The order arrived and we received the wrong table top, you would think this would be a painful process to fix. Darlene and AZ Iron remade my table and brought the new one out. I can honestly say this was a very fun customer service experience. Thanks so much Darlene you have a loyal customer for life

Ordered new cushions for existing patio furniture frames and VERY happy with the result. Quality materials and great craftmanship make a great product. Customer service was also Super- they let me know there was no cost difference between the 4 and 5 foam and made sure of exactly what I wanted. The new cushions look great and are super comfortable.

We just had 12 replacement chair cushions made by AZ Ironworks and are So Happy with the perfect workmanship! The cushions are 3 sets of 4 requiring specific sizing for each set and Darlene’s precise description on our order resulted in perfect fit of each set. Thank you so much Darlene for your assistance!

This just may be one of the best local companies in the Valley! Their customer service and their quality of work is second to none.My wife and I originally bought two different patio furniture sets from Costco, and ended up having to return both by 6 months because of the quality not holding up. We were afraid to buy anything else knowing that our Arizona weather just destroys patio furniture. After doing some research my wife came across AZ Iron patio furniture and we decided to visit the Glendale Showroom because their website said they had life time guarantees on their frames. We were very impressed and we pulled the trigger! Although we spent more on this furniture then both sets we got from Costco, we feel that we made a life time investment! Our experiences with AZ Iron furniture since then have been stellar! We did have some warranty work done a little bit later, but again they stand behind their product! Working with their team was easy, no hassles no headaches. They truly stand by their product! They take care of their customers, and they have been a pleasure to work with. I want to recommend this patio furniture, we have tried various other pieces with disappointing results. Over the last 7 years we have been adding a piece at a time and you cant tell the difference between them. The store was clean and nicely organized. We had multiple questions regarding the furniture. The woman that was helping us was very knowledgeable. The gentleman that delivered our piece was very pleasant to work with. A great company to work with.

These guys make beautiful, custom, high quality furniture. After purchasing a home with several of their pieces, we kept going back for more. We couldn’t be happier with the durability and style. Also highly recommend the furniture covers if your items are exposed the the AZ sun for extended periods. Phil is super responsive and friendly — he’ll make sure you’re happy with your purchases.

Darlene was very helpful from the first time we walked into the store.She took the time out to work with us to choose the best fabric and decide on the color scheme for our backyard.I usually order items online but Darlene made our experience exceptional.She also is willing to work with us on the delivery date because we are in the process of getting a pool installed.Great customer service and great products.I recommend this store and products to anyone who wants consistent high quality product for the price and outstanding customer service.

I have edited this review based on the level of service I received within 30 min of my previous review. Every company makes mistakes, every employee has a bad day. I was explained by the owner the issue with my order. He was very apologetic and was able to bump up my new delivery. I’d like to note there was some communication issue on my part that might have caused my deliver being a week late. Buy from this company! They are greatI have ordered from this company before with zero mistakes. My latest score is based on my outdoor dining set order. My delivery was scheduled from 12-2pm on feb 28th. I was called twice prior to my delivery to confirm I would be able to be home during my window. 15min before my delivery time I was called and told my table had an issue. My problem with this is not my delay. My problem is companies that call to confirm yet have no idea if my order is ready. Now I have to wait another week for something I have already waited 8-10 weeks for. I am unsure what caused the issue. Is my 7k order like new? Or was it damaged and is now being adjusted. Why was this not seen before when I was called to schedule? No compensation was volunteered. No expedited delivery or sense of a rush to complete was offered. I understand problems happen. You guys need to work on your customer service and they ways you communicate these issues.

Tremendous customer service. Custom replacement cushions for our chairs, very well made. We have a curved wall behind our fire pit and they made a beautiful set of cushions that fit perfectly!

Attractive, quality product for a great price. Very comfortable also wide enough for bigger people. I receive Free Delivery and Setup in my Phoenix Home. Overall, the chairs are good, and nice looking for any space. The cushions are very comfortable and 10% off they gave me for there celebrating 10 Years in AZ sell going on for all cushions !

Searched forever looking for the perfect patio set. Counter height bar stools that swivel looks very lovely and completely met my expectations. Just the right size for my bar height ! I did pay for one of your 30 motorized awning. I pick a red out thats was from Sunbrella fabrics. Gave me FREE delivery and setup on my new awning.

Curtains I hade them custom made in a deep dark blue from Sunbrella fabrics.Me and my wife pick the color out to go whit our cushions in the sun room area by the pool.We have a love seat, two couches, and one sectional sofa.Around a area in the sun room the dark blue is the one we replaced the old set whit.Customer service are extremely nice & want to make sure you are happy!!!Highly recommended.5 stars for you !Thank you very much.Appreciate.

I looked all over for a sectional that would fit my small patio area. This one is the perfect size! It is good quality for the price and very comfortable.

We ordered a sofa, 2 chairs, a large ottoman and a stone top side table from Arizona Iron Works - we were able to alter the dimensions to fit our space. The iron workmanship is beautiful - welds are even, powdercoat is perfect. There are also levelers under each foot. We had a detailed order and everything arrived as specified. Mixed and matched pattern and texture with sunbrella fabrics, I feel like I have a set that belongs at a resort :) Phil was great to work with. Delivery was on time, the men were efficient and very polite, great experience from start to finish. I am now having Arizona Iron Works make a few cushions for my bar chairs and firepit.

My Indiana family visited me in Arizona for the first time! We spent every night out on the patio with my new fire 🔥 table, smores and wonderful conversation! I definitely want to recommend getting a fire🔥 table !

Not really sure how this place has so many good reviews but i can tell you from my experience the customer service is by far extremely terrible. They ignore you when you walk in the door, and after trying to flag down the lady to ask questions regarding price and availability we were completely ignored. We walk up to her and she said she would be with us in a couple minutes. we patiently went and waited for 20+ minutes and then asked again for help. She again said ill be right with you. 5 more minutes and we just walked out. Our money was apparently not good enough for them, or the lady was a complete nitwit

The sales experience was good, the price was good, it came in sooner than expected and the delivery guys were great. Our second experience with these folks in 4 years and they were as good as ever!!!

I have been looking for a canopy bed like this for a few weeks.I decided on this canopy bed whit purple sunbrella canopy fabric and sunbrella pink fabric on my pillows. I then ask for memory foam cushions to be red-violet sunbrella fabric .I wanted the sunbrella fabric so the fabric wouldnt fade.I got a call from the delivery guy letting me know when he will be here. Overall this daybed is a plus to any yard.I am very pleased !I really appreciate your time you put in to this for me.Thanks for free delivery and setup my canopy bedThey have absolutely the best customer service.
