Large selection with way reasonable prices. Their employees are very helpful. No hiking boots but for any other kind of shoe, this is the place to go.

Ordered a pair of sandals online for my birthday and the shoe box was right size but the sandal was a size smaller. Trying to get ahold of the store to see about an exchange is an act of congress. Very disappointed.

Super helpful. Couldnt find my size in store so the cashier looked for it on line and had it shipped to my house.

I bought some shoes here not to long ago that were good looking and very comfortable.

I found the shoes I wanted, but when i went to check out their price was more than the sign stated. I asked about the price difference and all I got was an apathetic response people move the shoes around.

Processed my return, no questions. Lots of selection. Need more than two check out registers, line was long and slow. Maybe the manager rushing everyone to finish cuz the store was closing could get the people in line ready for check out by looking at each shoe, etc like they do when you check out. You know, get them ready so it goes faster when you get to the front. Duh, we are rushing to make our selections to...what? wait in line??? Youre still gonna have to stay late if we are waiting in line, Ms. Manager so help with the line or quit rushing us. thank you.

Good Place, got two of my Grandsons shoes for school. Staff was pleasant, store was clean.

I was honestly shocked to find that the pair of sketchers sandals I considered purchasing at Famous Footwear was nearly $20 cheaper at the sketchers outlet store right there at Tanger! I was slightly disappointed overall in the availability of size 7.5 in any selection.

I live 2 hours away from this store. I bought shoes there and they gave me the wrong size with the right shoe box. I’ve been trying to call them for the last 30 minutes and they keep answering the call and hanging up on me!! When I call back they pick the call up and put it on hold without saying anything! If they’re busy, the least they can do is say something!!! So unprofessional!!!

Selection is okay. Customer service was great. After my bad experience at the Skechers store down the way, the lady here helped me find a new pair of shoes.

Its a bit too pricey for the value. Bought a nicer shoe at nike for cheaper, yes thats the truth!

Went in this store with my friend and my son as soon as I get in the store I got to the kids section this lady starts following I told her I didnt need help and she said oh okay and I turn the Corner a few moments later and BAM there she was looking at me meanwhile my friend who actually needed help was in the front, looking for someone then I go find her and guess what !? THERE IRMA again asking me if I needed help AGAIN !!!! IRMA IS AWFUL I WORKED RETAIL I UNDERSTAND PPL STEAL BUT YOU CANNOT JUST GO AROUND FOLLOWING PPL !!!! She needs some training I will never go here again !!!!!
