Neat and clean plenty of parking spots good food 🍱

Very clean, friendly staff very well stocked,good food. Lots of parking for both trucks and cars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, very clean and spacious showers.

Competitive fuel prices. Clean and orderly store. Fair prices on most C-Store items. To go food was much better than microwaved stuff that other places sell. Showers were clean and spacious with ample water pressure. Ventilation is lacking though. Every employee was friendly and accommodating. All in all a great stop!

Staff does the minimum, but I saw several instances of the younger staff joking around and on their phones, while the older staff were working. The bathrooms and the shower we had were not clean with garbage on the floor, etc. We brought the issues we saw to the managers attention and received some lip service. Place has always been a favorite stop, but its definitely going downhill with lack of food options and cleanliness. Love the parking and most of the staff.

I stop here a lot, as a trucker I love this place, lots of parking, huge store... But, today I was helped by Austin. He was very rude and condescending, he had an attitude with my wife and I as well as at least 4 other customers I witnessed. Then he was rude to one of his coworkers who was trying to help. He has no place in the service industry without a serious attitude adjustment.

Stopped at 3 different Town Pumps while traveling (seems to be the only travel center gas station in Montana) and all 3 were dirty, messy, and had no hot food on the rollers! One older female worker at this location filling soda cups was talking loudly with a couple of male customers and swearing. Classy. The female at the checkout was very nice and had the patience of a saint in the incredibly busy store.

Great place with friendly faces I used to live in Montana and this place is a great resemblance of the people here. King size shower and bathroom.

I love going to the town pump. They always have just what I seem to need. Especially the town pump In Glendive Montana. If your a trucker and are traveling to Williston north Dakota, this is your stop. It is amazing!

My husband accidently left his wallet at this location. The employees, and management team were incredible. They were helpful and overnighted the wallet to our destination. Great team and great communication. It is obvious they put customers first!

This is one of the biggest places Ive been made a Pilot. Its practically a mini supermarket with a second floor that has 9 shower. The shower are really nice. And to everybody that come here I had the best cheese pizza ever.

A wonderful Town Pump. Great selection of food for a great price. Perfect finger food options for the driver in mind. Thier subs are some of the best I have had on the interstates.

About the only good thing here was lots of parking spaces.Didnt have hardly anything in stock it seemed. Cooked ready to go food didnt as many options available as other Flying J. No pizza ready, half other deli stuff wasnt in stock. Bathrooms had multiple stalls closed, and ones available didnt have toilet paper, and toilet seats werent clean at all. Idk why but it seems all Pilot and Flying J have to most uncomfortable toilet seats on earth as well...they should really get different ones. No automatic soap dispensers worked, as all were out of soap. Maybe I just arrived at a bad time ? idk.

Good place to stop for fuel and drinks or snacks while on the road especially if you have a big/long rig.

Consistently horrible gas station. I come through a lot and refuse to stop anymore and am confused at the good reviews. Yes it has a large variety of drinks and packaged snacks but it’s overall dirty, especially for being a newer building, and cooked food is nasty. They never stock items like trays for hot dogs and nachos. Last time I literally had to put my hot dog in a coffee cup. If the cashier had a smidget of customer service she would have noticed and said “oh wow we must be out of trays let me have someone check on that;” rather when I asked she was flustered and said “I’ve only been here two weeks I wouldn’t have a clue where to look” and that was that. Skip this spot and go to Beach, ND-amazing coffee, fresh food, good service, and cheaper gas.

Town Pump in Glendive is where we always stop on our drive to Billings. It has everything you need or want. The last time we stopped I accidentally left my wallet with all of my credit cards etc... there. I was unaware of what I had done until we arrived home 5 hours later. I called the stations we had stopped at along our return and no luck in finding my wallet. The next morning I was starting to go about canceling my cards and I got a message through messenger on my phone. Brenda, an employee had found my wallet and was searching for me. She went through a lot to find me and mailed it back to me!!! There are very few people who would have went through the work of finding me. She deserves some recognition!! I will be stopping there in a few weeks again to personally meet her and reward her for being a GREAT PERSON!!

Very clean truckers lounge. Brand New shower rooms. Very well organized very friendly staffs. Plenty of parking for cars and trucks. Casino for entertainment and vast amount of snacks for the kids.

What what a great place to find at the end of the day. This place has just about everything!Its a pump town travel plaza but also a flying J so I can get Diesel and DEF for my rig and get a free shower using my pilot rewards card.There is A CAT certified scake here as well.The fun begins when you go inside as there is just too much to list. If they dont have it you probably dont need it.Lol!

Food is garbage. Bathrooms are like it came from third world country. Squeegee buckets are always dirty as a septic tank. Employee at the cash register are always rude!

This is a Town Pump that sells Flying J fuel my first time here and Im not totally impressed although they do have bigger parking spaces for people who are a little more challenged which is a good thing because people dont want their truck smashed by other drivers they do not have breakfast burritos like other Town Pump locations and their cigarettes are high, other than that a nice location. Very large location and very nice inside with two casinos and could not find any breakfast burritos as they have at other locations.

Bathrooms were disgusting and not serviced. Only 2 tills open while employees looked at the lines yet did nothing to help lines move along. Very poorly managed.

Very big lots of selection with a huge parking lot

After driving 4000 miles in August, this gas station had the best windshield washer fluid in their complementary hand brush by the gas pumps. Too many gas stations just throw water in with a worn out brush. Gas was cheap and bathrooms were clean. Never thought I’d give a review to a gas station, but it is noteworthy. Keep it up

Employees here do not wear masks despite the state mandate. There are signs on the doors to notify them of the state requirements, yet the employees take it upon themselves to not only go sans mask, they glare and harass those customers that do.

Nice showers, friendly staff. Could be a tad cleaner and have more paper towels/napkins for people to clean up their mess with. Chill pad upstairs is nice. Also has laundry.

Now this is a huge track stop Flyingj, a large selection of alcoholic beverages, souvenirs, snacks and food. Very interesting fuel price! Huge showers are located on the second floor of the complex, ample parking is always possible to find a gap. Attentive staff attitude to the buyer.

Not for all you truckers and long haulers and anybody just passing through the area heres a place that you can go take a shower rest relax have something to eat the service and quality of service on Target on spot the staff was unbelievably a tentative yes this group of people actually enjoys and they are top quality professionals thank you for making my visit to your little neck of the woods a very very memorable one

I recommend if heading East stop in Beach ND or if headed West stop in Miles City Mt. You have an alternative selection in these two cities. Town Pump has the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. Unfortunately Town Pump is your only choice for most cities in MT. The day manager at the Glendive store was actually very professional. Her work is cut out for her dealing with the staff she has.

Great place to stop coming from a truck drivers point of view... they have a nice big parking lot but the only down fall i have is they have two casinos and no restaurant ... as a otr driver it would be nice to see them take one of the casinos out and add a decent sit down place to relax and eat

Very new! Opened last year. Too many truck spaces lol, which is good, many truck stops lack this option, absolutely best place to take your showers as a truck driver. Many options if you’re hungry, bathrooms are nice and modern and clean, this is the standard that all others should try to achieve!

The employees are harassing customers who wear masks even though it is a state and Pilot mandate. Avoid this place if you care for yourself and your family.

Watch as they ring up! The register wont honor the prices that are listed in the drinks cooler and the employees have no idea what deals are going onThe store was severely understaffed tonight so I left without rectifying this but Ill have to watch like a hawk in the future.

On Sunday May 20th I stopped in to buy some fruit at the Townpump in Glendive. The cashier was on the phone when we went to cash out. He saw us, then turned his back to us, and continued talking on the phone. After waiting there we coughed to get his attention. He continued to talk on the phone. When we asked for some service, the long haired pony tail kid thought WE were being rude and he refused our service. Screw this place! Teach your C player employees some customer service! Was really unimpressed when I thought he wanted to fight on the way out.
