Got a new phone and went to this T Mobile in Glendora off Gladstone Andy was wonderful. He was so nice and very helpful while setting up the new phone and apps. Im very happy with my experience at this store.

Went there after not having good service @ the T-Mobile on 220 N Azusa. I got greeted immediately and got served within less than 1minute wait, all employees were actively serving customers, vibes were great. they were able to answer my questions in a professional matter and solve my dilemmas that the store employees On 220 n Azusa were too lazy to help with. Got the things I needed to do done & quick, Samaria & Daniel went above and beyond to help me transfer data, change plans and buy my desired phone & do all changes necessary to maximize my benefits from my business account. Before I came to this spot I left T-Mobile store on 220 N Azusa ave feeling that what I was asking for is complicated and a bit much. Upon arriving to this spot Samaria showed that her problem solving skills is way beyond employees on 220 n Azusa store. She said if you’re not an authorized user no problem we can call the authorized user for u instead of turning me down right away like the previous store employees did on 220 n Azusa did. Also I got +800$ off for my second phone purchase. I couldn’t be any happier. Samaria & Daniel I appreciate your service guys and hope T-Mobile do appreciate u guys as well. I wouldn’t recommend T-Mobile store on 220 n Azusa. I do recommend this T-Mobile store in a heart beat. Went in frustrated came out extremely satisfied. Well deserved 5 stars

Its always a great experience when I come to this store. Great staff and service.

Terrible service. We came to purchase a new phone, and were asked for our phone number and were asked to wait for a text/call. We waited. And an hour and a half passed by. We went to check what was wrong. They told us that we got a text, but we clearly didnt. We waited an extra 30 minutes. Then we were told to wait at the beginning of the line. We argued, then the man closed the door and left. We came in then he practically kicked us out. We had to go to another store to do our purchase.

Bad customer service. Never go back to this store.

They were very helpful and told me to wait for a better deal in the coming weeks and to come back. Didnt push anything on me and didnt rush me on anything

I had a really great experience with Anthony. He helped me out a lot to understand the different plans and get me the right one. Its a very clean and well put together store, couldnt have been better!

Sabas was amazing and helpful. He answered everything I had questions about and made the process as easy as possible. He was friendly and very educated on all T-Mobile has to offer. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

Not enough employees to deal with amount of customers that come in on the weekends sometimes especially when there is someone with a problem. But for the most part its a really good store. The manager that was here today did an excellent job taking may payment and assisting everyone.

Great store location with a good selection of accessories, phones etc. Unfortunately they have bad customer services. Been to this location multiple times which is why I’m writing this review. Rude and unprofessional when asking about YOUR account that you pay for monthly. I wasn’t aware that customer service is not part of their job description.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT RIPS OFF CUSTOMERS.Charged me $50 for a phone that I returned in the name of buyers remorse even though TMobile told me the store would return my dollars.Told me the phone was scratched even though it was in perfect condition.

My wife switched the family plan and with the help of doing it got us out of our former contract and beside a little obstical of flashing some phones this was a nice experience.

AVOID this location! Literally every time Ive been to this store they have either messed something up or most recently lied. We have had problems with unauthorized changes to our lines or simple services such texting and data not added to our plans when they should have been. Most recently we went and upgraded to the latest iphone. The girl stated that it came with a case and screen protector and that all we had to do was pay the taxes. Days later I noticed that we were being charged for them! She had added them to our payment plan to boost her sales even though she told us they were free! Please go to a different location and stop feeding into their sketchy business practices!

I went in to get help with my memory card and the customer service was wonderful. I am glad I have this store so close.

Customer service is a joke at that store. They care about selling without resolving customers problems. Had a very bad experience which made me decide to switch to another mobile company. Soon, my family plan will be out of Tmobile. Eventhough Tmobile care less about it and they think theyre the best. Well they arent!
