This business a) answered the phone after others didn’t, b) cheerfully gave me a few minutes of diagnostic directions, and c) didn’t give me the runaround of bringing in a computer I can now sort out myself! Ive been working with Raymond now since last year on a Special project that he said HE COULD HANDLE IT WITH NO PROBLEM and basically after I paid him for an Unfinished Job knowing it was a Tough Task, he said he WOULD Return to finish the Job. I purchased another computer for an arcade software compalitibilty that cost me More Money and not only did he Not Install it but Kept my Software!! This is BAD BUSINESS AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND DIVI TO ANYONE!!!

Was told I would receive a call back within 10-15 minutes. Followed up and left a message after an hour. No reply a day later. Every time I call they reject it. Not pleased with this company at all.

Friendly and responded right way. Came to my home, and Diagnosed my computer problems for free, and took the time to really establish what was wrong with my computer. Was honest about probably not being ableOr worth finding parts. Will use again in the future.

Called Raymond for computer repair. He answered right away and was at my house within 2 hours. Found the isssue and did a clean up of all my files. My laptop is like new now. We started talking about Ring door bells and he came out today and installed a Ring doordell.
