I live in Arlington but travel between Arlington and Houston a lot and before I leave and when I come home they’re always my first stop totally recommend them for your auto care. They’re honest and they fear God in their work and it shows so I trust them with my car over anyone. I gave three stars all because they was honest about alignment of my truck that they could not do it because the tires was to wide to go onto there rack but need to upgrade there alignment for trucks like my so basically they can only do small cars and trucks only

They couldnt tell what was wrong with my car had to bring it back more then 3 times. Took it to the car lot where it came from and they said the heater hose had a whole in it they replaced it and is flushing out the radiator system and it should be fine it was trying to tell me it was a blown head gasket Discount auto repair which its not I wouldnt trust them

The old man was a little much but over all they was 100 with me.

Took my car to get fixed 5 August 2019. The owner said I needed Heater core then said thermostat housing cause car would not stop running hot Picked up my car left and still running hot. Took car back he said I needed a motor. The following week I returned and calmly spoke to the manager and resolved the issue with a compromising result. Sometimes people get overwhelmed as a human being. Just because someone does something wrong doesnt mean we should follow suit. Customer relations deals with speaking in a calm manner. Sometimes a complain can help businesses improve. Patients is everything. Businesses need customers and the communities need businesses for convenience instead going outside our neighborhoods I love to support businesses in my community.

A few days ago i had problems with my truck was leaking oil help me check it and replaced the gaskets take advantage and change the filters and spark plugs i recommend this shop, the price is good and the attention is very good

This shop and owner is the most crooked Ive ever dealt with. He suppose to have only did a tune up on my nephews car on this past Thursday and the very next day his radiator busted when he never had a problem with it before. Also on top of that he saw that he was young so he ripped him off by charging 350 dollars for a tune up. When he took it back to him on Saturday morning he said he would fix everything no charge, then he calls him this morning saying he has to pay another 200 dollars. I told him HELL NO dont pay him another dime because I had a feeling he busted your radiator on purpose and just pick it up and take it to a trust worthy dealer. My thoughts were confirmed by a professional and legal mechanic that said the radiator doesnt bust like that and he could see where it was hit with something and a whole piece was knocked off. Also he over charged and cheated him on what he didnt really do correctly. He also stated if your not a mechanic you wouldnt know what he did. Beware and stay away from this place, they are crooked and will rob you blind. Got my nephew for 350 dollars and if I hadnt of stepped in he would have gotten him for another 200 or more. THIS PLACE AND OWNER IS NOT HONEST AND WILL ROB YOU BLIND. Mind you my nephew is a hard working college kid with a baby on the way and didnt deserve to be cheated out of his money. HARD LESSON TO LEARN, DONT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

This is the worst shop to take your vehicle to the charged me 300 dollars to change a bulb in my Cadillac and they messed up my car forwhat I I took it in for now my car doing something else after they say the fixed it now I had to take my car to a hole nother shop to get it fixed 500 dollars down the drain and when I told them I didnt want them to change my bulb in my car he held my car hostage till I paid him even though I refused for them to do the work then he told me ppl like me deserved it to happen to me meaning to mess my car up and they tried to fight me after I took my car they are crooks and unprofessional and raciest...

Did not do a thorough job, feel like I wasted my money. Had to go elsewhere and have the work redone! Wasting even more time and money. I wish I could give 0 stars!

This owner is insincere and unprofessional. There have been multiple complaints against the owner from previous customers in Desoto.

These guys are great and hard working people. They have fair rates and only fix what is needed to be fixed, not just adding things to the total to raise the cost. (For example, one time I could not get my car started and while they could have told me many things and raised the cost thousands of dollars, it was only that there wasnt pressure in the pistons and a simple adjustment with $50 fixed the problem.)I recommend these guys to all my friends anytime I can.

This is a very unprofessional shop, they repaired a fuel pump relay switch on my Cadillac and my car broke down 5 hours later, had it towed back to the shop and then they said it was a wiring issue connected to the switch they just replace, had them change the bulb on my headlight and they charged me $300 for a bulb replacement and while changing the bulb they broke other parts on my vehicle and refused to resolve it saying whatever is wrong with it is my problem.. They are shady mechanics, businessmen, and people as a whole.. If you value your vehicle and your money GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!

Does a great job and price is fair.

Took my 2009 Honda Accord there for an alternator to be pur on. Drove the car to work the day I picked it up, the next day drove to work and back home stopped to get something to eat and as I was backing out battery light came on and the car was hard to turn. Lift the hood to see what was wrong and was told the tensioner pulley broke in which it was a result from taking my car there for the alternator to get fixed. Repairman stated it was not from his work and charged me $544 to fix and broke the oil stick and door makes popping sound when it is opened. So dont take car your car there if you dont want more problems.
