Assistant manager Angel, he really is an Angel! He does it all; checkout, restocking, assisting customers, but hes just one man. I visit this store frequently and hes always there...but this store needs more qualified, dedicated employees besides him ASAP. I snapped these pictures yesterday. Freight everywhere!!! Safety violations everywhere!

Very rude cashier!! Insisted that the 35 pound of dogfood needed to come underneath the covid glass shield. Yet she could not do it. I tried to get it where she could scan and she said no. I said well pull it through to where you can since you do not want my help. Just a bad attitude. 9/8/2021 at 4:20 pm. Also do not ask me to wear a mask when neither of the 2 employees I saw had one on.

There is a in friendly, in professional manager @ 604 Bear Creek by the bane of Renae. Last year I asked if she would order larger bags of BELLA dog food. I waited for months. She never ordered. So I started to order Bella from Chewy. The next tine I was in the storeI told her never mind I was now ordering from Chewy. Now every time I come on the store if she is behind the counter she will leave me standing there and some one has to come out of the stick room to wait on me. This is in-timely, and very rude, and in-professional. She never greets me when I come in the store, but greets everyone else. She needs to be moved to another store are something. This is where I live

First time in last time ugh! 🤔😒 girl behind counter thin lady did say hello on day shift! But no grocercy carts to shop the two there were stuck 🤔So I perseeded nothing is zoned, stock every where! safety hazarad, clearly they need more help 😒 shelves stock half gone!Was a waste of time! Dollar General u can do way better for your customers. Thats two now ?Red oak, texas not much better ive been in there 2 times wheres the district mgrs checking in these stores .

This store is a disaster. I went in today to buy two things, some soda and some dishwashing liquid. I went there because its close to my home. In reality Dollar General should be called Ten Dollar General. Two items cost me 12 bucks! Incredible! This store is forever riddled with disarray shelves, poor lighting, stock on the floor, one cashier. One plus is the cashier today was at least friendly, which to be honest, is unusual. You have to literally walk over stock sitting on the sales floor. This includes carts and carts of merchandise needing to placed on the shelve. The one down the road in Red Oak is the same. Their pricing strategy is atrocious because they round up stuff to make you think youre getting a bargain. The general public puts up with this only because their stores are strategically located in rural areas and folks dont want to drive too far to get items of convenience. Im to the point where I would prefer to use Door Dash, pay the premium, just so that I dont have to go into such a cluster.

Customer service is great. good 3nough I dont mind the terrible crowding of isles due to overstock

This location is in desperate need of a full-time stock person that ONLY does stocking. Its in deplorable condition but handy if you only need select items, e.g. milk.

Its a good store that got good products theyre usually pretty busy

When Walmart and other big grocery stores are closed early and you dont feel like making that drive Dollar General is the excellent place to get those need to have items! Its always clean restocked and the cashier is always respectable and attentive to your needs. The only reason I havent given a 5 is because sometimes I wish they could have more cashiers that would cut down on the customer wait time and most likely bring in more business.

The best employees Ive ever met and if you have any troubles just tell them and they will help you out

The 2nd shift cashier never wear a face mask putting all of the customers at risk of catching COVID-19. I reported this employee to the corporate office but I dont know if they have done anything about it. So for now I will go to Family Dollar right down the street they always wear face covers.

Able to get the commodities I need from the store and customer service is excellent.

Unorganized. Floor filled with pallets of items needing to go on shelves. Not able to look at items on shelves. Staff having personal conversation while you wait to be checked out😱. I love Dollar General once a week I cruise one just to see what treasures I can discover. I intentionally stopped here. Just moved to the neighborhood of Glenn Heights. I wont be back to this one!!

The gentleman here has awesome customer service. They also had sanitizer spray and wipes. Even tho someone stole right out my basket. Keep your eye on your basket at all times.

My go to store when I have to pick up quick items instead going to big grocery store.

Much better than before had a one time experience where someone cut in line but the way Dollar General rearrange it, theres no way to cut the line anymore, very good staff

Friendly helpful service! I came in not knowing if they had what i needed, but i asked the cashier and she directed me right to it. Clean and stocked. Will definitely return!

The employees were too busy stocking the shelves and having boxes all over the store to even acknowledge customers. You could not move around the store with all of the boxes. One employee wanted me to move out of her way to stock a shelf and not let me pick something off the shelf to buy.

Very nice employees but the store is always a messNever organized.a lot of the isles are blocked with carts full of stock. Such a shame because the employees are very helpful and kind

This was tough as I love these stores. I think if they had more people, it would be a better experience. Was hard to find things and a bit cluttered. Not giving up on them.

This is the only general dollar store I go to .Because the people there so friendly when you walk in they have a smile on there face and in there voice . They are very helpful and plus the store is clean.For example one day I went in there and I needed clothes hangers and they didnt have any out on the shelves. So the manager Michelle ask how could she help. I told her I needed clothes hangers they did not have any on the shelf so she say let me go to the back .Because we just got a shipment in and I will check to see if I have some .She went through a couple boxes and brought me my hangers I really do appreciate it because she took the extra step she did not have to she couldve told me no we out come back next week when we restock the store .

The most unfriendly Dollar General ever. The manager, Renee, is the worst and shouldnt be working with the public. Store is dirty, unorganized, and the general manager needs to step up and do his/her job.

Very Messy. The aisles are so crowded you can hardly get by some of them. Production carts with cardboard trash, toys on floor, a disarray here and there. Would not visit again.

Of course Dollar General is always a great place for bargains, but also a great quick stop for fresh milk and a fresh loaf of bread.

The manager Danielle is extremely friendly and very helpful.

Since theyve remodeled, its cleaner but it is still congested. Carts are in the aisles with full of stuff for them to stock. I think they should expand the store since business is growing.

The store looked like it was going out of business the shelves were basically empty, was not greeted by any employees when we walked in, when we went to check out I had to wait on the employee to come out of the office to know what register to go to, the employee acted like she didnt even want to be at work like it was an inconvenience for me to make her check us out..

Please stop recieving stock during business hours. So unprofessional to have employees not attentive to the customers because stock is coming in during the middle of the day.
