A waste of time do not go here! They don’t even be open!!!! So unprofessional it’s been over an hour! No sign no employees. I’m from out of town and just used Google all for nothing

I am sure the reason no one is answering the phone is because the young lady is always on her personal phone. This was my second time trying to give them my $$. Never will I try again. I’ll continue to press that gas pedal on up to Pleasant Run.I walked in and was NEVER greeted. She didn’t bother to ask if I needed assistance. It’s nice to have businesses open in this area, but poor customer service will cause your doors to shut just as quickly as it was opened. Please be more selective in choosing your employees. If I could give a zero, I would!!!

I went to this Beauty Supply, got there around 10:30 am they were not open I was so disappointed because I was looking to shopping I call no one answered..

THIS PLACE HAS EVERYTHING you need! They also have ALL your hair needs and essentials plus HUMAN HAIR for a great price! The people there are super helpful and nice. BLACK OWNED BUSINESS as well!

So glad to have a new black hair store in the Glenn Heights area. The young lady who helped me was awesome. She recommended an excellent product for my hair and I was more than satisfied. Keep up the good work.

Shopped here today 5/24/2021 at approximately 1:00pm..1st time here...customer service was dry!! Not welcoming at all, the woman at the counter passed me my receipt I told her Thank you because thats what people with basic manners would say,she didnt say youre welcome..its the simple stuff..common courtesy goes along way...As the other woman mentioned I will continue to make that trip to BeautyNUs on P.Run to get what I need,even though I am here in Red Oak...Please get someone with energy at the counter.

Thankfully there’s finally a beauty store in the area & it’s a B.O.B. They’re always super helpful & knowledgeable.

The customer service was great. I was surprised they had everything I needed with it being a newly opened beauty supply store. I love that it’s black owned and they had majority black owned products. As well as other top name brands. I will definitely be returning back.

The sales associate was very helpful and welcoming. They had exactly what we needed and then some. The size of the store is perfect.

Very great customer service but prices are too high for nun braiding hair 6.00 a bag 🥴😭 I just think them prices need to be changed but far as everything eles excellent.

Never pick up the phone when call in for any product inquiries .It’s 7.26 pm now . Called 4 times just to see if they have club man barber product that I need ! Did not pick up the call and it’s shows in google their business hours till 9 pm .

They are overcharging customers for their merchandise. The 3x Ruwa pre-stretched hair costs more than the hair at Jenny’s.
