It was fabulous I had some clipped coupons that I needed to use by today and took care of those pretty effortlessly. I also had like $5 off of rotisserie chickens bomp a rotisserie chicken so it only costs me a dollar I have a couple of free items which added up to several dollars and so on and so forth so if you dont already do it I encourage you to do Hannafords rewards. It seems like just another thing but you dont have to deal with a card you simply enter your phone number and you rock up points. Every quarter erovas over with one click of a button and it just comes off your register receipt. You get offered coupons for things you do by coupons hoping you will buy and you just focus on what you want and again all the freebies it really makes a huge difference

The store has been updated and appears to have added new products. Although the prices can be steep on some items, the seafood and meat dept. usually has good sale prices. I was generally pleased during my last shopping trip

Great Prices, Okay Customer service. Has almost everything you need. Really wish they sold frozen fish but beggers cant be chooser.

They changed to the Market Place and its confusing and hard to find old favorites.. I go there only for emergency food. One thing they have done is put Juices and gallon water at the opposite and in the back of the store. Now you do your fresh fruit and veggies first in the cart and when you reach the other side of the store and do most of your groceries, than the cart is full and you have to buy the gallons, like milk, juice & water, into a full cart. The best thing is go in the exit door, get your bulky stuff and than the smaller products.

This Hannaford is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly. They usually have everything I’m looking for.I don’t know if it’s the store or the store website that is the problem or the company “Shipt” that they partner with, but Hannaford delivery is VERY BAD. I have had numerous problems with their pick up and delivery options. I have ordered 6 lbs of ground beef and received 6 packages of 3lbs of ground beef. I have ordered 2lbs of bananas and received 2 bananas. I have received avocados that I could put my finger through, they were so soft. I find that their ordering is a bit unclear on their website, so you’re not quite sure what you’re getting. More recently, I decided to try again, I picked a 7p-8pm delivery window, at 8pm, Hannaford sent a text message saying that the delivery could not happen and instead they would deliver it the next day in the morning. I tried to call back but the phone line was busy and then it just rang and rang. I called “Shipt” and they cancelled the order. I went to the grocery store that night and bought my groceries myself, no problem. The next morning I get a text from Shipt, saying my order is going to arrive soon. I call hannaford, and they said my order was cancelled then rescheduled. In the long run, the delivery driver is going to return the food back to the store and we will see what happens, if I get a refund. I will not be using Hannaford delivery anytime in the future. It’s a Shipt and a Hannaford mess up and Hannaford is not taking responsibility for their half of the screw up.

This is a good store to go to to buy groceries, whether they are little end or high-end and organic. Broncos. Florida, and down South we have Supermarket called Publix, and the store is very reminiscent of that place. Friendly employees, friendly staff, great place to be in clean organized all around good experience.

Love this store, but, its hard to find things since the renovation.

Friendly enough staff but wish they would move the smoking hut...I mean you do have pregnant women, children and asthmatics that shop there. On top of people just not wanting to inhale second hand smoke. Just think its horrible placement at all of the Hannafords

Great place to get your groceries! The Hannaford rewards program is awesome and the store brand products are on par with the pricier named brand competitors. There is also a fantastic salad bar to grab a quick lunch or easy dinner. They even have sushi!

My neighborhood grocery store. I know where the items I purchase regularly are located, the employees are helpful and friendly and its in a shopping plaza with other businesses I frequent. Also, this Hannaford has a great selection of healthy food choices.

I did the grocery pickup today like so many of us are doing right now and met Liz, she was awesome. She was apologetic for my wait and went above and beyond to make sure I had all my items. I couldn’t believe how wonderful she was and so glad I did pickup, I will be back, thank you Liz!

I have to give this store an A+. My wife and I are originally from the Utica area. We have found Its a Utica Thing sauce, Hemstrought’s Half Moons, and Cora frozen macaroni. It’s actually amazing and we hope they keep stocking their shelves with them!

Typical Hannaford. Helpfull staff, good prices and well stocked during COVID. Toiletries are still a gamble though but there are usually a small amount of each type of product.

Was told I need to lower my mask during a pandemic to buy beer here, even though I have an enhanced ID from NY. Absolutely unacceptable. I have been going here for years, but won’t any longer.

I love this Hannaford... its one of the few to have kept its Natures Place section separate from the rest of the store. Most other Hanafords have taken the Natures Place items and dispersed then throughout the store this forcing you to walk through the entirety of the store despite having zero interest in buying any food item that doesnt meet my health standards. I appreciate the convenience this store creates for me and I will continue to support them as long as Natures Place stays intact. Its really viable that they are trying hard to offer items that you only used to find at the health food stores... which I commend them for.

I would like to thank two wonderful employees in the deli department. I stopped in on 10/28/18, around 11:45am, to quickly purchase two “ready-made” pepperoni/cheese platters. My daughter and I were on our way to a large event, involving over thirty teenagers. Unfortunately, Hannoford did not have any platters and when I inquired at the deli, the gentleman told me the store usually only carries them during the holiday season. I explained my concerns of needing to put something together and Scott, with the help of Michael, put something together for us. These gentlemen could have easily said, sorry this is all we have. Instead they were quick thinking and creative and pulled off an excellent job of having us deliver a successful product to the event. THANK YOU SCOTT!! THANK YOU MICHAEL!! DEFINITELY A JOB WELL DONE!! 👍 👍👍👍👍

I love getting fresh meat and produce here. Its always lasts and tastes good. They have better prices for thoughs, although the middle of the store is a bit more expensive than other places. I love that they carry alot of local products in store, they seem to be the one store that ever does. Always nice to support local businesses. Store is always clean not overly crowded & you can get through the line quickly.

Hannaford on Broad St. is always a good shopping experience for me. People stocking shelves are very helpful, cashiers are efficient & friendly. Most of all the fish dept is the best customer service is efficient & with a smile.

Going downhill fast. Sale prices are still higher than other stores regular prices. Signed up for the online coupons and they didnt work. They said I had to go home and print them out, plus one coupon was for a box of cereal that they didnt even carry. Didnt even have a spot on the shelf, so they never had it.

While the interior of the building itself is starting to show its age, the people inside are friendly and helpful. Good selection of beer and natural foods. Good produce. Decent bakery. I go here a lot. They do also have a drive up service called Hannaford to Go and a fast bottle return system called Clynk.

I think broad st has excellent service.especially the pharmacy. I go often in the month because my meds are filled different days. But I want to say I have the best service. They know my name,and they always answer my questions with honest answers. So many great people there. My mom work when it first open as the over night clerk.

Overpriced and understaffed. 7pm on a Saturday night and 1 register open. Been a loyal customer since the day it opened. Used to drop 1500 a month thetrwhen the kids lived home. Need to seriously rethink our grocery business.

Travel from exit 25 to exit 18 to buy Three Bakers gluten free bread, 7 grain. They didnt have any. Employee wasnt willing to check and see if they had any in the back. Went to exit 19, was able to get four. Four days worth. Wasted trip.
