Im not a fan of this place and the manager is an a-hole or at least the one that was on tonight when I was there she was yelling at the employees in front of the customers about what another employee was doing.. very unprofessional behavior for a manager especially to let the customers see that it really turns people away from wanting to shop in a place with such a vile person managing it.. I doubt I will ever go back to the location as long as that manager is there plus the shelves for basically cleared out there was barely anything in stock I was lucky to get the few items that I did go in there for though and the prices are starting to go up that used to be the best store to shop at but not with the prices the way they are.. Id be better off going to Walmart at this point ..

Friendly staff at this location! The shelves are always well stocked and the store is clean. We usually come here for specific items we use and cant find at other stores, but we always find sales and great deals!This is one of the few stores that had paper products through the pandemic, which was commendable.

So my mother went to you local price rite in Queensbury NY may 1,2020 and had a terrible experience with a disgruntled employee. She was there only to get things for her 80 year old friend who didn’t want to be in public because of COVID. My mother was so bothered by how terrible she was treated that I encouraged her to write to the corporate office to let them know and she did. She has NEVER done something like that. She explained how this man was so mad that he began throwing what he was unpacking from a cart into the case. My mother told him several times she would come back and understood he was busy and he continued to ignore her and throw food. There has to be a camera to see how he reacted. I assured her she would get a response and she has not. Luckily you have an employee there named Paula who made my mother feel better that day. I understand people are busy and this time we live in is different but I am a nurse and work with positive patients daily and would never treat someone this way no matter how stressed I was. I sent this exact message to price rite and they assured me on June 22 they would follow up and they did not.. very unprofessional and unfortunate my mother had this encounter.

I enjoy shopping in there. I was able to buy what I went in there to get, which is always a good thing.

The first place I check for weekly groceries now, their daily pricing on meat and produce is hard to beat. Like many places these days the in-stock levels can miss on some items.

Prices are good. Hard to find some things. Employees are very nice.

The place is good has great bargains you can save a bundle going there.

We found most of everything (except 1 or 2 items) and a few things we werent looking for! Had fun looking around!

Good for fast pick up

I think this store is always exactly what I expect it to be. We do not use this for all of the grocery needs, but we use this store for specialty products. They have an outstanding line of Goya and Cento products, and always surprise us with an interesting selection of their rotating product lines. There are always good buys here, and if you are looking for staple basic ingredients, you can definitely find them. They keep it well stocked, and the prices cant be beat

Better selection then Aldi

This is the only store I have been able to find AAA Rayovac batteries. They were on sale too so I stocked up. It’s the only thing that will keep me sane during the quarantine.Oh and they also carried a good selection of croutons and UTZ chips.

Dont go here save your money this place jacks up there prises way to much save your money and go up the street to Walmart

Nice store. Ever varying selection of name brand items at discount prices. For example, they had Talenti gelato for $3.89. Hannaford has it for $4.39 on sale or $4.99 normally. Never know what you will find.

This is a great, no-frills grocery store. I save so much time and money shopping here!Unlike Aldi, they have name brands, but everything is sold at a discount and the produce is much more reliable.

Quick in and out every time I go. Staff is very pleasant and helpful, fresh food always well stocked and great prices. Dont forget to bring your own shopping bags!

Pricerite has recently renovated and has a spacious, clean, open feel. Their prices are usually excellent on frozen and imported foods, and meat. Their produce is better quality and less expensive than other stores as well.

Youre in for a treat! While theyve changed their store bags to something super inferior, youll do fine if you just bring your own tote (better for the environment anyway). The selection changes as they seem to be a sort of liquidation store but youll still get all your regular favorites! Youll save so much money shopping here

Not glamorous. But the same name brand products can be found here for 25-50 percent less than the other supermarkets and big box stores. In my experience, the people at the registers are helpful and kind.

This is my go to grocery store. It is an off shoot of shop rite. It is small but for me it has everything I need. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Name brand canned goods. Large frozen food section. I can buy a month of food and spend half of what I would spend at a local market. Not for everyone but worth a visit.

Able to breeze through the store for groceries. Very clean and organized isles,love shopping here reasonable prices able to get most of my weekly groceries. Need more variety on butters coffees and cleaner,detergents though have to stop at other stores for these after.

The selection of goods in this grocery store is alright. One can find the usual sections but when it comes to specialized items, they are few, sparse and not highlited in the store. For a quick shopping visit, if you know the place, its worth. If not, then youll probably be running around in there.

They have a wide variety of food and everyday items. They also have a lot of freshly prepared to go food. Theyre typically friendly and remeber you. They offer carryout, coupon competitor matching, and have no trouble going the extra mile. Jim, at the register, on overnight, is a real nice guy.

Great frozen and dairy selection and the non perishable items are name brand at less then big grocery store prices. 3 stars for the produce that doesnt last and Fresh meat section. Im not a fan of the selection of meat unless its the Perdue chicken

I was very pleasantly surprised with this store! Went in here while checking out the Toys R Us liquidation sale, to see if they had any decent deals on snack food as my scatter brain forgot to buy snacks at Kmart. I went in there expecting it to be much like Save-A-Lot so I wasnt expecting much, maybe a small rack of Little Debbie cakes amongst no name snacks that really reinforce the fact you have $20 left until payday.I went in and was very amazed by the large selection of items, both generic and name brand.If I were to give any complaints would be that, I couldnt find a shopping basket, and I was unaware that theyre a bring your own bag store (but thats not the stores fault.), but luckily I previously was at Kmart, so I threw the items I got in with the stuff I had just bought at Kmart once I got to the car.It honestly reminds me of an IGA and a Grand Union in terms of layout- and I was just really surprised with the offerings they have, and the prices too! Cant wait to go back!

I love price rite for its super cheep merchandise, lots of name brand items, great customer service and friendly cashiers. I often save hundreds of dollars every grocery visit. They may not have every item large grocery stores have, but overall their selection is good. I always shop at price rite first before I go anywhere else. Lately Ive been trying their store brand items and am very pleased with the quality, for example their mayonnaise tastes just like Helmans. Furthermore their produce is often fresher than walmart. I cant say enough good things about Price Rite.
