Nice wide selection of high end lighting.

Good variety of lighting, but walked around the small showroom for 10 minutes and was never greeted or acknowledged by either of the 2 staff members. There were no...none... zero other customers in the showroom, yet they never greeted me. Had questions but ended up walking out...yet again, unacknowledged.

Friendly and helpful. Not a huge selection in stock, but orders came quickly. Nice quality and pricing competitive to online retailers. Note: if an item does not work out some carry a restock fee.

I stopped in today to find and purchase a light for our hallway. I was set on finding one and bringing it home tonight if at all possible and since they were having their 1/2 off sale, I thought, Perfect! SO DISAPPOINTED. I cant believe the service. I walked in, was not even greeted in their very small Glenview store. Then, it took nearly 15 minutes and only because I walked right in front of lady at the desk who VERY unenthusiastically said, Is there something I can help you with? and acted completely put-out. I told her that I wanted to find and get a light (how easy of a sale is that?!!) and she was just so put out to help me. I wanted to know which lights they had in stock and annoyed, she told me that theyd have to look each one up. So, I showed her two that I liked and she looked them up and came back at least 10 minutes later to tell me they werent in stock. (Didnt tell me how long itd be until they would arrive, didnt ask if I wanted to consider ordering... NOTHING.) There were two other customers in the store (a lady and her husband), who were somehow lucky enough to have two sales ladies helping them. Clearly, they mustve thought that I was not worth the time. (Side note: we just bought a house and are completely renovating it, so little did they know, I would have been back to purchase many more lights. NOT ANY MORE.) The lady then said, You know, we have a website. You can look there and call and see what we have in stock. OF COURSE I KNOW YOU HAVE A WEBSITE. How do you think I found out about your store?!?!?! And, I AM HERE IN THE STORE. Why would I want to go home and look online?!?! She was just so ready to get rid of me and it was so obvious. She was so rude. I cant even believe I wasted so much time in the store.I could go on and on, but its not worth my time. No one said anything to me when I was walking out the store, and that just sealed the deal. I had to come home and write this review.SO DISAPPOINTED and will NEVER go there again or recommend the store.

Unbelievable selection and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It all starts from the top and the owners are truly incredible people.

Meh. Some okay pieces but largely overpriced and gaudy selection. Staff was not attentive, which we felt was maybe because we looked like we didnt have money. LOL Dont judge a book by its cover, fam. These aged punk rockers took our money (and lighting needs for a full house renovation) elsewhere. ✌️
