DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTO SHOP !!!I had my brakes done, which they overcharged considerable to do I might add. And this simple task they didnt do wright. Thats an understatement, my brakes failed, and i almost died because of this. I am very lucky to be alive. And when I tried to sue they tried to deny responsability... Horrible place !!!

Lee and his team consistently do fantastic work and always communicate every detail. I have repeatedly been impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. This team is even willing to make house calls to fix problems when I have not been about to make it to the shop. I understand another reviewer’s apprehension about word getting out and their shop becoming to busy, but I have every confidence that Lee and the gang would take that in stride and continue to provide the same level of high quality work regardless of the volume. Really a pleasure to be their customer.

I dont want to give Advanced Technologies a great review as I dont want them to get so swamped with business that I cant get my cars in. That said, I must be truthful.They are as great an auto repair service as you could hope for. If the standard computer isnt able to detect your problem, through networking and web research, Lee will figure it out. I went to 3 other shops before AT. No one could figure out the problem except Lee. That said, all charged a diagnostic fee even though they couldnt diagnose the problem or fix it.AT is incredibly accommodating and has a friendly staff. Lees nice wife Vicky is behind the desk running that end of the shop. Its a business you can trust and are happy to support. That said, I hope you dont go there so Lee will have plenty of time for my vehicles.

Absolute rockstars. Lee, Chris, and Victoria are, simply put, the most friendly and helpful auto technicians Ive ever met. Informative, helpful, and pleasant doesnt even scratch the surface of the people here. Id give 6 stars if I could.

Advanced Technologies has always performed in a manner that was way above expectations. I would only trust them to work on my vehicles. I have been to shady shops in the past and Advanced Technologies is the complete opposite. They have always been upfront, open and honest.

Another amazing experience with the Advance Technologies Team. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and as always, very kind. Had them upgrade the brakes on my 335i. Their attention to detail and knowledge cannot be beat. Theres no one better in the North Shore.If you own a German vehicle, this is the place to service and upgrade your ride.

Lee that runs the place is brilliant. I do all my own work on my cars but when I get fed up searching for gremlins that I cant seem to fix I bring my car to Lee and he calls me back usually that day or the next and tells me exactly what it is and asks me what I would like to do about it. Lee never fails on anything Ive ever brought him, theyre fast and at competitive pricing with work that far surpasses the competition.I cant reccomend advanced technologies enough

Lee (owner of the shop) recently fixed a fairly severe steering issue on my mothers Mini Cooper. Both he and his wife were VERY nice, and got her car in the shop asap. The following afternoon the car was fixed, and at very little cost to us. I found out (via other folks on the internet) that the service Lee performed would have cost 4-5x as much if we had went to the Mini dealer.We will absolutely be bringing her Mini back to Lee for any service it may need, as well as all of our other cars.Thanks again Lee!
