You have to be very careful with this company. I rented a unit, paid with my card, A week and a half later they were Sending me messages that I owed more money. They said something about the difference that will bring me to a month. After I put things in my storage unit I realize it wasn’t big enough. So I rented a larger storage unit. I pay the difference in about four days later they charged me more money. I had told the woman to put all charges on my card which she failed to do. Next thing you know I owed four dollars plus they charged me $15 fee for being late even though I told her to make sure all charges go on my card. I got a phone call Which it was a weekend and I missed the call so instead of four dollars and now owed 19 Which I paid. I go over to my storage unit to put belongings is in there because I had to go on vacation and they had a lock which they did not remove even though I paid. So I ended up having to go and find a bolt cutter which I paid for which cost me $64. They refused to reimburse me even though it was their fault for not removing the lock after the $19 was paid. Originally four dollars but they tacked on another 15. I had called them 25 times to tell them to take the lock off no one answered the phone. This company is definitely not customer friendly. When you tell someone to make sure all fees are paid on the card and they don’t do it and then they charge you late fees because of their error and refuse to get rid of them. You need to keep a close eye on this company because they will try to get you for every dime they can. They had time to put the lock on on a weekend but they didn’t have time to take the lock off because it was a weekend. Poor excuse

Bolt Storage is amazing. We have been there for a few years and it is clean, safe, easy to access and extremely secure. I very time I have called Debbie Knew exactly who I was and I only met her once! She was so professional and friendly. It is by far the best storage facility I have ever used. Couldn’t be more pleased! The rates were also extremely reasonable! Thank you Debbie and Bolt Storage for an amazing experience!

The Bolt Management has been exceptional, providing prompt notification of any required procedural changes, updates when new doors or hours change, as well as prompt, clear advisement during uncontrollable Winter events that affect the area, building, and possibly goods in storage. Five (5) stars because that contact from Bolt continues until they reach the customer - I was contacted by all means and modalities including email, text messaging, and direct calls. Also, the Management has been responsive to my messages and concerns in an exemplary fashion. Highly recommended for safe, secure, accessible storage.

Employees are courtesy, professional and always helpful. Have stored our vehicle their several years and its been great. Car is always in good shape and we feel safe with it being stored there through winter months.

Super easy to deal with for drop off and pick up. Very responsive to emails and phone calls. My payments were charged monthly to my credit card - no muss, no fuss - and receipts were emailed promptly. Would not hesitate to store my car with them again.

I wasted a lot of time trying to get a storage unit and never ended up with one. The customer service number you call to rent a storage unit is useless.

Accidently deleted my review. This is based off an interaction I had in late Nov. 2020. The interaction I had to with Peggy was unprofessional and really off-putting. She screamed that she was on the phone when my family and I went there to see about checking a storage unit out for rent as it was down the road and easily accessible. . When she answered the door she was very rude by being sarcastic asking us why we didnt make an appointment online and was talking to us without a mask. I understand that a mask isnt needed when she is alone, but when addressing other people she needs to have a mask on, regardless is they have an appointment or not. There is a proper way to handle potential customers, and sell a service. Peggy shown no social skills whatsoever and I have since took my business elsewhere. As stated by the company in the previous review she is the customer support(?) for the all of their facilities. Bolt Self Storage; if you do not have the proper manning for situations like these then hire more people and actually train them on customer service.

It’s affordable, there’s no moisture and it’s dry, The securities fine, haven’t had any problems, I would tell my friends if they need to store something, that they can come here

My fiancé and I just got all of our stuff out of a storage unit here and we have NEVER had bedbugs before now after we got our stuff out of our unit here and we will never go back here again to store anything with them. In the past they were good at keeping up on things and also keeping up on the pest control but not since it has been sold. So we will NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Good and cheap place to store your stuff

The prices got jacked up and you cant even get to yourself when you want it because they are only open when most people are working. There are other places that have better rates so I moved my stuff out.

Great storage place, fair prices, they also offer insurance on units which I love and excellent staff especially the young lady shes always the one who helps me out. They also have U-hauls which is an added bonus, only wish it was 24 hour. Highly Recommend!

It is the most secure storage facility i have ever seen, although access to it is not 24 hrs, a definite drawback. rates are fair and the staff is adequately polite.

I found the staff very friendly and the site is better secured then some other storage units Ive owned. Also found the price to be very fair compared to some other storage units.

This place is a train wreck, I rented a unit when between apartments. I got insurance that was $17 and just a one time payment, later on when moved out I called to inform them. I was then maked as never having canceled my unit and didnt receive my security deposit back, and later on found that my insurance had been refunded to me for some reason and o had none when I found that a dresser I had restored with my grandfather had a crack in it from the humidity in the building. Also the ceilings of the storage units are nothing but chicken wire, all of my stuff was covered in dust when I took it out and it was only in there about a month.
