We had our A/C go out during the day yesterday and noticed late last night when we were sweating upstairs and saw it was 80 degrees on the thermostat. We called and they had Chris come out the next morning and our A/C was fixed in less than an hour of them being open. Very friendly guy and a great representation of an emergency HVAC service. Rare to see these days! Give them a call highly recommended. Literally made our day this company is our savior 👍

After a year outside of the labor warranty for my furnace, Dave the service manager covered the bill. Very impressed with this company standing behind their product.

On the hottest day of the year, I called Flare Heating and they arrived within 3 hours and the Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He replaced a capacitor in the AC Unit and within 15 minutes, the unit was cooling again. The temp inside my house was 88 degrees. I should have called the day before but was attempting my own solutions to resolve the issue. Next time I will be calling Flare right away!

My A/C went out at 10pm in the evening in 90 degree heat. I called the emergency service number and someone answered. I called in the morning to see where I was on the schedule because I have an old dog and was so worried about him with the heat. They were out within 20 minutes. I was so thankful. We used Flare Heating & AC again and were not disappointed.They had replaced our ac/furnace 10 years ago in our home.We were delighted with the service and installation.Subsequently, two of our neighbors used them to replace their ac/heating systems. They were both delighted as we were with the service.I called them in July 2019 on a 90 degree day, when my 87 yr old mothers, ac stopped working. They were at her condo within an 1 1/2 hours.We ended up replacing the unit because it was very old (35+ years).The installers were there early on install day and worked the whole day through. They were so kind and respectful to my Mother and my self. They cleaned up after themselves and were easy to have around.

Excellent company! My 87 year old moms furnace went out last night and another company told her that they couldnt help her until next week! I called Flare Heating & Air Conditioning at 8:30 this morning and spoke to Dave. Dave is awesome! He said he would call my mom and get out there this morning to see what was wrong with the furnace. He called her right away, went to the house, diagnosed the problem (not what we thought), got the part, installed it and she had heat by noon. Dave was professional, knowledgeable, and super efficient! The furnace works great, my mom is happy and I cannot thank Dave and Flare enough! If you have any problems with your HVAC, I wouldnt call anyone but Flare.

I had the displeasure of my builder using this company as their contractor. Mind you i am myself on hvac. This company has zero dedication to quality workmanship. As i just had to perform a repair on an erv air exchanger they installed at the build. You need yo have the insulation all the way to the end of the pipe in a conditioned space as it will condense on the pipe. Not to mention the refrigeration leak that happened a month proves they don’t pressure test their installs or pull a proper vacuum on their equipment. Avoid at all costs

Chris returned our call and was able to make it out before most other places could return the call. Friendly and up front about cost, had the board replaced and heat up and running within a few hours

We received Flare Heating and Air Conditioning as a recommendation for our full Kitchen and first floor remodel project. Our experience from the first phone call for an estimate to completion of the project exceeded our expectations.Our Kitchen design presented several heating and air conditioning challenges. Flare solved the challenges, kept the project schedule on track and took the time to explain their solution to us before the work started. At the end of each day the onsite technician/installer took the time to explain the work completed. In additional when a design change was necessary due to an unforeseen structural issue the onsite technician, walked us through the solution and how it would work to keep our overall house airflow and temperature well balanced an comfortable. We would recommend Flare to our friends and family, because their responsiveness, follow up, onsite job quality and pricing was exceptional.

If their service techs work like they drive then I will pay them to stay away from my house. The only reason I gave one star is because it wont let me give zero.

Service was way over priced, the service man was an hour late, and the company has not responded to emails from the contact us form on their website.

Good products, knowledgeable staff
