I was struggling to find an appliance store nearby that could help me figure out what part I needed to fix my water heater. Jake took the time out of his busy day to listen to my problem and actually help me figure out how to figure out the issue and what part exact part I needed for the exact model. He saved me a significant amount of money and time. I really appreciate the professionalism and courtesy this business and employee have to offer. I cannot thank you all enough!

Called looking for a price on a pilot igniter. Had the part number on hand and already received two quotes from two other supply houses using that number. The first person insisted that she had to call American Standard to get the part number (despite me already having the exact part number I needed). The second person was rude, didnt want to talk to me, and when I gave her the number she flat out told me that the number I gave was not a part number and said she couldnt help me. Dont waste your time here. Order your part online like a sane person. Or you can go to Park Supply in Minneapolis. They will be knowledgeable, helpful and have your part on hand but be prepared to pay twice as much as online.

I had my water heater replaced last week by Water Heaters Only. It was fantastic, they could have replaced it the same day I called but that did not work out for me. They showed up on time the next day, ended up having to do additional work and were still finished in a few hours. Nate and Jake were very professional and friendly. I will definitely be recommending Water Heaters Only to my friends.

I have to deal with this company whenever we come across a Rheem warranty. Its the worst customer service experience possible. Rheem will give our technician a case number for a replacement, and Water Heaters Only will do anything they can to deny the swap out.

Delivered new water heater within 12 hours of the old one breaking. Very professional and prompt service!

Unwilling to accept a Westinghouse Waterheater under warranty because it was the second failure in less than 3 years. I now have to pay full price for a replacement heater that was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. They claim I didn’t follow their procedures for replacement even though I called them and explained the situation before I did anything. Terrible. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had from a sales company.

Purchased a water heater that was installed by a licensed plumber - had issues with the water heater making very load noises. Was told they would come out for a charge of $120 which I had to pay in advance by CC after just paying over $2,500 for a new water heater. Came out said it was fine but still not resolved - came again said the gas line was too small. Had the line replaced to meet their specs and called again because it was not resolved. So far they have not returned to check it out. 2 calls so far no appt scheduled. Not holding my breath. Avoid this company.

Absolute circus of an organization. Delivery guy was incompetent and plumber on-site was appalled by how rude he was to me. I called to voice my displeasure and was put on with owner Lori, who defended the actions of her employee and at different points in our conversation said, you must be a democrat, you must have had too many cocktails this morning, and you must be unemployed. Just wow.
