I want to highly recommend Ashley Swenson at Fergusons! She has been extraordinarily helpful and ALWAYS SUPER PROMPT in getting back to me on any and every question and inquiry I throw her way! She is patient and knowledgeable and no pressure sales. Just helpful and supportive. A real pro! SO nice to have someone like Ashley when dealing with so many decisions!

Called to make an appointment since they were referred to us from our plumber, doing two bathroom remodels. I was shocked to see they were over a week out just to come and look at their showroom, so I made an appointment. She needed my name, phone number, email, husbands name, plumber name etc. etc. (Knew my plumber by name). She said shed send out an email confirmation....never received so the night before the appointment check all my emails including junk and nothing, so I called the following morning. Got some centralized location where they can check several locations to confirm our appointment (even though I wrote it down and put in my phone). She cant even find me in the system....really? Sat on the phone with her for 24 minutes while she checked this and that and still nothing. I explained to her that I was not waiting another week to get into this showroom. Youd think they would bend over backwards to try an accommodate but nope offers me an appointment 4 days later? Im back to the Kohler showroom where I did my other bathrooms from. Incredibly frustrated. Wish I could give them no stars to be completely honest with you.

We dropped in without an appt, just to look around. Consultant MaryLou happily came out to answer some questions. She and the Concierge were very friendly in spite of us just walking in. We bought a bunch of stuff. Five star service.

Ordered a tub and shower faucet two weeks ago. Had to call to ask if product had come in yet. Items were to be delivered on Tuesday and it was. However, during my initial visit to select items, I was assured that delivery service would include a call letting me know they were on their way so I didnt have to take a day off of work. And that they would deliver inside the house. Neither thing happened. After calling to inquire if product had been delivered yet, I was informed that it had, although again, no phone call, and that they would not send someone out to bring the tub inside the house. The response I received was, cant you have a neighbor, family member or plumber, help you?No! I was told not only would I get a phone call informing me they were items were on their way so I can meet delivery team to let them inside house, I work 2 miles from home, but they would bring it inside. I shouldnt have to make other arrangements to do that if your sales staff is assuring me the delivery team will do it.

We are in the final stages of our remodel project but we are a month behind due to lack of communication from Ferguson. We first came in on June 14 and chose sink, toilet, and faucet fixtures for our 4 bathroom remodels and kitchen updates. We returned a week later but had to meet with someone else as our original contact, Marni, was out of the office for two weeks then booked for an additional two weeks beyond that. We met with Marylou who was very nice, but after we made our final selections and a few changes, we never received our selection sheet. A week after our first meeting I followed up, but it took an additional two days to get our selection sheet that did not have all of our options on it. My husband followed up, but we still have not received anything. My husband finally called and spoke to a manager, who directed him to Nicole in customer relations, who indicated that she would get our selection sheet to us within a day. This conversation took place last Wednesday, and we have yet to receive anything. There seems to be no communication between staff, either, and no central way for them to access client accounts. Although we have already made our selections, we are very close to going somewhere else. I absolutely do not recommend Ferguson.

Called the Golden Valley store with a question about a malfunctioning backflow valve on my exterior house spigot. I took the valve to a couple of big box stores to get a replacement and was told that this particular fixture looked like a Ferguson valve. Makes sense--Ferguson supplied all the plumbing and fixtures when my house was built.When I called with questions about how the valve works, and any potential damage that might occur if I attached a hose to the spigot without the valve in place: 1) the salesperson who took the call knew nothing about backflow valves (no problem--we all have to learn when were starting out); and 2) the manager who *did* apparently know the information I needed couldnt be bothered to speak with me.I now get why this particular showroom isnt rated very highly on Google.

Horrible and rude front desk customer service. This was my first time as it was suggested I stop by for something in particular I was looking for regarding my bathroom. When I walked in I was immediately asked do you have an appointment? Not knowing that I needed one I said no, but wanted to look around and ask one quick question. The women at the front desk told me no one could help me and she didnt have time to explain how it worked. She said maybe someone would have time but I would need to wait an hour. Then she proceeded to greet others who had appointments offering them coffee and tea. 😤 She glanced over at me and said its my job to help customers with an appointment first. I ended up leaving. Sent a note to customer service alerting them to this off putting women but never got a response. Found what I needed online.

I was told over the phone there were walk in appointments. I waited until the salesperson was available and then she told me she had only five minutes as she had a conference call. She told me to go home and look at the website. Ultimately I ordered from Home Depot. Same price and better service.

I stopped in for help with finishing off a bathroom project. Although the store was busy was delighted how Michele took the time to make mirror suggestions from both in-store products and catalogs. Turned out they had a beautiful, contemporary selection on hand that was just what I was looking for!

Waited for over an hour to be told it would still be quite a while before anybody would be available to meet with me. I called before coming out and nobody told me I should have had an appointment. Random Wednesday afternoon. My husband is a contractor and Im going to recommend he does not send his clients here...

Stopped in here in on a Thursday afternoon, place was dead. Only two other customers in the place. Receptionist told us we had to have a appointment but to check back with her in 10 minutes. No one ever approached us to help us. After 20 minutes, we proceeded to leave. The receptionist was chatting with a salesperson....seems he was available but I guess not for us. Horrible customer service. We went Gerhardts, excellent customer service. Much better experience. Forget Ferguson.

Impossible to call and make appointment. You need to wait for people to call you back and then you need to wait for an appointment for 2 weeks. When you stop in to look at items on your own there are many workers standing around doing nothing, they are rude and will not answer your questions about products because they are too busy socializing with there co-workers about personal issues. I would never purchase items from this business. Completely unprofessional.

I had a bad experience with them.1.Very difficult to get the appointment.2. The sales person who i met is not knowledgeable. I ended up knowing limited models and choice.3. The appliances I selected during my visit are different from the quote I received later in the mail. The prices for appliances are also different from what was told during my visit for the selected items. The sales rep just mentioned as might have misquoted during the visit. If one item I agree for a chance of misspoke or misquote, but I experienced for more. Example of it price for refrigerator is $400 higher in the quote versus what it was told to me during visit. Some of them are higher than market price. Also the sales person told only 1 year manufacturers warranty for all appliances where as entire market is with 2 years manufacturer warranty, it may be a knowledge gap.4. After I selected the appliances, i had to wait for 4 weeks to get the quote, that too after bunch of follow ups.As it is a builder preferred showroom, I dont have other choice to go anywhere else.Due to all of these i have to make another attempt, may be with another sales rep this time.I wish Ferguson to improve the customer experience and service. Having large variety of models at ferguson will not make any sense if the sales and customer services are not improved.May be they are not caring because of builders forced the buyers go there with no choice.————————————————-Revisited on 12-Sep, Amazing turn.... After my feedback, I revisited to showroom on 12-Sep-17, i was hesitant to work with same Rep. This time it is totally made OTHER WAY, Awesome care and well knowledgeable by Sales Rep. I was so confused about this amazing positive turn.HIGHLY SATISFIED with selections, details, price, extra steps.Now again im working with them for additional appliances selection of Washer and Dryer, will conclude my feedback after this experience.

First time dealing with them, and they told me twice the bathtub would be there the next day. I just showed up the second time to pick it up, and now they tell me its on back-order. They have 3 in California, but theyre saying it would be $150-$200 in freight, and it would take 4 days to get here.Meanwhile, my clients bathroom is torn apart, and my workers are left with nothing to do. Their left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.If I could give zero stars, I would!!!!

Unfriendly and unhelpful. Woman at front desk was rude. After I signed in (for meeting with sales rep.) she forgot about me. Over an hour later when I realized shed forgotten about me (she seemed more interested in chit chat with co-workers behind the desk), I had to leave. It did appear they have a broad selection of products, but I will not go back.

Buyer beware! Ferguson’s return process, even for unopened, unused merchandise, is slow, painful, and fraught with emails and phone calls.This elaborate process includes an “eBusiness CSR Operations” department and a “Treasury” department with a “Claims Review” division. And all of these departments are in addition to customer service agents and sales representatives who also “help” process your return.4/3/18: I ordered a bathroom fan from their website, after confirming that I could return it to the nearby Ferguson Showroom in Golden Valley if the item wasn’t needed.4/7/18: Returned unopened fan to GV showroom.4/11/18: Called 1-800 customer service number to check on status of return. They had no record of the item being returned.4/11/18: Called sales rep at GV showroom who had received and recorded my return. Rep said that someone else at showroom was now handling it, and I should just wait for the return credit.4/17/18: Talked to 1-800 customer service rep again. Returned fan not yet received from showroom. Called showroom again and talked to new person handling it; item not but not yet received by warehouse.4/20/18: Received email from customer service rep stating return had been received and finally entered the Customer Cancellation approval phase.5/2/18: Emailed customer service agent because credit not yet received. Informed that the “Return Claim” is currently in the Treasury department for review.All of this rigamarole for a $108 dollar bathroom fan, returned to Ferguson’s showroom in unopened packaging.Save your time and money and go to one of the local big boxes or your neighborhood hardware store.Never again!

This is an awsomesome showroom. Lots of products on display!But do not attempt to ask questions about the products. If you can get someones attention or even make an appointment to work with a salesperson, they are rude and un accommodating. Lots of mismarked tags on the products, so you cant even get information yourself.So if this showroom wants to be appointment only, the sales employees need to understand their products better or mark the tags correctly and make it self- service.

UPDATE 04/08/2015: After a long wait. My permanent vanity top has arrived and its installed. The manager at Ferguson did all he could to ensure I was up to date with information. So, in short. The managers job was superb. But whatever process failed made the company look really bad, and Kohler didnt help either, sending a second vanity top that arrived broken only caused more delays...in short. my learning experience is. Micro manage your vendors, stay on top. double check and triple check with them to make sure things are moving. You dont want last minute surprises. Ask for an estimated delivery date and hold them accountable for it.I placed an order on 12/10/14 for a vanity top. I was told the item would take 3-4 weeks. I have my contractor scheduled accordingly. I called early January to get a status and a lady told me that I was misinformed, and that the vendor has scheduled delivery dates and my order was going to arrive on Jan 28-29th.I called on Jan 29th and I was told that My order was going to arrive to their distribution center on Feb 2nd. Needles to say that my project is heavily delayed because of them.This company is the WORST when it comes to customer service. STAY FAR AWAY of doing business with them. Very unprofessional, not accountable. I wouldnt recommend.
