They did awesome work where its not even noticeable. I can usually tell the difference in paint color on body work but cant tell with my car. They are such nice people who care about the work they do. They dont rush the work. They have great personalities and i would not go anywhere else for body work. I will send people my recommendations to this shop.

Having a broken car stinks. These guys are quick, capable, and kind.

They need to be checked for insurance fraud they did not complete the entire job and charged 2400$ more than the estimate

Let me start by saying, THESE GUYS ROCK!!I took my car in to get some repairs done, nothing special. But after I got my car back, I noticed that some of my warning lights were still on. I tried resetting them and had no luck, so I took it back as soon as I could and they made sure to help me every step along the way. They always were quick to get started on the job and communicated with me very clearly. Then, to top it all off, one of the guys was generous enough to give me a ride to work when a repair was taking longer than expected (still no more than an hour and a half). I chose this shop just this once, but I can confidently say they will keep my business from here on. Thank you one last time, Applewood Auto Body!

Kirt, Nik, Trevor and the Team at Applewood Autobody have been in business in Applewood for longer than 3 decades - the community loves them. Weve used them twice in the past 3 years on two different vehicles. These guys are the REAL DEAL. They listen carefully to what youd like to accomplish -- then they deliver. State Farm insurance wanted to total my older Acura sedan ; after Id only had a bumper bender. -- well,.... to me it seemed to be, & looked to be a bumper bender, -- altho in the world of auto repair.... it always requires more than first appearances ; & to be honest -- it is an older vehicle, so the total threshold is lower.The Team at Applewood Autobody was able to balance my desires to keep and repair a treasured older family car -- when State Farm wanted to extinguish its existence. I cant tell you how happy I am with the end results of their beautiful body work.....! !A family member backed into a tree with this same vehicle 2-3 years prior. Needless to say -- our 2004 Acura sedan looks like a speedy little race car - even tho its had a relatively rough past 3 years..! Its a beautiful, shiny greenish grey color, with leather seats and a moonroof. I am SO GRATEFUL for Applewood Autobodys wonderful care and TLC they gave my tried and true Acura TSX sedan.

Great people, family run, and trustworthy. I had what would have been three claims, but chose to pay out of pocket. This is important to note because the final bill was right on the estimate. They did good work, but didnt go above and beyond. Was supposed to take a week, but took two weeks, not all there fault as a big snow storm slowed them a bit. Overall I would recommend them.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they did a great job fixing my smashed bumper, AND they basically detailed the entire inside of my car!! They even thoroughly cleaned my 3 year old’s disgusting car seat! I am beyond impressed with Applewood Auto Body and would highly recommend!

Great repair shop! Quality work was done on time at a fair price with outstanding customer service. They are busy because they do good work but worth the wait. Kirt and staff are great people who take pride in their work and as a result the truck looks like new. Highly recommend these guys.

Brought my hail damage car in for repair. They stuck to there word when it comes to a warranty. There was something I didn’t like and I called and they said bring it by as soon as possible. Did the next day, fixed it, and super happy they stick to there word. Love them highly recommend.

I went to this place last year when we had the large hail storm. They got my estimate done immediately and I was very impressed. I understood when they told me they would be backed up for a considerable amount of time. Unfortunately, a year later and numerous phone calls, they still could give me no estimate when they might get to me. I finally decided that they must not want to do business with me so took it somewhere else and in 3 weeks I was done. I would prefer they be up front if they arent going to work with me or if they underbid the cost but could never get that far.

Excellent no pressure shop. They gave me a free estimate for some minor rust. This required taking the interior apart. Then gave me pros and cons from do nothing, to a cheap patch, to professionally repaired. I will highly recommend you let Kirk get a look at your vehicle.

The work that has been done has been pretty good however they have not been able to finish the job 100%. They will not return phone calls and after a year of trying to get them to finish the job they just tell you that they are too busy. So that is how your lifetime warranty will go. Mine was door damage on a new vehicle that was stolen and Kurt told me that I was too picky. I am sure if any of you reading this have a new car repaired you will be picky and want to have it restored to original condition too. I also discussed this before the work was done and he assured me that it would be done to my satisfaction. The only reason they tell you this is to get your money and then send you on your way without completely fixing your vehicle. Stay away.

My family has had several cars fixed at this family establishment over years. They have always done a great job and are so nice to work with.The owners were careful to answer my concerns and the work was done timely and affordable. I would highly recommend them if you want to work with an honest busness and appreciate quality repairs.

Experts who will not rip you off.

I will start with saying I have used this shop 3 times over the last 10 years and was very disappointed when u went to the shop today and left angry. I needed an estimate and was told that it would be a waste of his time because I have already had an estimate done and they use the same software. Not exactly what I was looking for when wanting a second opinion from what use to be a trusted shop. Even though last time they worked on my vehicle it took them longer than they said I still was willing to go back to them, but now am willing to trust a shop out of the phone book rather being told my business is a waste of their time.

Had to bring my truck back 5 times and it still wasnt right. Put emblems for a different model on backwards, couldnt figure out how to get the correct bumper ordered (tried to convince me to let them straighten the existing, badly damaged bumper). Painted over rockchips leaving flaking paint, left globs of clear-coat on my hood, mounted quarterpanel so that my tailgate rubbed when in down position, driver door didnt seal properly, etc. When I brought it back to have the door paint re-shot, swirl marks from a buffer were visible in paint, and the finish looked like there was almost no clear coat. Im pretty understanding, but they clearly did not care. Had to have another body shop remedy some of these issues, as they were not on the list of State Farm preferred shops.

I am sad to say I have never had a good experience at any autobody shop (even ones that my insurance company recommended in the past) until I came to Applewood. I was sent here by another mechanic, and Im very grateful for that. Kirt was my primary point of contact, but everyone there was very friendly. They even sent out a mechanic to do an estimate when I told them my car was not safe to drive, at no charge! The best part of it all was that my car was finished earlier than I thought. The estimate was exactly what was quoted, but I know that is rare everywhere and that I lucked out. They are very careful to tell you that the estimates might change once they look inside your car as well.I am very pleased with my experience here, they are not judgy, very friendly, and very good at what they do. I solidly recommend this place to anyone looking to get body work done.
