Trust the reviews. My vehicle took an extra day to be serviced than I was told, which I can understand- things happen. The much bigger issue though, is I was never contacted. I wasn’t contacted when the first day was ending to let me know they needed it longer and I needed to find other transportation (I called at 4pm and found out), and I wasn’t told the following day that the vehicle was ready. Had to call again, wait on hold for 10 minutes just to have the advisor be rude and laugh at me for expecting a shuttle service back (which I had scheduled). Horrible lack of communication that made the process much more stressful for me. Will not come back to this location.Update: A week after receiving the service above with oil change, my Jeep’s check engine light came on. My boyfriend took it in for me and when he went to pick it up, the receipt said oil change and cracked valve. He confronted him said there was no way a valve could be rusty on a car this new and how it just had an oil change and the advisor got uncomfortable and lied to his face, saying the oil change must have been a “typo”. He brings my car home and checks and what do you know, there was oil everywhere. Clearly they put the wrong oil in the first time which caused the light to go on and didn’t want to be liable.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
To make a long story short I bought my Jeep April 2020 the first question I asked was is this Jeep certified and if the transmission and engine has been checked? It was told me me by the salesman (Chen) that he just drove the Jeep before I came there, and it is in perfect condition. Within a week of driving it I noticed the alignment off and shifting issues with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I brought it in for service and and it was told to me that the alignment was fixed and the transmission needed to be reset. I drove it for about another few weeks and I had to take it back again for the alignment and shifting issues again. So I dropped it off June 15th, they said I needed a new transmission body valve, waited about a month for that part. I was given the number to Jeep Corporation. I called and they helped me to get the part in sooner. so now, the technician said it was not shifting properly. So he ordered a transmission. Every week that I call the parts are on backorder, I had to call the Jeep Corporation again to help get the part in. It was told to me that I can go ahead and trade in the Jeep for another vehicle and it would be an easy transition since it was taking so long for the parts. I was told they had 15 jeeps on the lot and that the Manager would look for another jeep. When I called to check on if he had found anything, he didnt know who I was. So that means no he didnt look for anything. I shouldnt have to call every week since June to check the status of my vehicle. This has been the worst buying experience ever. I have made 4 payments and 4 insurance payments without my truck. I am beyond angry!!! I have worked with Chen the salesman, Steve the Technician, and The manager Steve. I also called Chen to get another temp tag for my truck thinking that I was going to receive my truck back sooner and he told me that I cant receive another temp tag, and I can just make an appointment at the DMV to get my plates. So I called right back to someone else and she said she would have another temp tag waiting for me when I come to pick it up that expired Aug 14th . I have received poor service since Ive purchased from here!! I regret coming to this place to trade in a vehicle and put 2000 down to get this type of treatment.
Daniel in the service department was very helpful and gave me regular update calls on the status of the repairs and warranty inspection.
Great dealership, but frankly they need a better more modern waiting area. And not having to schedule an Oil Change 3 months ahead
5 stars across the board for this dealership. My husband and I are from Indiana and travel all over the US for his job. I have wanted a jeep wrangler for a very long time and decided to give this place a shot. Boy was I not disappointed! They have the biggest selection of jeeps Ive ever seen. Even bigger than anything I would have found back home. It definitely worked in my favor too because I prefer to drive manual transmission and most places have very few options if any at all. I highly recommend Aaron Mitchell from sales. He took fantastic care of us despite how crazy busy they were. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. When I finally decided on a vehicle my husband and I wanted payments to be at a certain number. By the end we still werent able to get it down to where we wanted and both the service manager and financial team came out to talk to us. We were given even more for our trade in so we were able get the payments down and get the jeep I desired. We were given the best deal and they fought really hard to make that happened for us. Literally the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Thank you all so much for making it such a smooth process. Ask for Aaron Mitchell. He will work hard to get you exactly what you want. Highly recommend! :)
Bought 3 jeeps over the last 3 years. It was easy and fast!
Very respectful and honest
Super happy with Steve and his team at Autonation jeep west. Super happy with my purchase and the sales process.
Brought my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for regular scheduled maintenance. Very professional and friend staff, drop-off was quick and easy. The service adviser was very knowledgeable and transparent when it came to cost and timeline and didnt blindly jam every fluid/filter change down my throat before even looking at the car (which was a breath of fresh air). Price and length of service was accurate with regular voicemail updates from my adviser, followed by a pick-up was just as easy as drop-off. When I had concerns about my repair the service managers Matt and Kevin stepped in, took my Jeep back and provided alternative transportation until I was completely satisfied with the work done. Waiting area is a little worn down, could use a refresh if they expect people to wait for their service. Regardless, I will definitely be returning for my next service.
Ive spent 10+ years in the automotive industry as a master technician and as a mechanical engineer in manufacturing, including product quality. It is no surprise that Jeep ranks 26th of all automotive manufacturers in the 2020 JD Power Vehicle Dependability Study. The study shows that, in the first three years of ownership, you can expect 159 mechanical issues for every 100 cars produced. My recent experience with my Jeep vehicle is in line with this data. All other manufacturers that I have worked with, professionally and personally, have stood behind the quality of their vehicles by honoring their warranties. I have even witnessed other manufacturers cover issues outside of the scope of a warranty out of good will. This is not the case with FCA US.Further, I have never worked with an automotive manufacturer that does not consider their differential and driveline components to be part of the vehicle powertrain. As a result of Jeeps interpretation of their powertrain warranty, I am expected to bear the cost of a $500 powertrain repair when the vehicle is still well within the powertrain warranty. To make matters worse, the root cause of the issue is known and understood by FCA US, as evidenced by their release of a Technical Service Bulletin. In my experience, automotive manufacturers release a TSB when their market quality team has detected a high occurrence rate of an issue. As such, I would recommend anyone considering the purchase of a new or used Jeep product to be fully aware of the lack of protection offered by Jeeps warranty and the dependability of the vehicle you are considering purchasing.
Robert Aguilar did a fantastic job finding us the Jeep we wanted. He was a pleasure to work with, efficient with a great sense of humor. They have a good balance of attentive salesmen without being super aggressive
I love the staff. The location is clean. Scott in service is great. Helped me a couple times and has always been considerate with my time. Thank you all youre awesome
..Excellent service..Mike D. & service techs took care of both my Jeeps in a timely manner... it was a great experience.. Highly Recommend :-)
A warning to JL owners: this dealership does overfill when doing oil changes and uses a cheaper oil than the one called for in the owners manual (your invoice will say 5w-20 instead of 0w-20). Dont get your Jeep serviced here and, if you do, check your dipstick before driving away.Changing my review after more experience with this dealership. You cant trust anyone here, especially the service department. Stay away.
I highly recommend this shop. Daniel was a pleasure to work with!!
I paid $1,100 for a 60k service on my Wrangler over a year ago and just found out they didn’t actually do the service I paid for. My differential fluid was sludge. The mechanic told me there was no way it had ever been changed, let alone 12k miles ago. Who knows what else they didn’t do or what other corners they cut. Completely unacceptable. Do not bring your car here for service. They should be shut down for criminal fraud.
They were terrible on fixing things that should have been covered under warranty. They came up with any excuse not to fix our vehicles issues instead of honoring their word when they sold it to us that they would make sure we were happy with our vehicle. We are not happy.
I havent been here but after reading the reviews I wont be going. Sounds like a pretty sleezy place. Sorry for everyone who got screwed over!
Had a great experience buying my new truck. Roberto was very helpful and was as efficient as possible!
Terrible
Had to stop in with possible transmission issues in my new Jeep Cherokee on a road trip about 500 miles from home. Service rep didnt even pay attention to my explanation and only replied that there was a 2 week wait and there was nothing they could do to help me. I could understand a possible 2 week wait for regular maintenance, but this is an issue that could possibly ruin my road trip and my Jeep. Horrible service. Terrible place. Thanks AutoNation!
Run do not use this place. My daughter had ignition problem they charged $800 dollars ( originally asking for $1200) to replace a 50 buck part. Usual cost on this was less than $200.
Good service and prices.
Terrible wait times on telephone to talk to a service adviser. Impossible to make a service appointment. Remote call center personnel (for Auto Nation) are poorly trained and unable to assist.
I made an appointment for an oil change at 9 am. This appointment was made 2 weeks ago..it has now been 2 hours and it is still not done!
Fast professional convenient
Friendly and decent customer service
