Awesome 2 day shipping (this was the basic free shipping option) directly to my hotel, complete fit kit and rails, couldn’t find these anywhere else so was thrilled to find in stock and ready to ship. I did buy the cargo box elsewhere as I wanted it installed and to see it first and did not want to drive back to Denver. Wish I would have thought about this while in Denver and visited their shop, definitely could have used the space in the car while traveling. Very pleased!!

These guys are great. I just had them install a custom rhino rack on my truck topper, rooftop tent on the rack, and awning. They did a nice job and the installation cost is very fair. Be prepared to wait for installation, as they are very busy. But most likely youll get in within the week. The store has a lot of good inventory, and the staff are knowledgeable. They have earned their great ratings.

I bought my first Thule box from rack attack in 2007, and bought my Thule tepui tent this year- both transactions were seamless. I lost the key to my old (2007) box this week and they hooked me up with a free replacement no questions asked- that’s killer customer service, I’ll always use and recommend rack attack in the future.

The guys at Rack Attack were super helpful and professional. I stopped in to look at bike rack solutions and they walked me through and showed me the various option. I ended up ordering a tow hitch for my vehicle and the informed me its a two week turn around typically. Once the hitch was in, they called me to schedule the install. The install itself was fast and professional. I also purchased a bike rack and the sales associate shows me the racks they had available and all the features. I would highly recommend Rack Attack to anyone!

Everyone I encounter in the store was polite and knowledgeable. My ONLY complaint is that I have to wait for a couple of weeks to get the hardware installed on my vehicle. I’m sure the reason is that they are very good and everyone knows it so this keeps them very busy. For me the wait is not a problem.

Extremely competent, and very helpful. We went in today, and they sold us the correct size Thule cargo box, and helped me install my factory cross bars before installing the box. We wanted bigger, but they showed us how it would hit the rear hatch or cover the sun roof, and got us the best option that would fit. Super happy we didnt just order a box online. Some purchases are way better at a local shop.

Extremely nice staff! They attend to you in a second. I personally went in last second and they helped me select the best option. I will mention this, they carry only the best quality carrier and racks so they are not your cheap options but then you don’t want your rack breaking during your journey either. Bought a used truck with Yakima cross bars on the topper and no key. My bike mounts were 2” from fitting, with the help of the very professional staff I was on my way home quickly with a new key. I’ll be back for ski mounts soon. Thanks again!

Poor customer service. Worse installationHad a platform installed on my truck and the drilling looked like my cat did the work.. removed the platform and sold it.Don’t make the trip to buy products the staff says they have stocked. Just drove 45 minutes after speaking with a person over the phone. Got there and the guy brings out the box and starts the payment process. I start paying and another employee tells him that’s sold.

After having an altercation between my bike rack on top of my car (including my bike) and my garage door header, I arrived at Rack Attack to see what could be done to repair the blown rivets on my roof track. The team did a fantastic job of running me through my options and coming up with a solution that helped me maintain the ascetics of my vehicle while repairing the damage caused and restoring the racks functionality. When I received my car back, I was delighted with the quality of the workmanship and the overall restoration. It was hard for me to tell the difference between how the rack looked now vs. how it had looked before, which was my goal. In the future, if I have a question or issue related to the cargo rack on this car or any future vehicles I have, I will go to Rack Attack first. I highly recommend them for both the quality of sales service and knowledge they provide and the quality of their installation teams work.Also, as part of this adventure, I stopped in at the Denver Store to pick up a part that the Golden store did not have in inventory and phoned over to the Denver store to hold for me. I called in, they had the exact Yakima rack I wanted in stock, they offered to set it aside for me. They also recommended the correct cargo net. I stopped by a couple hours later and picked up. Couldnt have been easier.

I purchased an $800 cargo box from these guys while at the store a few weeks ago. The employee that helped me explained to me that the box would arrive in a few days and she would give me a call when it was delivered. Well, I waited nearly a week and still hadnt heard from her. When I called and asked about the status of the box, another employee said yeah, weve had that here for a few days and that he would tag it for me and I could come pick it up anytime.Last Sunday (and a few days before our road trip), I loaded up my 10 month old and showed up to pick it up only to find that nobody ever marked the box (that I paid for two weeks ago!) and they didnt have any in stock. Clearly disappointed that Id wasted 2.5 hours of my weekend, the best the employee could do was say yeah, Im sorry about that. Another shipment arrived yesterday and today I took time off work to drive 1.5 hours to pick up the box since were leaving town tomorrow. No discount or even an Im sorry.I would think hard about giving these guys your business.

Rack Attack in Golden is awesome. Their website is easy to use to find products specifically for my car. Every person I spoke with (which was about five) - were able to pick up where the last person left off. My installation was seamless. Their product offerings are outstanding. Pretty much anything you could want on your car (rails, racks, boxes, all of which I got) they have or can get. Absolutely delighted that MINI of Loveland sent me their way. Great, if it isn’t ordered. No follow up. They will not call you back and tell your order is back ordered. You can asked to be contacted back by manager no contact. Called four times and finally had the manager answer so I could get some info on my account. Only to be told, yes I see Yakima has in stock for over 2weeks, but your order won’t ship for at least another week. Nothing we can do!!

My anxieties immediately dissipated thanks to Christian. He was transparent about what I needed and what were the bells and whistles. I feel bad for the owner of this business. I went in to purchase a bike a few weeks ago on the weekend. Out of the 4 employees I saw working, only one was actually helping customers while the 3 other employees were watching videos on the store computer. No one came to help us when we were looking at the bike racks and after 5 minutes of just standing near the registers, one is the employees finally looked up from the videos and helped us purchase a rack. I was about to just leave, but was already there and really wanted a rack that day. I said I feel bad for the owner because the owner was paying 3 people that day to watch videos…and those employees clearly could not have cared less about the business or helping customers.

I went in for a minor fix and even though they were busy they squeezed me in. The service could not have been better. Ive never had better more personal service anywhere in denver. In particular, Evan was phenomenal and so helpful. Thank you.

I needed to find a solution to mount my Yakima Fat Cats onto a Toyota Sienna, with just side rails, to mount a few pairs of skis for an upcoming trip to Utah. Several sporting good stores carry only Yakima cross bars, which are back-ordered indefinitely, and could not suggest any other option. I thought I was out of luck until I called Rack Attack and they discussed my situation and suggested a different system by Thule, which they had in stock. I picked them up that day, mounted them in about an hour and they worked perfectly. Everyone at the store is friendly and really know their stuff. They will be my first call the next time I need a rack for my vehicle.

Above and beyond customer service. I popped by near closing to see if I could order missing parts for my roof mounted bike rack. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable about the products they carry. They are never too busy to walk you through all of the finer details on each product that you are interested in so that you are able to make your own informed decision. They are never pushy, just really great at providing customers with the information that they need. I would definitely recommend them!

Needed a bike rack for two bikes to be installed between our RV and our tow vehicle. Staff was helpful and sold us a rack that was a better choice based on our need. Staff recommended a trunk/hatchback rack instead. Much better fitament!

I wish I could give the Golden location 10 stars. I called today after speaking with the COS location because a piece of my roof rack fell off. The piece wasn’t sold individually so COS called around and found one in Golden, but they wouldn’t arrange delivery (I purchased in COS and have since moved out of state). When I called the Golden store the manager Josh didn’t know what I was talking about, but found the piece I needed and set up shipping. He didn’t even hesitate. I’m very appreciative as I would’ve been out $70 in not being able to repair my rack. I’m kind of bummed to learn Rack Attack doesn’t have an option for parts, but I’m very grateful their staff offer such great customer service.

We had an issue with our skybox in that it wouldnt open. We had bought it at REI but I ran over to rack attack to see if they had any ideas about what was wrong as they are close by. They spent at least 30 minutes with me, took the handle apart and cleaned it out, put it back together, and it worked perfectly. Because they were not busy they didnt even charge me, though I would have happily paid them for the awesome help. I will definitely be buying our next rack purchase from them!

Quick, knowledgeable and great customer service. Went in without a set appointment time. After a short consult I was told Id be set up and out the door in 30 minutes. True to their word the Thule Canyon XT Cargo Basket was installed with Thule Aeorblade bars and I was out the door timely. Hard to find these days but Rack Attack Denver-West made it happen.

I brought in my pop-up camper earlier this summer to the Denver West location and had rails and crossbars and bike racks installed by the Rack Attack team. Throughout, they were informative and helpful. When we took the camper out after having hte rack installed, the ceiling lights in the camper didnt work. I brought it in, they volunteered to look at it and, yesterday, they spent several hours to find out that it was a coincidental blown fuse (and not the roof penetrations from installing the rack as we suspected. Dustin and teh whole team are great to work with and I really want to give them a shout-out for tracking down the issue with a smile on their faces (at least what I could see behind the mask). Thanks again! Ill be back with my future rack needs.
