The two lovely ladies that run this place do a superior job. The place is kept up so well and units impeccably clean I am sad to go. If I could have locked in my rate for 12 months..id still be there.. In comparison to my other unit at a different facility.. I felt much safer at this facility and if I had to chose I would stay at Cubesmart. I need to downsize, so my increase really helped me to push towards my ultimate goal. thanks again! if I ever need a space I will be back.

25% rent increase is not a slight increase after 6 months. Had to move in 99 degree temps, get moving help again etc. Not worth the hassle. Give Morgan a raise, shes mentioned favorably in 90%+ of your reviews.

Honestly Morgan was the most wonderful part of my CubeSmart experience! She was a true professional with kindness and a sense of humor to make light of my less than ideal moving day. Even the day I moved out from the unit she called to say farewell and apologized for how icy it was (the amount of ice no one can do anything about). I have been using this Cube Smart Self Storage since October of 2013 and I have never had any problems. The Management has always been very helpful whenever I had questions or needed to take care of billing. The restrooms have always been clean and orderly. The property is always maintained and clean of any junk or trash. I must say it has and is a pleasure doing business with this establishment. I highly recommend this storage facility for your storage needs.

I’ve had many storage units since moving to Colorado including three at this location and a Cubesmart in Littleton. It’s an understatement to say that the staff here, Morgan and Pam, are a couple of my favorite people! Extremely kind and helpful. Pricing is comparable to other companies in the area. About the only thing I didn’t like was the frequency of rate changes. A corporate decision, I’m sure. That doesn’t stop me from recommending this location to anyone looking for storage services. It’s my go to spot :)

You are more than just a number at this CubeSmart Self Storage facility in Golden.I received a call from Morgan at CubeSmart, due to a relatives missing payment, which was not normal for him. Turns out he had passed away from natural causes in his sleep.I am forever grateful to her for taking that effort, which then led me to eventually learn of his sudden demise.

The employees at this location were amazing. From my first call to inquire about the room, to me arriving near closing after being on the road 12 hrs, to closing out the term.

Ive rented space from you before and had a good experience so I thought I would try them again. I needed to move out of state to go help family but my girls were going to be staying in Colorado and eventually getting their own apartment. This has been the best experience in renting a storage unit! I can’t say enough good things about the front office staff (Pam & Morgan), they have always been (from the first time I walked in, to the last day that I was there) incredibly nice, patient, helpful, knowledgeable. The location was perfect for me to store my stuff, easy in and out access, clean facilities, pricing was the same if not better than most places that I had looked into for storage. I’ll be back if I ever need to rent storage again. Highly recommend this facility for your storage purposes.

This is the first time I’ve ever actually used to public storage, but the cube smart came highly recommended from a friend. I found a whole process to be easy, and even enjoyable. Be Aware! Undisclosed $24.00 admin fee will be charged. CubeSmart admits the undisclosed fee is charged, and is not found anywhere on the mobile site used by all smartphone users to reserve storage. They don’t care. It is found only on the normal website via non-smart phone users to reserve storage. They don’t care, you will pay the undisclosed $24 admin fee, regardless if their site fails to disclose such a fee applies. Kind of like the old used car buying days - one price advertised and then undisclosed fees apply jacking up the price.

Pam, the office manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with a heart of gold! She is reliable and dependable, always following through with what she says. She even got us a refund for the month we didnt end up using! We had a storage unit at extra storage during the same time and even though we had already paid for the entire month and moved everything out just 3 days into that month, extra storage space definitively did NOT offer us any money back. Our experience at CubeSmart was so amazing that I wish I could take Pam with us!

Pam and Morgan run the Cubesmart like clockwork - precise and always 2 steps ahead of the needs of customers and maintaining the storage facility. They are outstanding at customer service and there are not enough posiive things that can be said about this facility and how smoothly it runs.After a recent snow one of the office folks was out shoveling snow from in front of the units due to some remnants from the plowing - above and beyond normal responsibilities.
