Absolutely great experience. Saw the car I wanted online at their lot. Called and asked about it and was invited to come over an hour away to look at. Upon test drive the car had no issues and drove great, the only problem with the test drive was someone had come to look at the same car I was looking at the same time I was looking at it. But since I was there first I was given the opportunity to look it over first which shows customer service not just trying to make a sale. They filled the gas tank just for the test drive which most dealers would not do. Upon purchase the paperwork took less that 5 minutes. The car is an 04 and a few minor cosmetic things that Brad even offered to fix after I bought it but I told him it was fine and not to worry about it. They took very good care of me the entire time. And Brad even drove over an hour away to deliver the title to me in person. Would for sure recommend anyone to buy from them if you’re in the market to something new to drive.

Family owned and very friendly. No pressure at all and doesn’t even try to sell you on anything, they let me look and drive the car and it only took 15 minutes to do the paperwork and leave out of there. Highly recommend this place. Love local family owned businesses!

It isnt often that I find the need to leave a Negative Review, and it is more often than not that I find the positive in virtually any situation. We recently (not even 30 days ago) purchased a truck from this dealership. Living a little over an hour away, we were impressed that Mike was delivering it to us along with all of the paperwork. When I was signing the paperwork, I noticed that it said it was sold as is no dealer warranty; however, when I was looking at the truck it stated that it has 30 day limited dealer warranty. Note, I even have a picture of the warranty label that was on the truck at their dealership. Well, before getting the truck I received a call stating there was an issue with the Def Fluid heater. I was told it would be approximately a 4 hour job, but to my surprise only took 1.5 hour to complete. So far, we havent had issues with that so I am hopeful it is in fact fixed. After driving 50 miles the Service Engine Soon light came on. Went to the local Autozone and found out that there was in fact another problem that needs to be fixed. Well, about 20 miles later we discovered that the a/c was no longer working to its full potential. We also found a coolant leak, and we also have an ABS brake issue that is getting worse. Again, we have not had the truck 30 days. I have called numerous times to get our license plate, and nobody knows where it is. Keep in mind we paid money to have this specific weighted plate, that we still have not received. I want to reiterate that what might appear to be a perfect deal, might end up costing you. Please beware before purchasing from this local owned establishment, and please get the vehicle inspected before you sign the paperwork. We will be looking into additional measures in the meantime on the best way to move forward with these issues.

I bought a used car from Darryl Floars on 01/23/20 and couldnt be happier. It was the easiest and best buying experience I have ever had. There was absolutely no pressure and the price was great. They even texted me pics of the vehicle when I had questions. No surprises with these guys!I paid for the car and made arrangements to pick it up a few days later. During that time, Brad noticed a bad wiper and replaced it, at their expense! After I had already paid!These guys are great and will get all my business going forward.

Do not buy anything from these people. When you do and then find out that the vehicle is infested with cockroaches and dead vermin, to which they act like it isnt a big deal and refuse to do the right thing and refund your money and take the vehicle back do to the fact that they cannot admit they messed up. Its sad that salespeople get a bad rap because of people like this being shady and so worried about taking your money instead of making sure the customers are completely satisfied even if that means refunding a sale. People like this should never be allowed to operate a business such as this. To underplay the roach infestation to having a few bugs in the vehicle is appalling to say the least, germin cockroaches are one of the most disease ridden insects in the world and to have them crawling around in your vehicle feeding off dead rodents is unacceptable. So to everyone looking to buy from this dealer please take heed to this warning and go somewhere else.

If you decide to purchase from Darryl Floars Motorcars I highly recommend having your vehicle inspected by a trusted mechanic as my experience indicates they do not do this themselves. My wife purchased a classic vehicle as a surprise for me and was explicit that she was looking for something ready to drive, not a project. The vehicle was advertised as “solid transportation”, “unbelievable machine” and touted as previously being fully restored with no expense spared. Unable to drive a manual Darryl drove her around for the test drive. She did notice and question how well the brakes were working but was told “that is how drum brakes work”. She bought the vehicle and luckily decided against having her mom drive it home (45mn) as it was later determined not safe for the road. They trailered it to us and a local mechanic determined: 1) the parking brake had been removed 2) the wrong rear brakes installed (reason why parking brake was missing) and were falling apart and 3) the previous owner had incorrect axles installed among other issues. 4 months and a lot of $ later I have had to track down parts and have a local mechanic replace portions of the drivetrain. As one issue led to another, it would not have been difficult to identify some of these issues had the dealership done their work. I am left wondering what they actually do upon purchasing vehicles to sell. I attempted to work with Mike and Darryl as I feel this is a case of false advertising and selling an unsafe vehicle. After many emails, texts and calls they stopped responding and I finally stopped trying to come to a resolution.

To say the least. I would not buy again or recommend someone to buy from this car dealer. Bought a $25k truck and on the first day I had one locked up brake and check engine light on. Truck has been on their shop two times. Second time, they had it for 2 weeks and driven almost 1000 miles to return it to me with unfixed issues and empty fuel tank. (Note: less than a month old). Almost 2 months now and I still dont my license plate yet.Very unfair business practices to the hard working people.
