Took my new 2021 Volkswagen Atlas SEL Premium to get its first oil change today. Had the dealer rotate the tires as well. Simple task. No issues with the service department. However, the technician who serviced my $54K vehicle got oil handprints on my leather door panel, leather steering wheel, leather arm rest, and shifter. I was disappointed that the technician did not clean their hands before returning my vehicle to me.

I brought in my 2018 Tiguan at 100k mile mark and wanted to change the shockers and struts. So I mentioned my concerns to Will, the guy at the counter about losing control at turns and bumpy rides. In addition I have a problem with apple CarPlay not working and my right front side marker bulb being out. They charged me $128 just for diagnosis and determined that there wasn’t any problem with the shockers, apple CarPlay or the marker bulb. According to them everything seemed fine on the vehicle which I find surprising because after 100k miles, shockers usually go out and need replacement. Plus Tiguan SEL model has marker bulbs installed by factory and they said that there are no marker bulbs on the vehicle.When I asked about checking the timing chain, they said visually it looked good. It’s frustrating to be charged for doing just a visual inspection for that price.In my opinion they just charged the $128 fee for no reason. Dint even really take a look at my car.

We took our 2006 Bettle in on 4/12/2021 for a/c electrical issue and to have a new key programed. Was advised that we would need a new compressor (car has all new ac components that have never circulated due to electrical issue) for an estimated cost of $1300+, I advised service department that there was a new compressor on the car and declined their diagnosis. Proceeded back home where we contacted a local shop who diagnosised and fixed in two hours. This dealership will rip you off and their service technician didnt lift the car to look for the problem. If you have $115 per hour to throw away then this is your place.

I recently bought a BMW that was on their lot. A month after purchasing, I had still heard nothing about my tags. I have called everyday for the past week hoping to get some update. I was told they would call me back each day, but have yet to be contacted. Friendly staff, Tre is awesome. But as for post-purchase issues, there is much to be desired.

Frema Motors is a long time family owned, family operated dealership with the owners on site daily. Franki and Joey (Owners) made sure we (not just us but everyone) had their personal cell numbers so we could talk to them about any issues or questions we may have.We stopped by their dealership just after closing, I went in and asked if I could get a brochure prior to returning the next day. In addition to giving me a brochure John M. took the time to show us a vehicle we we researching. Even though we were working with three other dealers, he stayed with us (long after closing) until we had all our initial questions answered,We return the next evening to test drive a similar model to the vehicle of our choice, they stayed again until after closing to ensue we had all the information we needed in our quest for a new vehicle. Franki even offered us an overnight test drive should we be so inclined.The next day Jon R., had a vehicle brought in from another state so we could see the exact model, trim level and color we were interested in. They did this for us without any commitment from us as we still had two other vehicles we were still interested in.When we test drove the second vehicle, Frank A. spent a couple of hours with us to show us everything we needed to help us in our attempt to finalize our decision, knowing we we still very interested in another vehicle..From the initial visit through driving our new vehicle off the lot, you couldn’t ask for a more friendly and helpful staff, this was the most pleasant and enjoyable process we have ever experienced with a dealership.Customer for Life is not just a sales gimmick or just Talking the Talk. Im disappointed and upset. I came in to this dealership to buy a vehicle the sooner I walk-in I noticed that the staff and owners dont wear mask. This place doesnt care of the safety of their customers they dont care to follow Covid-19 regulations. I dont know how they still open, none of their staff uses masks or follow the 6 feet safety guidelines. This is ridiculous! I took my businesses to other dealers ship where my safety matter.
