I went in to make a copy of an important document around 10am. None of their machines worked so I had to go to Staples further down the street. Not reliable.

I went to office depot to try to fix a laptop port issue that required soldering. The sales rep gave me a price tag of ~$600 because he said they needed to send it to a lab (the replacement part cost ~$20). I proceeded to ask him how long it would take, despite knowing the cost was nearly half of the laptops value and he estimated 2 months. I ignored the fact he was trying to suggest I should just buy a new computer there and left afterwards. I got the laptop fixed at a local place for ~$100 half hour later, but was genuinely still shocked at the time and cost Office Depot was listing for their service that I had to write this review. I couldve literally bought the tools and learned how to solder it myself for that much monetary resource. Needless to say Im unlikely to go to Office Depot again for physical products or services.

Very great lovely staff. I enjoy coming to this facility and being able to feel welcome by staff and others. Nice and clean facility as well.

Dylan and Liz are the two best things to happen to that place. Competence and efficiency live inside of them. Sheena is great too. I just wish the rest of the staff was as good. Its always a great experience when theyre there. I ship things from there very frequently and they always handle it quickly. I cant think of anything they could do better.

No staff round about in store for assistance. When I find staff they were polite. Went to front register there was no line.

Honestly, its better to circle around the block a few times and then heading over to Staples and checking out there seeing how slow they checkout people here.

Love coming here for my office supplies. Sometimes the prices are a little higher than other places.

I was followed around the store by an employee, he thought I was trying to steal pens, I picked up while waiting on email.
