I found the floor staff to be slow in responding to assistance requests. Had to ask cashier three times to page for help. I buy my canine vaccines here and they are in date, stocked and refrigerated. I also bought my mower blades, safe and chicken supplies here.. Three stars for lax floor staff.

We buy our cat litter and cat food from here. Always a good price and products.....our cat likes it. .so we are very happy.

I like TSC, it has most of the needs for a small farmer. They sell seed, feed, wire, posts for fencing, and etc. Good location. Plenty of parking. Easy access in and out of parking lot and town. They carry an assortment of farm equipment and parts.

Good store to get tractor parts youll need along with mowers, vehicle battery accessories, and nice tools at nice prices. Along with vet visits as well. Best way for your farming or yard needs.

Not my cup if tea but for people who like farming will like it, good people, good atmosphere, the place smells like tires and animal feed but its a good place to go if your a farmer.

This is the absolute worst Tractor Supply. We were here when they had baby ducks and the poor things had no water whatsoever. I alerted an employee to the situation and he said hed take care of it. I watched him continue to stack boxes for the next 7-8 minutes without helping the ducklings. I finally just refilled their water myself in the restroom sink and on the way out asked for the manager. I explained what had happened and she told me she knew their water wasnt empty because she filled it herself 20 minutes ago. Yeah, right. This is only one of the issues weve had in this store. On the other hand, the Smithfield store has been phenomenal to go to, they always go out of their way to help.

Worst store I have been at. Womens restroom needs a key but the mens does not. Womens restroom had no toilet paper. When I asked for some I was questioned if I was sure there was no toilet paper. Instead of the worker doing it they just handed me the roll. Never coming back!

If it was possible to get less than one star they deserve it in the Goldsboro store.One person on duty in the store on a Saturday on a sale weekend is a poor way to run a store.After 2 visits I finally managed to buy a trailer, stupid me!After 3 weeks still no title for the trailer as promised, manager is not there, assistant is not there, phone calls not returned as promised.Will be returning the trailer.

Came here to get some chicks. I had my kids with me. There was a half dead chick in the brooder. When I pointed out they had a sick chick, one of the workers just picked it up and threw it in a box and tossed the box like it was nothing. It wasnt even dead yet. It was moving in her hands. I get it, the chick was sick... but there are a lot better ways to deal with something like that instead of how she did it, especially in front of young children.

They always greet you when you walk in very friendly staff willing to help find anything that I need went in for shavings had them up to the front before I could even finish paying for them and they help me load them in my truck

Lately, TSC has done a lousy job with customer service and stocking. I am never given the correct information; I am told that what I want to purchase (which is NEVER in stock) will be in an a given day and this is never the case. I am about to make my fifth trip in six days, and I am getting tired of the lack of customer service, accurate information and stocking. After calling (just now, Sunday morning), I have been told that stocking will not be done today (not what I was told yesterday), that my cart of pet supplies was not held (again, not what I was told yesterday), and that the supplies I was told would be available this afternoon will NOT be available today. maybe tomorrow? or maybe never?

They have I believe everything you will need for a pet. From collars, leashes, cloths. Ill definitely need to up ppl

They never ever have anything you need in stock even when the website shows that its in stock or available for pickup. Call them on the phone,,, Oh yeah we have that. When you get there, Not there. Order something online to pickup and they cancel your order shortly after!! I have been there probably 5-6 times In the last couple months. Not once did they have what I was looking for . And Im talking about everyday garden variety stuff like soil, seed, straw etc, stuff that even Walmart has stocked at all times. I have also ordered items online to pickup and within the day my order is cancelled every single time. No reason is given for the cancellation. Very unprofessional!! And on top of it when you call they lie to you and say they do have it, when its a lie. I called once and lady on the phone said yeah we have that without a hesitation. Went there and the stuff I asked about was an outside item. No way she had time to go outside and check. They just lie to you because they want you in the store to buy their overpriced clothes and knick -knacks. Dont waste your time with these clowns at the Goldsboro store. This place is a joke. They never have anything in stock EVER!!I will not be going back to this crapshoot of a place ever again!!! If you need something that you cant find at Lowes or Walmart just buy it on Amazon even if its more expensive, because you will never get it from this place!!
