Very secure site, and then theres Kristy, she awesome she takes care of me and my family with all out storage needs! the people working her have been helpful and friendly, they make sure we are taken care of even going as far as to call and notify me when we were on site a little late unpacking and giving us a pass. this place is awesome mainly for the employees 11/10

Our experience with renting a space for our trailer at Rivercrossing in Goodyear, AZ was really great. The staff was very helpful from the inquiry phone call to actually arriving at the facility. Kristi was gracious and helpful in finding a space for us. We gave her two thumbs up, and five stars.

River Crossing management is the best Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Of all the storage places Ive used in the past....The management goes above and beyond to take care of all your needs will work with you anyway they can to provide the best services possible! The whole facility is extremely well kept and maintained and Ive never had and issue keying my way in or out of the area!

The service is fantastic I have been using this facility for a little over a year now and has always had great service and the facility is always clean.

Christi was amazing! She helped us fun the unit on property that would meet our needs, she took us to 4 before we found the right option. Our storage needs were unique and required a certain size door opening to accommodate our equipment. Christi was able to find it for us.I also love how clean this place is. She tells before she even opens the door to one of the units that shes sorry its going to be a mess, but she opens the door and it looked clean to me! Only thing I could see is some dust near the door and that was all. She acted like it was a pile uhc trash in there. If thats how their level of cleanliness is, Im happy to be renting here!

Great place with great rates and a free moving truck to help you move. The front desk worker was also extremely helpful and pleasant. Also i feel my stuff is very safe with all the security measures they take. Highly recommend!

River Crossing has been the best storage company I have ever used! Kristi has made it that way. This move has been the WORST EVER’!!!!!We stopped by our unit the afternoon of May 9th to start moving things to our new house. It all went smoothly until our 2nd trip. We couldn’t get into the yard. It said entrance denied. I’m like what????? We figured maybe we got there to late(it was 8:20pm). Long story short— we get back at 6:40am because we have dish net coming at about 8a and needed tv’s and receivers to get it installed. STILL WOULDNT LET US IN!!!!! Kristi walked in and took care of everything in 2minutes. She put my mind at ease and took control to fix it “RIGHT NOW”’!
