We walked in the door already having a general idea of what we wanted. Samantha was very knowledgeable and informative in helping us make a final decision on a mattress and adjustable bed frame for our new house. She gave us time to think and talk it over, wasn’t too pushy or overbearing like at other stores. The process was very easy and quick!!! Jimmy missed his lunch to help accommodate my husband and I choosing a new mattress and base. I mean, I literally heard his stomach growl a few times. We were in there for about 3 1/2 hours. Professional, great mannerism, multi tasking and never missed a beat. I would highly recommend this location. I’m sure there are others, but this was by far the best mattress shopping experience we’ve ever had.

The process for buying a mattress sure has changed over the years. I walked into Mattress Firm in Goose Creek expecting to lay on a few options and make my choice. I was pleasantly surprised to be helped by Teresa who spent a great deal of time asking questions to help determine the best mattress for us. Enjoyed my visit today. The sales staff were great in explaining everything and were not pushy to get a sale. I ended up purchasing the purple Hybrid 2 king size. A fantastic purchase so far. The bed is firm but soft on the top and provides support and being able to get it financed with no money down and no interest was a big selling point. You will not be disappointed.

I had a great experience at the Goose Creek store by Wal-Mart. Bought a mattress and after 90 days realized the mattress was not working out. I went by the store yesterday, picked out another type which is going to be delivered June 1st. No problem, they honor there warranty! They didnt really have much of a selection. My wife and I made a quick circle around the showroom to quickly realize that we were uninterested in anything they had. A salesman yelled out as we were leaving to assure our needs were met and I replied that we were all set and I thanked him. We were securing our kid in the car and I look up to see the guy standing beside my wife trying to pitch her on a mattress. I told him that we said we were good and we drove away. It was like going to a car dealership.

What an amazing experience! Was so easy to find a mattress. Told them our budget and was never pressured to go over it. Instead we got shown all of our options. We actually got to get a better mattress than we thought and new box spring because of the amazing deals.Delivery team was just as good. Jimmy Svelling had excellent product knowledge with a gift of being able to clearly explain each brand of mattress and how each technology was unique. We laid on at least 12 different brands/firmness. The team at Goose Creek was so patient as we narrowed it down to three then two and finally the one. We had been to several places that were not knowledgeable and we are so glad we went to mattress firm. We are getting a 20 year warranty on a Itellibed. 20 years that’s crazy but it it felt awesome and our last mattress is 20 years old. Probably the last mattress we will buy. We waited too long to get a new mattress so we are not sleeping well. I contacted her by phone just to inquire about mattresses, and she was so helpful with such a quick response that I made a purchase within a few hours of first speaking with her. I have never visited or purchased from Mattress Firm before, but I will be returning to purchase another one in a few weeks from her. When I walked through the door a few days ago, I specifically had in mind a mattress that I saw online, I just needed to test it out. I’ve been through a few mattresses over the course of 3 years, I’d try it out and I thought I liked it but then I get it home and I’d find things I didn’t like or was uncomfortable. I sat down with the store manager Jimmy and I told him what I was looking for and explained how I’ve been through quite a few of these things. He started asking me the key questions that I wasn’t asked when I sat down in there a year previously with someone else. He asked what my budget was, what I didn’t like about the previous mattresses I had bought (from them and other places), etc. He showed me this one mattress and I laid down as he did his presentation and I was in shock. Based on my answers he found me THE PERFECT one on the 1st try. And I’d also like to add that it wasn’t even the one I was looking for originally although he did have me test the one I had in mind out and I’m so glad he didn’t just let me buy it and walk out. To be sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, he let me lay there as long as I wanted to try out different sleeping positions and to see if I liked it after laying down for an extended amount of time. Luckily I was the only customer in the store! My past few mattresses have been all memory foam and/memory foam with a pillow top and I’m a big girl (heavy in the middle) and I’ve always had problems where just my middle body would sink in and I’d wake up in pain every morning with a stuff lower back. My mattress is getting delivered tomorrow so this review isn’t necessarily on the product because I haven’t received it yet, but more so about Jimmy’s attention to details and the lengths he went to, to make sure I was walking out a happy customer. They seriously have a great store manager and I’m sure that trickles down to colleagues as well. I will be referring everyone I know to this specific MF. Thanks Jimmy, for treating me like family and making me feel like a valued customer!!

When we ordered, we informed the seller that we just moved to town and need a bed to sleep on while our furniture arrives. The delivery date was in 10 days, but we said OK. Well, 3 days before the delivery, we got a call that we need to wait another 3 weeks. We went back to the store to change the order to something available. When I told the seller we cant wait that long because we already slept on the floor for 10 days, she didnt seem impressed at all, and pretended she didnt understand me (I am having an accent despite living in the country for 12 years and graduating with GPA 4.00 from a prestigeous college). So I repeated for her very slowly my complain, and that she basically forced on us a more expensive product than we needed, since we just needed something to sleep on while we wait for our furniture to be delivered from another state. 30 mins after we left this store, we got our mattress from another place, cheaper and with a guaranteed delivery. Never going to this place again. Bad customer service, strange excuses, lack of basic politeness.

I did not look at my paper when leaving because I knew what size box spring I ordered. When the mistake was made I corrected it and still got the wrong size box spring. We got the wrong size delivered after waiting two days. When calling in to get the correction to swap it out now I have to wait another 2 days for deliveryThis is not fair for something that wasn’t my fault

She called me right back immediately. So my mother in law & I headed to the store. She showed us the perfect bed for her. We were really satisfied at how well she demonstrated the bed & how friendly she was. I cant wait to do business with her again.

However she was able show me the bed that replaced and it was wonderful. I purchased the mattress along with movable base. As soon as you walk through the door you a treated by such loving people ! I bought a bed 2 years ago and we decided we needed an upgrade. We walked in and tried many of the beds and got to test several bases. Sam was so knowledgeable and made sure we walked out happy and our pockets still in tact lol! She knows her mattresses better than anybody I know and we cannot be more happy! It gets delivered on Wednesday and all my boyfriend keeps saying is “I can’t wait for our new bed” lol! My husband and I visited the store and was very pleased. Sam was very pleasant and knew her mattresses! She was very pleasant and we enjoyed speaking with her.

The salesman was very friendly and helpful. All of our problems came after we purchased our mattress. We were originally told it would take two weeks to have it delivered. Although longer than we hoped for we said ok. The night before our mattress was to be delivered they called and said there was a problem with the shipping company and it would take another week possibly two. We expressed our disappointment and frustration but they said there was nothing they could do. Now I should mention we were upgrading from a queen size bed to a king. We had put our new bed together already in preparation for the delivery and gotten rid of our old bed. The next day they deliver the box spring so we have new king size bed with box spring and queen size mattress. A couple days later I decide to check the track your delivery feature to my surprise now has a delivery date 3 and 1/2 weeks later. I called the store told them this and reminded them we were told a week maybe two. They said nothing we can do. You can come and pick a more expensive mattress if you wish.

My wife and I went to Mattress Firm in Goose Creek to replace a 20+ yr old mattress. Without any sales pressure we settled on the Intellibed Nightfall with an adjustable bed frame. We are completely satisfied with the bed and frame. We also ordered a bracket (separately) to attach the frame to our headboard. It was supposed to arrive in a couple of weeks that turned into a couple of months. I had just about given up on the bracket until I called and got Sam on the phone. She immediately took ownership of my problem and is finally resolving it and, to my delight, is refunding the cost due to the inordinate amount of time it has taken. But that’s not the best part. I found an ad online for the same mattress I had bought priced well under what I had paid. I showed this to Sam because of the 120 day price guarantee. She took ownership of this issue too and called me later that day to tell me I would be refunded the difference including tax! I bought a really expensive mattress. And I asked for delivery. And was told by one of the workers ( sam ) that it was set for delivery. So being the person I am. I got rid of my busted up mattress to get ready for my new one. And I waited for the automated call that NEVER HAPPENED!!! so I called them the day before delivery before they closed. They told me to wait it will happen. Fast forward to the next day. I am still not informed of when we will be getting our new mattress. So I call when they wake up. Apparently she set it to pick up not deliver. So now me and my baby have to sleep on the floor till the next available window for them to deliver. I went to mattress firm because I was told they had good service and realizable. I would say take caution when getting a mattress from them if you are getting delivery. Cause this isnt the first time they have done this to someone. Not to thrilled.
