Exceptional customer service. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and answered every question & detail I needed to know about the vehicle I wanted to purchase.. within no time I got accept for a loan and drove off with my new car.. it’s been 3 months and my car still drives excellent with no problems.. 5 stars all the way!!

DIRT LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡Cars are lemons!!! Have put over a 1000 in the first month of having the car !!! And the dude that is a salesman there is a rude idiot... This is a horrible dirt lot .... And talk to hear them selves talk annoying and unprofessional... I would go anywhere but here !!! You will get a Peice of shit car you might as well buy a 1000 car and just fix it up bc thats what going to happen here they are very unprofessional I should have known when I was in the process of purchasing the car doing the paperwork there was so many interruptions unprofessional I should have listened to my gut and not got the car in the first place and I wouldnt be in the situation it is the worst experience Ive ever had with a car oh and to top it off its one of the dirt lots that put on kill switches on the car even had a discussion with one of the sales representatives and swore up and down the all car lots through that no I dont because Ive called several real dealerships and they do not put kill switch they have GPSs but not kill switches this is a straight dirt unprofessional lowdown car lots the guy even told me that he needs my payment to pay his employees and to pay his bills they will harass you for money that they dont give a damn if you got a piece of s*** broke car they still want their payment people dont pay for a car car payments to have the car break if thats the case I would have bought me a broke car and fixed it not go get a car that has payments and then fix it now the car is broke down the turbos broken the shop was 3,480 on top of the $1,500 have already put into the car Im paying more for than what the car is even worth they can shove that piece of car up their ass and Im going to call the better Business bureau and just give them a horrible horrible company review because the finance guy put two or whatever his f***** up name is is seriously got serious issues hes rude and professional and its just hes just a mess a total mess Id rather do business with a five year old I should have known from the first incident in his little office when he kept getting interruptions I needed payments and checks and it is just very unprofessional and he talks to hear himself talk and he doesnt even know how to read correctly I think hes dyslexic because when he was breaking down the contract to me he was paying words in there that he wasnt even in the contract I should have knew from the get-go that that I shouldnt have gotten a car from here I should have went with my gut and my gut told me to run I guarantee I will never go to another dirt lot especially when you have unpr unprofessional rude dumb cant read correctly people trying to sell lemons and scam you of your money when their cars do not even work you will be paying for a car that is broke down youre better off buying a rope car already and fixing it youll be highly disappointed if you receive a car from them I dont know and its something that gets me because I have no idea but there are not willing to help even trade the car out I even suggested that hes telling me because I havent paid his payment well its because I have a car that doesnt work this isnt the first time its broken this is the fourth time in 3 months the car has broke down and will not start why would I pay for a car like that I got the warranty the warranties already up being a decent human being you should help people but thats okay I learned my lesson I dont want anything from anybody and I get it its a man eat man world and theyre rude and unprofessional and unwilling to help thats fine I hope you have a lovely life and I hope your car lot goes to s*** just like your cars are shit

Do not use this company they will play you completely left tell you one thing and change what they said after they get you into a car the so called owner promised a 90 powertrain warranty due to me putting 97% of car payment down 2 months later he don’t remember I sent 3 months of payments and still owe more they are rep off please don’t go here they talk a good game but don’t stand on it

I just purchased a car from Yes Auto Sales in the last 2 weeks and felt compelled to leave a review. I bought a nice low mileage Mercedes. From entering the car lot and being greeted I knew I made a good decision. The sales person was very knowledgeable and was not pushy whatsoever and the entire staff was extremely friendly. The entire buying experience was very easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend checking these people out before making a purchase.

The experience with US Auto Sales was a very interesting experience, one like I have not experienced before- meaning, the customer service and experience was very top notch- I was even able to be financed through a bank. Even the after flow through has been amazing- I would definitely recommend YES Auto Sales first.

Owner does his best to work with you. Some of the cars are not in the best of shape, but what he does have he will work with you

THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE PAY NOOOOO MIND. We ONLY BEEN OPEN FOR 1 MONTH AND SOLD 3 vehicles and the people we sold the vehicle to are on here. THIS IS A GENTLEMAN WHO OFFERED TO DO SOME SERVICES TO ONE OF OUR VEHICLE AND ACTUALLY ENDED UP DOING A TERRIBLE JOB AND EXPECTED TO GET PAID. NOTHING WRONG WITH OUR VEHICLE IF YOU CAN SEE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS WERE LISTED THE SAME DAY HRS APART.
