I just came from refuel gas station @ 1270 Red Bank in Goose Creek and an disagreement occurred between the cashier and a customer. Granted the customer was wrong in her attitude but however there should be a certain standard of professionalism from the staff of whatever the business maybe. After the worker finished with the customer, instead of squashing it she proceeded to rant and swear about the customer that had already left out of the store I might ad and she was still going off as if she had a point to prove. The moral standards and concern for customers are at an all time low and it really disappoints me because, me personally whenever I find an establishment that has everything to meet my needs I like to be of support in a positive way but the way that employers and employees treat guests makes me wonder. Now I know that she may have been having a bad day but we all do, but the cashier’s reaction was totally unexceptional and really should be looked into

Staff and managers dont know the legal age limit for the lottery in South Carolina. Insisted it was 21 even after showing proof directly from the South Carolina Education Lottery website. Overall nice cashiers and clean store.

I never do reviews on gas stations, but hey Brittany...the next time a regular, local customer comes in to buy something....try not being a jerk..ooor just have somewhat of a hint of a personality..Im not sure where yall got this girl but next time I see her in there Ill just go next door.

Every time I purchase fuel with a credit card it does not process and tells me to come in store. Had done this my last 3 visits. I asked 2 others patrons today and they said the same thing. I called inside the store and they don’t know. Is this a gimmick to get us inside to buy something? Went next door to Circle K where my cc works.

Extremely terrible customer service!! Brittney whom is a cashier stole 10$ of our lottery ticket money then refused to let me see my cards and didn’t give us a receipt! Do not give any lottery tickets to this gas station!!

This place is clean and the prices are competitive, but there always seems to be people hanging out in the parking lot. When it gets dark out I usually find somewhere else to go which is the only reason for the missing two stars. This place does serve chicken among other things that are really good when they are fresh.

I went in the store to grab a couple items and grabbed 2 sodas.The sign on the door said any pepsi or coke product 20 or 24 oz were 2 for $3.when I get to the register the sodas ring up at 1.99 each.I ask the cashier why they didnt ring up the sale price.she proceeds to tell me they can not remove the signs or override the price.Also told me that if I had a problem with that I could shop somewhere else.Threw my change at me and said goodbye.Now I also work in customer service and know this isnt the proper way to handle the situation but I will make sure the manager knows about this situation.

Really? Look at my picture of the Sausage Link biscuit I just paid almost 2 bucks for... I pretty much just bought a biscuit with some sausage sprinkles.

Horrible service!! I was second in line at the register and some man comes with a handful of lottery cutting in front of everybody and thr cashier lets him and tells everybody else they have to hold on while he serves the man that just cut in front of everybody!

Never just hand cashier your lottery tickets...make sure you know exactly how much you won...there is a scanner in the store..I won 70.00 and when cashier took my tickets...he told me I only won 30.00.i asked for my tickets back and he then said oh I forgot to scan a couple. Not the first time...I will come to this store again...

They have better food selection than the competitors nearest to them. HOWEVER, today (May 18, 2015), the air compressor took my money. I only go to stations with working equipment. I hope the management knows about the defective compressor and fixes it soon.

This place, every time I come here, they are out of paper towels at ALL the pumps and can’t get a gas receipt at the pump either. I’ve given to many chances. Done!!!

I dont typicaly leave reviews, and I dont normally stop at this particular gas station. I normally go to the Kangaroo/Shell next door. I stopped by here today, and will never be back. To the assistant manager, if you are reading this... I just want to let you know that YOU and YOU ALNOE are the reason for this!! To the actual manager, your assistant could definitely stand to have some additional training on customer service and basic manners.
