Worst pharmacy ever!!!! Every month theres a problem with my infants acid reflux medication not being filled even though its supposed to be set up on automatic refill! They just say its not and it wont be ready for awhile! So over this pharmacy! They dont answer the phone either. I always wait at least 20 minutes for them to answer. One day I was on hold for 20 minutes then called from another number and hit as of I was calling from a doctors office and they answered that line within 3 minutes! More than annoying!!!

My prescription was sent in 48 hours in advance went to pick it up the next day, and was told it would be a addition 3 hour wait. Ive never experienced such a lack of a customer time especially when they had the prescription 48 hours prior unreal. Worst experienced ever also tried to come in a little earlier for second covid shot was told it was impossible to due. Going to start using Walgreens maybe they are a little better with taking care of their customers.

Horrible. Pharmacist was yelling my daughter’s personal information from the back to me at the farthest consultation both. Outrageous. The other customers and I were looking at each other and laughing because it was that absurd. AND It wasn’t the only time. When she walked over to me I told her I didn’t appreciate her yelling my 12 daughter’s personal information. She responded with “OH, I’m so sorry” and walked away. Number one protect the patient privacy, HELLO HIPPA. Needless to say- 1941 N. Main ST they’re professional and all business!

Always waiting 10 plus minutes waiting for pharmacy to ever answer the phone!! As I was writing this, said 6+ callers ahead of me! So that’s going to be what an hour plus wait time. And the two times I have been there they have been atrociously Rude. Making it seem like it is my fault that I moved here from jersey and waiting on insurance change!With one even taking a person that came after me before me! But one girl noticed and stepped up.

I have always had a great experience at this Pharmacy. Everyone is friendly and wonderful. They seem stressed at times, but its totally understandable since they work in an extremely busy environment with not much help. If time permits, they go above and beyond to help out. One of the Pharmacists was helping someone on the phone and I had to stand in a line for 5 min, but she made sure to appreciate me for my patience. They are great as always. No complaints!!

Worst pharmacists ever. All they do is gossip and play on their phones. Very rude and don’t know customer service at all. Avoid this place

5 stars for friendliness and professionalism when it comes to filling a prescription.... but they are rated a Zero when it comes to calling them and waiting for them to answer the phone.... it is ridiculous on how long it takes..... I may change pharmacy..... that is poor business

Drastic Decline in service!!!! Staff seems overworked and stressed, not the friendly, helpful atmosphere that was there. Looking for a new pharmacy.

I just called the pharmacy department at 8:43pm to see if they was the correct pharmacy to get my sons flu shot. I understand you’re about to close in 15 minutes but don’t answer with an attitude. Like it’s so agitating that I’m asking you a question that has to do with some you offer and advertise. Maybe some attitude training needs to take place

Really helpful associates.The new phone system sucks.On hold way too long waiting for someone to pick up.Unless something changes with this phone system, I will find someone else to fill my prescriptions

Kristina in the Pharmacy was VERY rude. Came to pickup prescription, and “wasn’t in their system”. Had no idea prior to arriving, and the other lady at the counter said I needed to come to see Kristina to “get in the system”.Waited in the waiting area and could overhear her saying “ok I’m done”, and walked out.DEFINITELY Won’t be returning

Rude employees and customer service is poor. I’m not coming back here again.

Worst cvs Ive been to. Rough inside. Said an hour for prescription, came back 90 min later and told its not ready itll be another 15 min. 0 stars if I could.

Tried for 90 minutes to get someone on the phone with no luck. Always seems to be under staffed at this location.

The pharmacy here is absolutely ridiculous. I called them on my way there and they told me it would be ready by time I got there. I stood in line and a lady then tells me that its going to be about a half hour if they expedite it if they dont expedite it probably wont be ready till tomorrow. Thanks CVS its not like I didnt need to take this medication on a regular basis I appreciate it.

Awesome group of pharmacist team. They help you out when in doubt of a particular medicine. I wouldnt have it any other way. Thanks to the Team at the CVS on St. James ave.

Fantastic store ! Management is incredibly loyal to me and towards ALL customers ! The Pharmacy is also Fabulous ! I truely appreciate the help and support each employee gives me ! Keep up the WONDERFUL WORK !!

Out of flu shots, seriously?! You heavily advertise but fail to keep up with the demand. Get it together, it’s flu season. Plus the workers in the pharmacy are always rude.
