They had nice furniture, very good quality but the customer service could be better. My visit for the first time was way longer than it needed to be, when other customers had more priority over me. Not good to be in a store for over an hour after you have chosen what you wanted.

Purchased our first custom Bassett sectional and are absolutely in love with it! We ordered it 6 months in advance due to the current state of the supply chain and it was finished just in time for the completion of our new home build. Erin called us when there was a slight delay to keep us informed. Infinger’s warehouse stored the furniture for us until we closed and delivered in a timely and very friendly manner when we were ready to receive it! Great experience with a great locally owned store.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would! Its pretty sad when you pay for a peice of furniture and your told it will be 6 weeks and a year later you still havent received your furniture and every time you call to find out whats going on they give you the run around. I would highly recommend No one buy their furniture from here especially if it has to be built. Im not sure how this store has such great reviews?

This family owned store is the best ever! Their customer service is outstanding, and the store is absolutely beautiful! Don’t even think about shopping for furniture anywhere else! We have purchased an awful lot of furniture there and I’ve been very happy with everything.

If Imcoukd give zero stars I would. We ordered a custom sectional after having issued with sales at another company. We were upfront with Bob that we needed to know if there were going to be delays. Every contant was made by us, Bob would follow-up, but never initiated updates. Long story short we were promised the sectional in 6 to 8 weeks. Ordered in Octorber 2020. January came, it would be February. February came no call, it will be May. May came it will be the week of June 28. Asked for manager and Bob was very hesitant for us to talk to her. Called and left message, she never called back. Called when I got an email saying it was picked up from manufacturer and would be another 30 days for delivery. Talked with someone who managed to make sure things happened and got a delivery date of July 6th. Day before called and told three pieces were damaged but usable. They wanted to deliver damaged furniture and would replace later. We had had enough, so after waiting 9 months, we cancelled the order and got a refund. Luckily, we hadnt sold our old couches. Never again will we buy from Infinger, they lost our trust on our first 5000 sale.

Recently bought my daughter her first adult set of furniture for her bedroom. They have an infinite number of sets to choose from, many different manufacturers. Took our time over weeks looking at different ones. Gary was very helpful and patient providing quotes for us on each set. We were never contacted or pressured to choose or buy. We even bought one set and that same day my daughter visited the store again and saw a brand new set, changed her mind and they changed the order. Once the furniture was in they held it for us to give us time to get a date that would work for us. The delivery was right on time and they called when on the way. Upon setting up the bed they noticed some slats missing, stopped and went back to the warehouse to get them. Everything was brought in and set up perfectly. The furniture is high quality and beautiful; exactly what we expected for the money spent, without being over priced at the same time.Thank you to all of the staff that was so welcoming and helpful at the store and the warehouse. We will definitely use them again in the future for furniture purchase.

Mark was absolutely amazing in every aspect of our purchase. He came to our house on his day off to do some measurements. When we went back to the store he had multiple fabrics and colors already pulled, sat with us and helped us design our new home. No pressure at all and a very fair price. Would not order anything from Infinger ever again. My parents got their couch 2 years ago so my husband and I waited 12 long weeks and ordered one for ourselves. We have had the couch for 1 month now and it is pilling all over. When we reached out to customer service they told us pilling is not covered and that they have had this problem in the past. Why would you continue to sell a product that you know has issues AND then when it happens not stand behind your product and offer any kind of support. Customer service offered to come out and shave my couch for me, not acceptable after paying thousands of dollars. We have a couch from Ashley furniture and it has held up with 0 pilling. I hope no one else goes through this. I understand things happen but when there is no service to the customer what is the point of customer service?

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE. I bought a small table and chairs from Infinger Furniture. My husband and I have spent thousands there over the years. That is now a thing of the past. The table that was delivered to me has flaps on the edges that can be raised or lowered. The problem is that when the flaps are raised to make the table completely even, they do not make the table completely even. There are blocks of wood underneath the table that hold the flaps up and theyre not long enough. There is obviously a problem with workmanship. However, the only solution offered to me was to fix this table. They have the same model table on their showroom floor that is perfectly even with the flaps raised. Im just not good with buying something new from a store that has to be fixed. Evidently, they contacted the factory and the factory considered this poor workmanship to be my fault. Im typing this with my mouth open. Im still in shock. I will never shop in this store again.

This is truly a great furniture store. Friendly and very knowledgable staff selling high quality furniture that they have no problem standing behind. Professional and a pleasure to work with. I purchased furniture for pick-up at the store. I have called the firm twice over the past ten days. The first time I was told that they forgot to make local warehouse. The second time I was told my salesperson was not in and the computer was down. I asked what was going on ... and the salesperson unloaded on me ... If you are expecting pleasant customer service ... this is certainly not the place to look for it.

Gary helped us shop for mattresses for the first time. We knew nothing and he patiently educated us and fielded all our questions with our boys in tow. I was born and raised in Goose Creek and Infinger has always been a go to for furniture. My mom was floor years ago when they accepted her exchange for a chest for a different color. I highly recommend them!

Im honestly shocked by the positive 4.6 rating. I paid over $3000 for a sofa that came with a tear in the frame showing the filling of the sofa and mismatched pillows that were not in the fabric I ordered. It took over a month to get the new parts and they told me I had to schedule an appointment with a technician during work hours to come fix it. They also took an additional week to deliver the correct pillows because the truck was full - its just a pillow and would be easy to have someone deliver them to me immediately. I was not offered any discount or compensation for the inconvenience except a gift card for a future purchase, meanwhile I will never purchase anything from them again.

My husband and I went shopping for a new couch and were thoroughly impressed with the knowledge of the staff and quality of their services. Bob was very attentive to our needs and offered great information in making our choices. He also enlisted the help of April who put our living room specs into their design system so we could see how everything would fit into our space. This was my first visit to Infinger and it happened to be one of the most friendly, detail-oriented and knowledgeable experiences I have had at a furniture store in a long time. I was helped by Barbara. She was very poised and professional as soon as I walked through the doors. She took all of my wants into consideration and never missed a beat. When we decided to move to the area we were looking for a good locally owned furniture store. After checking around we found Infingers. We were greeted by a nice salesperson and we shopped. We left her with a list of furniture pieces and she was to get us pricing. Well that didn’t go so well and we met Mark. He is a very knowledgeable and likable salesman. We placed an order for nearly $8000 of furniture. Among the items was a recliner chair priced at $1999.99. The furniture arrived on time and was placed in the rooms it needed to be in. That’s when things changed. First was the bedroom furniture. All but two pieces had to be adjusted and the dresser still has a drawer that doesn’t close completely. The headboard we received had the wrong bolts. But the biggest disappointment was the recliner chair. First it is not the same year as the one I tried on the showroom floor. We were told it was a newer model. The lumbar is nothing more than a very hard rounded plastic bar that moves in and out. Problem is where it is located when fully down is in the center of my lumbar. It’s like laying on a steel bar. Very uncomfortable. To make matters worse I have serious problems with my lumbar spine and now with this it is compounded. They sent a furniture repairman out and he reported it functioned as it should and there was nothing wrong with the chair. I sat in the one in the showroom for a while and never experienced any problem. Infingers says there is nothing they can do. Since it was a custom order they will not take it as a return. I am quite disappointed in Infingers in that they are not willing to make any concessions at all. We were not told there is a no return policy on custom orders and we’re now out the price of the chair. This is after a series of other excuses. They even tried to use COVID as a reason not to take the chair back. It is disappointing and upsetting that they do not stand behind their products. I gave them a two star rating only for their salesman. He truly is a very good man.

I havent made a purchase here yet, as I was just getting ideas, but the collection here is very nice and looks to be great quality. The sales person was very polite and was attentive without being pushy. Will likely return to make a purchase.Edit 08/15/2017: After checking out multiple furniture stores in the area, I kept coming back to this one. The same gentleman helped me each time and was very patient in answering my questions and was never pushy to get a sale. I ended up buying my furniture from here, as I believe that the quality of products they sell are astronomically better than the chain stores like Ashley or Rooms to Go. I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the sales folks there as well. Prices here are definitely higher, but I know that I wont be replacing anything soon because of shoddy craftsmanship.

The selection at Infinger, is lovely and we have purchased several items there over the years. Staff have always been helpful. In this particular visit we were disappointed to learn, despite asking the question more than once, that the items we were considering (leather recliners) were not included in a store-wide promotion of buy one get one 1/2 off. Having spent time there one day, and returning to select the leather color the next day, we were frustrated that we were only apprised of this at the point of ordering the chairs and again, we had asked multiple times.

Our last few furniture purchases have all come from Infinger furniture. They offer quality furniture at competitive prices and in most cases the furniture is available to take home the same day. Bob has been our salesperson the last couple times. He is very friendly, knowledgeable about the products and informative without being harassing. We will continue to shop here and recommend Infinger to our family and friends.

Went there looking at furniture and not one person said hello or offered help. Almost 30 minutes in the store. Guess I didnt look the part for their largely over priced furniture. Very disappointed and will never go back.

I found the couch that I wanted as soon as I walked in the store but I didn’t like the chairs shown with it. My salesman Johnny was most helpful and dragged a few others from various places in the store until I found the perfect ones. He also helped with a selection of coffeee table and end tables and a console that I was selecting from a catalogue. The pieces are perfect. My new house is gorgeous. Architectural Digest would be jealous.
