Hate leaving bad reviews but this was my experience at the Graham AutoZone. I had a dead battery and took it for testing. Battery had to be charged before testing. Went back to see how it went and the test came back the battery was bad. When I informed the associate it was under warranty he tested it again and all of a sudden it is good. Would not honor the warranty after the battery was tested into compliance. That was my first Autozone battery and my last AutoZone battery. Quite possibly my last purchase from AutoZone because they will NOT honor their warranties. Buyer beware.

Zachary & Michael are great at their jobs! These are the guys you want to help get you the right parts you need. They are obviously service-driven.I needed windshield wipers and air filters for my engine and passenger cabin. Zachary even offered to pull off my old wipers and install the new wipers.

This is my go-to location for Auto Zone purchases. First and foremost, the staff is always courteous and professional. Theyre knowledgeable too, but also up-front when its something they arent familiar with rather than sending you down a rabbit hole. And the Lifetime Limited Warranty is superb, no better in the business! I highly recommend the Zone, and this location!

I honestly wish I could rate the service I received more than 5 stars. I showed up on a Friday evening, just before store closing on July 10, 2020 to get my battery serviced. The manager on duty along with another associate (cant remember their names) willingly stood in the rain to exchange my battery without complaint. I wish more people were able to demonstrate this level of care and customer service. Thanks!

I love going to AutoZone for my car needs. The one in Graham is off the hook best service and friendlyness anywhere. Other stores could learn a thing or two about customer service from them!!!!!

Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had gone to another store nearby and waited 7-10 minutes and had not been acknowledged by the staff (who were somewhat busy but did not take a moment to acknowledge me and indicate that they would help me shortly). Walked to AutoZone and was greeted, assisted and made to feel welcome. I dont mind waiting but to be ignored as if invisible is not acceptable. The guy at AutoZone took it up to a whole different level.

I went into this AutoZone and got help from a manager named BrittneyG. she is awesome! knowledgeable and very down to earth she really made my day so funny! im glad this store has all new faces. I used to avoid graham AutoZone like the plague because everyone was so rude and condescending. New management as well, super nice guy. These peeps make a great team thanks guys!

Joey k gave great customer experience one of the most respected employees ive ever meet at an autoparts store when totally above and beyond to make sure everything we need was right.

I recently needed a headlight bulb replaced on my van. The dealership wanted $70 for parts and labor, and a competing auto parts store across the street said theyd sell me the bulb but would not put it in. Fortunately, I stopped in at Autozone and they were happy to do it for me. I paid just over $11 for the bulb and they didnt charge me a dime to put it in, which only took about one minute to do! Thats great service!

I was in the Graham store on 10.07.2017 to purchase windshield wipers. 60.00 for windshield wipers and the sales clerk sold me the wrong size, did not know how to install, realized they were the wrong ones went inside and STILL brought out the wrong ones. When the manager came out he accused me 1st of giving the sales guy the wrong make and model of my car then ASKED ME IF I WAS SURE if the make and year of my car stating that I must have given them the wrong information because HIS clerks never make mistakes. I demanded a refund went 50 feet down the road to oriellys and was sold the same wipers for 20.00 WILL NEVER GRACE AN SUTOZONE WITH MY PRESENCE AGAIN. I guarantee if I was a man I would have been treated differently. If I could rate this store a - 20 stars I would. I have never been treated worse.

The staff there is the best there is around. They all know their stuff really well. Prices are incredible. I will never shop anywhere else again. Dont listen to other people that are ignorant like Dina up here. She claims to have went to oreillys and bought the wipers for 20. But in a separate review of Advanced Auto Parts she claims the same things happened there and also that she went to oreillys again and got the wipers for 16. So whats it going to be Dina? Which ones the real story? Thats why the world is how it is people. Bevause of people like Dina. People that are ignorant, stupid, impatient. She could have easily worked with the sales clerk(Me) at autozone just like everyone else does. Been patient just like everyone else is. Instead she had to be a extremely rude customer. Try this autozone for yourself. Youll see that everyone here is friendly. Thank you for your time.

Was not happy with the service. Was given the wrong part. Staff was not very knowledgeable.
