I have always had a good experience going through this store. The staff is always friendly and very eager to get to your car and complete your order. This last time, they were running a special on coke products that I had gotten several times before. This particular day, they had sold out of Dr. Peppers and the guy knew exactly when they would have more and even put some on hold for me to pick up when they came in. I feel like that is customer service at its best! I dont mind driving past 10 other stores and 3 exits up the highway just to go to this store!

Use come here for cigarettes. Eagles use to be like $3.10, now $3.50 a cartoon is $31.99.on Google ot says its open 24 hours a day .use to leave here .stoped on the way back to Tennessee. If yall aint open 24 hours a day changes yall hours .

They are always helpful, reasonably priced, and super convenient. I always end up getting that extra gallon of milk from them...

The owner of this place was very rude, he over charge customers and he refuse to give receipt. he will manipulate you with too many questions to see how stupid you are to answer all his questions so he can over charge you. be careful of this guy!!

I used to frequent this Cruz-Thru a lot but havent in a while. I went there today for just a few items and didnt recognize the employees there. They were very rude with no smiles, greetings, or even a thank youwhen I paid (nevermind that one of the items he gave me wasnt the right one) the employee (a young man in his late teens?) even made a face when he told me it was $5 and I handed him exact change, as if he expected a tip or something. He didnt offer me a receipt and just turned and walked away. I told him to have a good day and I barely got a response. I used to always tip the guy who used to work there because he was so nice and seemed to work hard, but this kid seemed to really have an attitude problem. As someone who has worked in customer service for 10 years, I was really offended. It isnt that hard to smile and say have a nice day and there was no excuse for it. I will not be going back there unless I know they have improved their customer service standards.

These folks do not wear masks during record covid numbers. They breathe into your car and hand you things without gloves that you could grab yourself. They do not care if you or your family dies.

Anywhere that serves slushies deserves a star. But the Cruz Thru deserve 10 stars for having the best slushies in Alamance Co! And for being the most convenient store in the area! Honest to God, on my days off work, I drive all the way here from Efland just for my Mt Dew Slushies. I have an infant. Getting her out of her car seat just to run into any store and run right back out and strap her back into that seat does nothing but send her into a screaming fit. She does great on rides & long shopping adventures, but quick in & out convenience store trips are not so convenient when you are alone with a baby in tow. I wish that there was a Cruz Thru on every corner. I sure wish that Mebane would get another one. Hands down, this is the best place for anyone with mobility issues to go and I hope that the store owners and staff are well aware of what a wonderful service they provide to the community. I am grateful for Cruz Thru Stores. Please, come to Mebane Cruz Thru! Youll be rich! We need you!
