I was told they couldn’t fill my Rx because I picked it up 7 days late last month although it was filled on the correct date the pharmacist refused to refill it until a later date so this is the thing where’s the state/ federal law statute? She couldn’t show one. Called my insurance company she never put it through but she tells me I must didn’t need it to have let it sit that long(lol) I’m totally done with this pharmacy. I’m a liscenced Pharmacy Tech and never would I have spoken to anyone in that tone of unprofessionalizm.

I had to pick up my meds and was going to buy a cold drink, but I hesitated when I saw the product displays. FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, spend some money and buy your employees a refrigerator! The fact that they have to store their lunches in the display fridges is nasty and completely unprofessional!

I took a roll of film recently to the Graham CVS and was told it would be 2-3 weeks, and they would call me when my pictures were ready. I waited a month, and called them, was put on hold three times while they found my order. Alas, there was nothing to show; all pictures had been exposed, whole roll trashed. The film had been in the camera for about 3 years and I finally finished up the roll last month with what I hoped would be some awesome pictures of our new house. Exposure is the error of the developer. Do yourself a favor and go to Camera Corner.

This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have been lied to that my insurance no longer covered my meds. I called my insurance company and they called the pharmacy, not once but twice. One of the people in the pharmacy told the concierge they had been filing my insurance under another company. They sold me equipment they did not run through my insurance and it was defective. I took it back for a replacement and the second one was worse than the first..

My husband called the pharmacy a few days ago and asked if he could pickup his medication a day early because we are going out of town. The lady said no the earliest we can get it was Sunday morning. She said we can get it around 8:30 in the morning. Guess what, they dont open till 10 on Sundays. What a joke. They sure as hell dont care about the customers doing things like this.

I am kinda shocked by all of the negative reviews this CVS has. I have been using this one for a long time and they have always been super friendly and prompt. I was actually using a different location at first and then ended up switching over to this pharmacy permanently just because of how pleasant they are.

This review isnt based on their service. Its based on the property and curb appeal that it is lacking. This CVS needs to have someone on a regular basis cleaning the parking lot and landscaping not to mention the trash can(s) that are always over flowing. Its been like this for years so it is not just a one time issue. I love our town and just wished they would clean up!!

Make sure you verify with the pharmacist or any pharmacy cashier the complete spelling of your name!!! They certainly will not and they neglect to verify before they answer any questions or give medication. The pharmacy cashier was quick to dismiss my father who was there to pick up my mothers medication just because there was two names spelled different under the same birthday. Names should be verified. YOU COULD GIVE SOMEONE THE WRONG INFO OR MEDICATION!! They also gave me a price of $16.15 for the meds on the phone and when my father picked it up it was over 30 dollars?? Get it together CVS..seriously.

My husband went to pick up his asthma meds today that had a 12 month refill and out of the blue the new blond pharmacist named Alicia came and took it out of the cashiers hand saying that this wasn’t authorized after being filled for the last 10 months? My husband had been getting the same breathing meds for almost 2 yrs. Alicia said they needed a pre authorization,however;when I called the insurance company they said they have not ever had a authorization on one of the meds that he’s been picking up for the last 10 months?? They were refusing to give him his breathing meds which could have been life threatening!! Are you kidding me CVS??? We are not asking for Opiates or a substance Med it’s a breathing Medication that is needed to survive! Do you know the liability of refusing to give a prescription for a asthma patient with COPD??! I’ve always had issues with this location but have never been the type to write a review, however; this is unacceptable!!

So disappointed once again with the Graham CVS pharmacy. I am being forced to use this pharmacy due to my insurance otherwise I would never step foot into this dirty establishment! Not only is the outside disgusting but the service in the pharmacy has plenty of room for improvement as well. I was spoken to with a horrible attitude today when I contacted the pharmacy regarding my prescription. Apparently theLead Tech was very annoyed that I had called inquiring about my prescription status and had better things to do then to help a customer. Way to go CVS!!!

They advertise they are a UPS Access Point, however when we carried packages there for UPS to pick up, we were given a hard time. They said they would take them this time but they only had 2 shelves and if they get full they have no place to put the packages. Poorly managed store.

Three times last year pharmacy filled a 90-day script with 30 days of meds and billed insurance for full amount. I called when discovered and got, Oops, sorry! Come back in and get the rest no charge.Really? Three times over about six months?Thirty miles back at customer expense and sorry will have to do.Sorry gets you one star, only because I care enough for the community to post it.

This is the slowest, most disorganized pharmacy in town. I live close by, but I drive 30 mins (one way) to another CVS just to avoid this place. I hope they get their act together so that I can cut out that long drive some day.The latest?They also are refusing, or at least intentionally delaying, requests to switch prescriptions to other pharmacies when those requests are made, from what I hear. That is illegal, but why am I not surprised?

Had eye surgery. Surgeon called CVS in Graham to order the eye drops I needed to start using. Surgeon asked if medication was in stock. Was told yes. Was able to pick up one medication. They had to order the other medication. Just called again. 30 hours later. Prescription still not ready. They previously filled seizure medication with the wrong medication. Will be calling insurance about switching pharmacies.

Medication was filled and the cashier in drive through refused to get it! Not to mention was rude just when pulling up and had an attitude that we were picking up ordered meds that had been filled. She withheld medication and last time I checked a cashier does not have the license to make these kinds of medical decisions. They also refused to have our other medications transfered over from Mebane. They are doing illegal things at this Graham pharmacy, withholding and refusing to ring up medications....thats serious! They will be reported for it. We will just have to find another pharmacy in the area.

Since when does your Social Security number play a roll in registering for a customer reward card ? Tracie the cashier asked my Grandmother for her Social. My Grandmother raised her voice about that fact. At that point the cashier apologized and explained she used to work in medical billing and its a habit to ask. Mistake, Habit, or was Tracy up to something ? We will not be back.

Called to find out if they carried a product for teething babies instead of driving 30 minutes and hauling an upset toddler in and out of stores and the girl I spoke to, Amber, couldnt be bothered with us. When I asked if they carried them she said she didnt know and wouldnt look. If you cant bother walking a few feet to look at a shelf I wont bother driving 20+ miles to be a customer. The lady at Walgreens was more than happy to walk back and look for me. Guess who got our business! Amber, you should ask santa for some customer service skills! 🙄

The CVS on Main Street in Graham tried to charge me 100% more for a prescription than another pharmacy. I called them after getting my prescription filled for half the price in Hillsborough. They offered at least 3 different utterly unacceptable excuses, refused to give their name, and refused to allow me to speak with the pharmacy manager to get an answer on the price gouging.

Beyond the personnel, the actual knowledge of pharmacy, insurance and people skills are majorly lacking in this pharmacy. The once familiar faces and local smiling faces are a distant memory. Switching to Walgreens where the people actually know how to operate a business.

I hesitate to give this store even one star! On more than one occasion, Ive heard the pharmacy tech say I dont know why... Well, honestly, I dont know why either! I dont know why after the first time, I went back. I dont know why I havent switched pharmacies before now, and I dont know why CVS doesnt teach their representatives to NOT SAY I dont know why. There have been confusions about filling my prescriptions, telling me to contact my doctor for a refill, when there were 9 months left on the prescription, and inaccurate corporate texts. Today was the last straw when I was told that it wasnt this stores fault that I was texted incorrect information. Take your prescriptions to Walgreens ... its right next door!!!

Unbelievable service waited (no kidding) 10 minutes at the drop off with people walking around doing stock order even looked at us several times and never acknowledge that we were there,will never go there again for anything,thanks I get for be a 15 year plus loyal customers !

Used to be a fast pharmacy. Past several times it has been terrible. Used to have rx ready in 15 min now they say 30-45 min. Come back and they say 15-20 more. Plus pharmacy register is slow. When they finally call your name, it takes 15 min more jst to get through the line.

The pharmacy is not giving me my correct pills, they fancied today 21, last month I also missed it and I did not know why?, I am going to report my insurance and my dr, something like this never happened to me and he took it for 20 years for my acute arthritis!!!
