Great selection of groceries. Very clean and great prices.

Store was well stocked...very busy, was like a zoo. But was able to check out fast.

For some reason there were a lot of empty places on the shelves. Several items you would expect to find were out of stock. When checking out the front of the store was busy and there was only one Express lane open. There was a Manager directing customers to open lanes. I started that way with 4 items and he sent a woman with a full basket in front of me to the Express lane.

I love Food Lion in Graham, NC! I have shopped there for many years and know all the regular employees by name. Do u know how great it feels to hear Hey Victoria when I walk in the store? It feels homey. I love my Food Lion! I did a commercial for them in the mid 70s. They are even better now.

Great staff members who always greet me every time I go to the cashier for check out. I feel safe just from wearing my face mask and rubber gloves during my time of doing my own shopping. Its also been easier for finding my way around the store to get to a specific aisle that I need to get to.

If you’re African American or Hispanic, prepare to be watched like a hawk at self check out. The associate will stand right behind you while you’re checking out your groceries. This happens to me EVERY TIME I’m at this location. I’m starting to think it’s a rule enforced by management. It’s pretty sad. The employees are also very rude. No hey how are you, nothing.

Im from out of town and wish we had some of the selections Food Lion has. I paid $3.99 for a seafood medley and made Spaghetti Frutti di Mare with it. At a restaurant youd be paying over $25.00 for a single plate. I made enough for 3 people for around $4.50! Im definitely coming back when Im in town.

This location has sanitizer wipes and the location on Maple and Harden do not. I shop at the location on Maple and Harden at least 2 days a week.

The store itself is okay, probably one of the better stocked Food Lions. The parking is getting more and more difficult, especially since theyre building a new Truliant beside Food Lion. Im afraid future parking congestion is just gonna get worse! Even though its convenient to have a Food Lion in Graham, the parking makes it a deal breaker for me!

The staff at this Food Lion are always very helpful and courteous!

Out of a lot, produce was gross, not well stocked but pallets all over the place

I know this county does not think masks should be required, but this Food Lion does NOT enforce mask wearing. While it is a personal choice, it’s one we make to protect others, not ourselves, and there are few other options for groceries out here.I even saw a manager talking to a customer with her mask hanging uselessly from her chin. Many of their employees are very sweet and I worry this location is putting them and their families at risk.Be wary if you shop here with any condition that puts you at risk for covid like COPD or diabetes.

This is my favorite Food Lion to shop for my groceries! There is always fresh produce and plenty of gluten free options in stock. I never leave without something I needed. The store is very clean and easy to navigate to find all the items I need and I love seeing the same cashiers smile each time I shop. I usually choose to shop here for what I need over other stores because of the items on sale, the availability of what I need, and the overall feel and friendliness of the employees. Theyre the best!

Absolutely love this food lion. Very friendly staff, helpful as well. Im short ( about 5ft ) so when i go alone, some things on the top shelf can be hard to reach. Staff is always willing to help. They also have self check-outs and order online & pick up.

No compliance with covid 19 safety precautions even by employees and management. Even The employee posted at the door specifically to issue masks does not require anyone to wear one and spends all of their time on their cell phone instead. If you are high risk or know what covid-19 is shop somewhere else.

Terrible as of late. No registers open except maybe 1 along with the self checkout. Employees standing around with the manager in the store to witness this. Shelves aren’t stocked like they used to be either. It’s a shame that this is the only grocery store nearby where we live.

I like Foodlion its the only Grocery Store I shop at majority of the time.One of the reasons,bc they have these great sales,you can get more nd you can save alot of money nd foodstamps by using your MvP savings card.I think the reason why it was scored low bc of their lack of food products nd the prices got higher bc of the Pandemic Crisis.Plus majority ppl shop there bc it is the Main Store over all the Foodlions for them to have less food.Overall i still shop there bc where one lacks food you can always go to another Foodlion.

Same old Food Lion presence and I just wish they would get rid of the bouncy music and play something more soothing. It would make the ordeal of shopping for food much more pleasant.

Im from Rochester ny and called Michael Wilson spoke to him about a problem a friend was having (she recently had open heart surgery) that lives locally and shops here often, and he took care of the problem. Fine example of southern hospitality! Mr Wilson my greatest respect to you and Food Lion. We dont get that here in NY!

Two of the four items I went there for, they didnt have. Bananas were there but were all as green as my lawn. May not be their fault but my trip there today was a waste of time

I love this food lion they have very few people that are really nice . But i hate to say this but i do feel like their our some racist people here I’ve seen it with my own eyes. Some people think they are more privileged then others. So i will not be conning back

I just can not figure out how they think a woman can carry heavy bags with 2 of the 2 liter drinks or 3 Gatorades in a bag...if they can lift it, they think it is fine. I know I do not look like a body builder...and we do not have carts at home to carry them in. Most of us have a least a few steps at home...it seems inconvenient to ask for female/elderly friendly weighed packaging...dont want cashiers or other customers frustrated....it is a universal problem though, not just FL...I just am frustrated.

Had a bad experience. Talked with corporate customer service. Was told I would be contacted and that was 2 weeks ago. Will change grade accordingly if this ever gets resolved. In store customer service used to be superior but has drastically declined. I dont know what their current focus is, but it is clearly not the customer.

Usually a pretty clean store and easy to find what we need. Tonight though at 8pm......cereal was almost non existent, bacon/sausage area was wiped and not replenished, and milk was out :( I never saw any stock crew to get help either.

Called store and voice mail said they could not tell me if they had anything in stock and that they closed at 11:00 PM. Drove all the way to town. Closed at 9:00. :( Thanks a lotfhave to work early in

I have been shopping at this Food Lion for well over a decade and stop in several times a week. Great staff! Saw corporate in there today trying to introduce self checkout. As soon as I hear they have reduced employee head count I will be driving to the Lowes in Mebane for ALL my grocery needs. STOP TRYING TO BE LIKE WALMART!

Best grocery store in Graham, Way more organized and stocked then Just Save. Better customer service and Always friendly stockers. My favorite is Collin, he always is helpful and willing to find something you need or a great substitute. Love how they put customers first no matter what they are doing.

I absolutely hate shopping at food lion. Their prices are ridiculously high compared to Walmart and they are always packed. I get double the amount of groceries at walmart. I only stopped bc it was on my way home. Shopping here once a month for bare minimum is too much

Was told tonight at near closing that coupon doubling meant that he was not allowed to take more than one coupon. I informed him that no doubling allowed on coupons mean that the store would not double the coupons value, not that you could not use 2 when buying 2. He did not care about his wrong assumption and did not seem clarification from a manager or other employees. He was otherwise kind and efficient. I would have asked to speak to a manager and have this clarified for him, but I was 5 mins till closing with a line. I hope someone reads this and informs the young man on what coupons mean if he is going to be on register. This was lane 2 I believe, beside the express lane. On Friday June 14th.

Great place to buy groceries, so much to choose from, meats, vegetables, liquids, and household paper goods, also, a nice section of flowers.

Clean store usually we stocked, has an issue with having enough cashiers when needed, I wish they gave this store more hours for better service. The people that do work there are very polite and I have my favorites.

Great customer service, staff are very attentive. I needed a money order, no one was at the front desk, however, the. Staff at the register saw me, and notified mgmt., and I was helped promptly and with a smile!
