Knowledgeable, friendly staff. A little pricey; but thats just one of the perks of living in a small town. I wished they stayed open a little later; but, as stated...small town. Honestly, we are fortunate to have our own hardware/lumber yard.

Poor service in the loading department. We waited and waited for someone to come out. Then a guy finally comes out and goes straight to the vehicle that pulled in after us to help them. My husband ended up having to open a pallet to get two bags of concrete out and loaded himself. We have shopped there ever since we moved here in 94. But now I see why most people choose to go out of town to Lowes and Home Depot to shop for what they need. We have never been so upset with the service. We felt like our business was that important to.

Always friendly, Management & Staff, good selections of local neeed materials, good prices, and will order what a person wants.

Closing of public restroom shows me they dont care about about their long term customers or new business.i will no longer patronize this Ace Hardware location. I can purchase anything l might need at other local stores or online.

Had what I was looking for but I didnt need the snotty attitude from employees nor did I ask for parenting advice from them either. This store is not very customer friendly and have huge issues with members of the community who have mental disabilities. I will not be going back to this store ever again! Lots my business for sure. And its sad because We recently bought a home that needs plenty of work.

I bought one sheet of foam board and ask them to cut it in half, so it would fit inside my vehicle. Nope but well loan you a knife, was their response. They will be a place of last resort for me. Its a lumber yard for Christ sake.

I have shopped here since moving to the area 12 years ago. I have found everyone to be helpful and friendly. To trash these home town people calling them rude and unfriendly is wrong. I would bet the trash talking people have never taken the time to get to know these good people. They dont have a monopoly, they have a small town business that sells items we need. Without these small business owners we are left with a trip to the city and forced to buy from the big box stores. We are talking about losing local jobs, our friends and neighbors without jobs. Take a look in the mirror, who is being rude. Is it you for not having the courage to face the people you are calling rude and trash them in this forum instead of being a friend and working out what ever perceived problems you might be feeling. Maybe the rudeness you ere feeling was frustration the other person was feeling because you couldnt explain your needs. Be a little more forgiving, life is short.

This is a fairly pricey hardware store versus the big box stores.Theyre friendly and generally have what youre looking for.

All rude and not helpful. We have to come here a lot due to the monopoly they have in Graham but we HATE and dread coming every time. All a bunch of snobs. They are in a bad mood every day and act like they hate life.
