Not happy with our toro service call. They quoted us a 300.00 price and it was for the wrong part. We got it done in Greensboro for 97.00 and the right part. When we told them no, they asked if we wanted to scrap it. I guess some people would have... two stars because the shop has some really nice stuff.

I ordered a pair of Red Wing boots from Farm Services and after 4 months of waiting I complained and got my money back. No explanation or compensation was offered for the inconvenience. I won’t be doing business again.Update: 4/20/2021 Shortly after posting my initial review, I received a phone call from a Farm Services Inc. associate who apologized for the unfortunate experience I encountered and notified me that the boots I ordered had arrived at their store. I was offered the opportunity to repurchase the boots at a deeply discounted price and I accepted. Im very happy with my new boots and I look forward to doing business with Farm Services Inc. again in the future!

Farm services is the best place for sthil parts and products. We needed another blower for an apartment complex project. Within 30 mins I was back on the job with the blower that farm service had setup even with fuel when I arrived.If your looking for apparel, equipment or seeds, farm services is the place to go. Thankful they are in Graham!

Farm services charged an OUTRAGEOUS amount to service my Stihl chainsaw and sharpen the chain. When I picked it up, the chain was not sharp, and after a week and a half, the saw will not start.

This is a great little store! They have a great selection of products and the prices are pretty good. The staff is super nice and they are always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone!

I finally bought my dream lawn mower, a Toro zero turn Timecutter, 50 fab deck. I never buy this kind of stuff from a box store, always a dealer. The staff was nice and helped me any way they could. I considered 2 different mowers and I test drove both and settled on the Toro. After finishing the paper work, next day delivery was agreed on. We waited all day for a call or delivery, nothing, no call, nothing. After finally talking to someone, the mower was delivered.5:30 or so ....It was filthy, muddy deck, tires, I refused it.It was clean when it came the second time. I was told it had been serviced. When I checked the oil, it took 16 oz to bring it to full, the tires were way over inflated 25 psi/ front...20 psi/rear. I corrected these issues, but there are other trouble issues as well. My dream mower was a bad experience here, I wish you better luck than I had. Not a good way to get a $ 4,000 mower. Can they be trusted to service or repair this unit under warranty? I wonder!

Went specifically to look at chainsaws. First fella talked a good game but gave incorrect information. Second gentleman came in at just the right time. He heard what was going on and corrected the info. I left without buying because I just didnt feel comfortable knowing that staff is not adequately trained. If I buy and need service, will the service folks try to sell wrong stuff too? Seems to be a nice store and very friendly staff. I just wont buy a chainsaw there.

They have my favorite section of the store, the full service stihl chainsaw repair and parts. And unlike other dealers they are open all day saturday ! . Do yourself a favor, buy local and save time, easy to find off of hwy 85/ 40 in graham.

This is the place to go, not only for feed, but if youre in need of a new lawn mower they carry Toro and Snapper and simplicity as well as stocking parts for all of those. They also have the largest selection of Stihl outdoor power equipment around and keep Parts in stock for that as well. They have certified mechanics on hand throughout the week to service and repair lawn mowers and two-cycle equipment. The only Toro dealer for miles around!

Took push lawn mower in for service. Was advised by mechanic that they would contact me if it wasn’t worth fixing. About a week later I get a call to come pick it up as it was fixed. Pick it up and the tab is about $150. Replaced a carb. Could have spent a little more and just bought a new mower! Parts & service WAY overpriced......
