My experience with Forx Vacuum was amazing. Tyler was great at listening to my issues, and offering solutions. I ultimately went with a brand new vacuum, that glides across my carpet so much better than my old one. I got to try it before I bought it, and the new vacuum with their scented carpet fresheners has my daughters rolling across the floors! They even gave me credit to toss my old vacuum for me. I bought a cordless Simplicity vacuum, love love love the product. I had a brand Moosoo and not happy with the vacuum. This one is excellent, it sucks up the first great. Very nice and friendly people to work with.

I brought my steamer into the store to have the rollers looked at. I admit, I took the rollers apart to clean them and I put it back together wrong and they were kind enough to take a look for me. I went back to get it when they said they couldnt fix it and when I got home a belt from the rollers was missing. I called them to tell them what happened and I went back up there to see if they had lost the belt. They gave me a new set of belts that I appreciate greatly but were very rude about the whole situation. They tried to insinuate that I accused them of stealing a belt which I did not. I was very pleased that they were willing to help me in the first place but I did not appreciate the rude attitude when I returned.

Forx Vacuum saved me from tossing out my $600 Dyson.Ive had my vacuum for 6-7 years and have been doing regular cleaning and upkeep on it the whole time. In the past 2 months it started to smell and wasnt working as well. I tried everything to fix it but nothing helped. I was ready to throw it out and buy a new one.Instead I called Forx Vacuum to see what they could do. They told me to bring it in any time and theyd take a look. Only $40 and a day later my vacuum was like brand new!They showed me a picture of the inside and it was disgusting! I thought I did a good job cleaning my vacuum but apparently not! 😆The owners are so nice and easy to talk to.They are also very knowledgeable- I didnt know there was a lot to know about vacuums but apparently there is and these guys are experts!Something I really appreciated was that they could have easily taken advantage of my situation and convinced me to throw out my old vacuum and buy a new one from them but they didnt.These guys have integrity and take pride in their work. They are honest and arent out to get your money, theyre here to help you out.I will definitely be using their services again and when my Dyson finally dies I know Forx Vacuum is where Ill go to get a new one.

Bruce and Tyler know pretty much everything about vacuums!!!! I would recommend them to anyone for vacuum sales and service without exception!!!! You guys are AWESOME!!!! 7 out of 5 stars!!!!

These guys sure know their vacuum cleaners! We have been bringing our vacuum cleaners to Forx Vacuum for years. Its one of the few remaining small businesses that specialize in something so specific. They know the machines inside and out, offer sound advice, and try to save their customers money any way they can. They are very friendly and have been in business in Grand Forks for many years.
