The guys at the shop I called were fantastic! I had a complicated problem and they figured it out for me. I could not be any more pleased.

Ive normally gotten great service from their Fargo location so I was taken back by this situation. I recently had a Nox sensor on my Mack fail and I was quoted it could take upwards of 5 hours to complete the work. As I watched their mechanic milled around around and drew out the fix to 2 hours then ran it outside to do a parked regen for another hour. So all together they had a total of 3 hours into a 2 hour job max. They attempted to bill me for the quoted 5 hours even though it was only 3. After I pointed out this fact they decided to reduce it to 4. Needless to say I left very unhappy about the situation. Just know going in if you use this shop you will be over billed.
