Had washer repairs it works great! Until I poured bleach in the bleach compartment and it leaked all over my clothing outside the washer and ruined my brand new flooring and clothes waiting to be washed . And then refused to come look at the machine again

I wish no stars was an option. LAURA hung up the phone on me, then shouted “blah blah blah” overtop of me while trying to talk to her after I called her back. I asked for a manager and she said she was one. Rude and distasteful. I’ve spent years in customer service, and that was a first and a last. Absolutely no excuse. I own a business and I could not imagine talking to anyone that way, even in the event they were wrong or rude. I do not recommend this company to anyone if you care about being treated with a little respect, because LAURA is the furthest thing from that.

5 stars. Started out rockies because the original service tech couldnt quite get our washer fixed. Called and the sent out a supervisor who fixed the issue and didnt charge for the required part/labor.

TLDR: It cost me $90 (!) for them to come troubleshoot/diagnose my expensive over the range microwave not heating food and all they did was reconnect a loose wire. Ugh, fine, if thats the price of a service call, then whatever. I shouldve asked before they came out. But then my microwave failed slightly outside of the 30-day window that they include in case any further issues come up related to this service call, and when the microwave malfunctioned again slightly beyond 30 days, they wanted more money. I know theyre trying to run a business and that costs money to do, but when I pay $90 for just reconnecting a loose wire, it seems like they could bend the rules a little and gain a customer for life and come back and help me out. I live right in town, so its not like they have to drive an hour to get to me.Longer version: Repair guy arrived and connected a wire that apparently had come loose going to the magnetron and said otherwise everything is good but maybe the magnetron (the thing that heats the food) needs to be replaced ($165 for the part! yikes.) but the microwave is only a year old! So I couldnt see how that part could already be going bad. He left with the microwave working, and he said if I have problems within 30 days or if I decide to have the magnetron replaced in that time frame, it would be included in the cost of the initial visit. Of course, the stupid microwave stops heating food again after about 36 days. I called and they said if its beyond 30 days at all, its company policy that they cant come out again for free, even if its the same issue.The tech was professional and thorough, and they have come out before for an appliance when it was under warranty and I wasnt paying for the repair and I had no complaints at all with their professionalism/quality. Im just disappointed that they charged me $90 to connect a wire and then wouldnt bend the rules at all for the microwave failing slightly after the 30-day window. When business do those kinds of things, they get a customer for life.

Guy came to my house to fix my fridge. He was there a total of 10 min then left without a word. Did not put the fridge back together.Came at a later date to install new fridge and decided it was too hard so took the new fridge and left. Highly unprofessional, if you want work done please just try another company. Absolutely poor attitudes on employees who will not do an ounce of extra work.

Stay Far Far Away! I was referred to Appliance Service and Parts for a non-warranty Samsung dryer repair. After waiting too long for a call to set up repair, I phoned and spoke with a woman named Tanya. Tanya proceeded to tell me they dont service my area to which I replied you need to let Samsung know. Evidently it irked Tanya to which she rudely replied Dont Tell Me How to Run My Business. I tried telling her Samsung needs to know not to send repair business her way if she cannot service my area. She again huffed about stop telling me how to run my business and hung up on me.I prefer to give my hard earned money to a company who actually cares about the customer and whether theyd ever get repeat business. Certainly this is not the place, but this is par for the course for customer service on Colorados Western Slope.

I had such a pleasant experience with your company. My washer went out, I called Appliance Service And Parts on Thursday and someone came out on Friday. My washer needed a part and the person that came out did something to my washer so I could use it until the part came in, which I thought was so nice. I got a call Monday saying the part was in and Tuesday they sent the repairman and put the part in. My washer is working great!!!! I want to thank Appliance Service And Parts for getting my washer going again. The staff was so friendly and the person that installed the part was great too. I would definitely recommend your company to my family and friends. I can see why my brother and my daughter had your company help them too. Great job and thank you again!!!

I have used them twice they came recommended from a highly knowledgeable plumber. I have had friendly service the staff was great. I had a washer and dryer fixed. It took me a minute after they closed to get there and they hung out and waited for me to come pick up. Great job on service, friendliness, and time management.

Called them to put in my new dishwasher it was past 5 o clock and the water wouldnt shut. Off. Bill the owner came out and fixed it for us and put it in. It was such a pleasure to have his wife tell me that he could come out on a last minute call on a Friday nite. What a wonderful company and people to deal with. They also fixed my stove for me. Excellent customer service! I was worried that since they were contracted by Lowes to repair our refrigerator that they might be lacking in taking care of us. It was completely the opposite. Very courteous on the phone when making the appointment and scheduling the part install. Brian, the tech, was extremely prompt, efficient and polite. He even called on the day he was installing the part to tell us he was running ahead of schedule so would it be alright to arrive earlier than scheduled!!!

I had several issues with my Samsung dishwasher and had to call these folks out a total of of four times to get it fixed.Every time they came they conducted their business with me very professionally, explained everything, and did not charge me for labor when my problem required several visits.They fixed my problem and took the time to ensure the product was operating correctly afterwards.I will definitely be calling them the next time I have an appliance issue!Update 10/7/20: The same exact issue (an issue with the computer) occured on my dishwasher 5 months after they claimed to have repaired it. The total cost of the repair was $415 dollars. For a dishwasher. When I contacted them about the issue re-occuring they were entirely unsympathetic and basically told me I would be footing the same bill to fix the same issue.You should stand behind your repairs with a better garuantee than that. And I promise I would have not even considered this an issue if the washer had any other error other than the exact error they claimed to have fixed.

Completely helpful! As a female, landlord, I have lots of questions about repair and parts. This company is very willing to help me, educate me, guide me and be honest! They take the time to help! When my renters oven wouldnt stay on, Appliance Service and Parts seriously suggested I research a new stove. The part that I needed was expensive and no guarantees on how long it would last (not sure why the part wore out in the first place - stove was 7 years old). I also researched other companies for parts and found Appliance Service and Parts competitive in price. After researching a stove, a new stove was $75 more than the part would have been! My renters are elated with the new stove and Im deeply thankful for the honesty. I will always come to this company for parts. I trust them!

Never fixed my the problem with my fridge and kept working on it until warranty ran out then stopped because warranty supposedly wouldn’t cover it. Initially thought they were a great company but after 8 attempts at fixing my fridge, no resolution was made. My fridge is holding steady at 42 degrees and it’s set to 34! The owner (of service side), Bill, came to my house on several occasions but seemed to always write off my concerns about the fridge being too warm instead of actually listening to me. Told me it was placement of my thermometer, the type of gauge I had was wrong, maybe I was putting warm food in it or had a child leaving it open for several hours a day. Everything he could to avoid fixing the problem. They replaced fans and thermistors but the real problem is probably something much more expensive that they don’t want to deal with. He eventually put a temperature/humidity gauge in my fridge which he said “would diagnose any problem and tell [him] exactly what was wrong and how to fix it”. After a day of leaving it in my fridge, he gave me a print out of temperatures and left messages saying my fridge temperatures looked to be “all over the map” and agreed it needed a fix but simply suggested I unplug it for four hours to fix the problem and report back to him in a week. I did exactly as he asked and he then told me the time run out on my warranty so he was at a loss at what to do because he was “no longer getting paid for [his] time”. Ridiculous because the initial problem was still covered by warranty. If this ever happens to you, report it to the manufacturer. Like I tried to reason with Bill - if a problem becomes apparent before warranty expires and still isn’t resolved after warranty expires, they still need to do what’s right and fix it (and you’re still covered)!

Seriously the best service. I called this morning to get pricing and they got me in about an hour later! I needed the heating element replaced on my dryer. It was replaced but when Harmond put it back together to test it my dryer was making a weird noise. He took it back apart and found that the belt pulley needed replaced and that could have contributed to my heating element going out. He replaced that as well. Super affordable and thorough. Harmond was also so nice and caring with my timid golden retriever and she loved him. I’m so happy with their service. I will be calling them again in the future.

Shady business practices by the two owners. Bought a used gas dryer, and was informed of the $50 delivery charge, so I was okay with that, but not informed of any additional charges to install/parts/etc.The two owners came to deliver and install the dryer, and needed a few additional parts, so they went to get them at True Value. I was expecting to pay for the parts after they installed the dryer.What I got flabbergasted me. They attempted to charge me $35 for a gas line thats about $10 at any hardware store, $41 worth of parts that in actuality come to about $20 (with the explanation they charge a gopher fee to get the parts), and a service charge of $25....$105 dollars in all.Of course, none of this was explained to me at the time of purchase. They just handed me a bill and expected me to pay it, and also refused my request to see the receipt from True Value (bc they know the parts didnt come out to that much).In short, this outfit is dubious at best, and I cant imagine the other poor souls theyve conned into paying up. As of now, Ive forwarded all this to the CO Attorney Generals Fraud Unit, the BBB, and other online review sites.Please dont be a victim in their game of fraud. They know what theyre doing is beyond the realms of decency, and are just waiting on the next unassuming consumer to scam.
