BCAD Appliances is the best in the west! I couldn’t ask for better people or better service. Yes, it does have a funny name, but the family feel makes up for everything! They have great prices and help you get what you need as soon as they can! Zack and Steve are some of the nicest people I know! They work hard and it’s evident with their service. I recommend them to everyone if they want a good appliance experience. They deliver, install and now repair! Overall, BCAD Appliances is the only place I trust with my appliance needs. We purchased a new home and the fridge was supplied by BCAD. Our chosen fridge was out of stock so we had an interim fridge for a month and a half. BCAD was very difficult to get in touch with in regards to the delivery of the new fridge with multiple messages left unreturned. Finally the new fridge arrived (only figuring out after another call). Delivery was scheduled for the next day. No call prior to delivery so upon them arriving I had to unload the old fridge quickly. They proceeded to enter our home without any regard to COVID precautions and proceeded to try to help remove items from the fridge. Upon removal of the old fridge they proceeded to scratch our front door due to a lack of care.

Horrible customer service cant be repairs or warranty paperwork. They bad mouthed my daughter for being gay an Jared an Secretary Samantha use customers cars for pleasure watch mileage as well has I saw Samantha driving customer truck last week shes not licensed to drive customers vehicles not certified nothing. Watch your vehicals better yet pay few extra bucks an get your vehicle fixed properly An GET WARRANTY in your hand before leaving. Also this transmission shop is located with other shops in complex so no disrespect to them just This auto repair place is who comments are directed at
