Windshield Express is the BEST! The staff is a joy to work with, their quality of work is top notch, their super speedy and, best of all, the cheapest in town!

This is our second time having a windshield repaired / replaced with this company. The first time was a full replacement, and there was no getting around a replacement. The windshield was cracked syraight across from the drivers side to the passenger side. This time, the company advised us that this model car was a particularly expensive replacement because additional parts had to be replaced when the windshield was replaced. They advised us to come in and see if they could repair the crack first, because that would save us about $500 if they could. They inspected the windshield, determined that they could attempt a repair, and successfully repaired the crack. Total cost: $45.and 15 minutes of our time. We didnt know the difference, and they could have just told us that the windshield had to be replaced. Instead, they were honest and did everything they could to do an inexpensive repair instead of a very expensive replacement. We will continue to use this company!

A real live person answers their phone! She is friendly and helpful! They were able to schedule me for the next week and gave me a courtesy reminder call the day before. They cover all rock chip repair afterwards! They were great to work with. They were not the least expensive quote I got, but the personal touch sold me!They even put masks on when I showed up wearing one.

Had them come put a new windshield in my 2000 ford as soon as they started taking it out you could see the rust all around it!!!! so they asked if they could take it to the shop so they could do it right.. when i got my truck back all i can say is they went above and beyond to make sure it was done right!!! and i will be always using them and sending the family and friends to them!!!!! I took my SUV in for a rock chip repair and they CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD!!! Further more they repaired the crack but four days later the crack had spread. They did offer a replacement...FOR $225.00 !! They do not stand behind their work, they make their customers pay for their mistakes. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

We have had great success with Windshield Express and have no complaints. We use them all the time since one of us has to drive to Rifle every day for work.

Staff seemed nice enough. Was calling around to get quotes on window tinting, they were going to charge almost $200 more than other more reputable sources in the valley.

It would be nice to not be put on hold and then forgotten about! What crappy customer service representing
