Would rate less than a zero, but a 1 is the lowest available. If you go in for flat repair you will always need 4 new tires. If you buy tires and get the road hazard and they discontinue the tire you bought, then you need 4 new tires, however they will prorated the one covered by the warranty. Yea team!!!Do not buy from this company and this store in particular.BUY FROM THE LOCAL GUYS!!!!

I had to bring my car in this morning, as I had a screw in one of my tires. I was assisted by Joshua Brown who was absolutely helpful, kind, and great. My husband typically handles our car maintenance so I wasnt aware if what all was available to us. Josh took care of me and not only offered to have my tires rotated, but the afflicted tire was also covered under warranty so I was able to have it replaced for only $20. Its incredibly refreshing as a customer to have employees looking out for your best interests. Thank you Joshua and Discount Tire!

Called Thursday, they ordered my Coopers and had them Friday morning. Under an hour to have them mounted. I added tire pressure sensors as well. Courteous, quick, and great prices. What else could you want.

I just moved to the valley a few months ago and needed to swap out my snow tires for new seasonal tires. My car has never been in a shop where I didnt know someone who worked there so this was a huge leap of faith for me. Cole took care of me on my first trip to the store to make sure they had the tires I was looking for and set up an appointment and answered all my questions. He explained everything in deep detail and was super helpful. Arriving at my appointment Porter assisted me and was of great help. He wanted to make sure the tires fit my car and didnt charge me until everything was done and looked over. Dakota loaded my snow tires into my trunk and answered last questions I had about the tires. They look amazing and my car is driving wonderfully! I hope I dont have to see the guys at Discount Tire anytime soon but I know if I need to theyre there to help and assist in anyway possible. They put my worries at ease and I am happy I trusted them with my car.

The quality of a business’s customer service can be, to a fair degree, tide to the cleanliness of its lobby, its employees and restrooms.Discount Tire has always been a pinnacle of quality service to me and my wife, no other tire company seems to come close but you knew there was a ‘But’ coming in this comment I’m sure. The but is that the men’s Restroom at 9am looks like it would look after 2 or more days without cleaning. I’m sure you get the picture.Personally it would be a favor for my wife and I to walk into the North Avenue Grand Junction, CO store and find restrooms that shine as much as your customer service.Have a wonderful day and stay safe.

Spent $1675 on snow tires last year and was treated like a vip for doing so but can’t get a appointment to have them mount and balanced this year for $88 hmmm I wonder why last year this location mounted my summer tires after a insanely long argument about how I wanted them oriented on the vehicle they were put on with loose valve stems when I called they were bashful and aggressive so I titened them myself I’m now contacting law enforcement

Very good experience...had a flat, some kind of small Allen wrench punctured tire, cut the sidewall, had to be replaced...luckily, I had the replacement warranty, and Discount Tire replaced for free, and because I made an online appointment, I was in and out very quickly...very impressed.

Best retail experience I have ever had in my life (Thank you Jason). I had a flat tire 10 minutes before close and they were happy to help. I was home within 45 minutes-even though I had opted for a full four set replacement. No pressure sales- they were willing to fix the flat- but I didnt feel comfortable with how marginal all the tires had become.

After the first full set of Good Year tires I put on my 1997 Explorer, from Discount Tire in Albuquerque, NM, gave me years of worry-free traveling, and a full set of replacements over time under the road hazard coverage, I knew who to rely on for the full set I just had to put on my 2003 Toyota Highlander.With no tread left from all the recent travel and the Good Years I wanted unavailable until next week, T.J. and the crew put me on a nice set of Continentals that easily meet my expectations on handling, comfort, road noise and braking performance at an affordable price, within my budget. I was visiting from SLC when I ran over a nail and switched to the spare. I drove in to this location and was greeted by Brian, who happily helped us. He told me it would take about 45 minutes to switch out the spare and repair the tire. I had a crying hungry baby in the backseat and a 3 year old sleeping. I was feeding my baby in the backseat when we were next, so my mother-in-law drove into the stall and the guys did the work. We were in and out within 30 minutes. All without having to take the kiddos out, and the repair was free of charge. These guys were so awesome and Im very thankful for the easy transition!! Absolutely the best service and experience.

Bought a set of tires here last year. Great service all the way around at that time. Made appointment for today for rotate and balance but was running a little late. When arrived it was a bit busy, and I didnt have a lot of time so jumped back in the car to head out thinking I would just make another appointment. One of the guys working (didnt catch his name!) came out to my car asking if I had been taken care of saying he saw it didnt look like I had. I explained what was going on, and he said he would check me in and that it wouldnt take long. Thats exactly what happened - in and out in no time even though they were busy. I dont typically write reviews, but I appreciated the help as well as the general feel of their shop. Even though busy, everyone was friendly and helpful. Glad I picked their shop.

I was out in Montrose on vacation when I discovered I had a severely damaged tire. I live in Colorado Springs and I HAD to get home that evening. I had a tire warranty from another tire shop, but they didnt have locations out this way, so I wound up calling Discount Tire. I actually called the Glenwood Springs location by mistake and the store manager, Sam, helped me tremendously by calling this store for me and explained my situation to Porter, store manager at this store, while I started driving so I could get to the store before they closed for the day. Sam made sure that Porter could assist me and get me on the road that evening so I could focus on getting there safely (I had a badly broken belt on my front passenger tire from driving up a rough mountain road the day before).When I got there, Porter was ready for me and went over my options. Unfortunately, my tire size was an odd one and neither store had it in stock, and between the trucking crisis due to COVID and I-70 being closed indefinitely due to rock & mudslides, which affected both stores, it would have taken a few days to get a same size replacement so I could utilize my warranty.So I had no choice but to have to buy 4 new tires in another size that was approved for my SUV (it has all wheel drive so I couldnt put a different size tire on, even just to get home, or it would have ruined my transmission).Porter realized how unfortunate of a situation this was for me, and went out of his way to help me. He wound up giving me one of the tires at no charge, which meant he effectively honored another tire stores warranty. He also did an upgrade to Michelin tires at a reduced cost. He made sure that he got those tires on before the store closed at 6pm so I could get on the road. He was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.Unless I have another issue and just happen to be in Grand Junction when it happens, I wont have the occasion to use Porters store. But I would if I could!Porters actions have now made me a Discount Tire customer for life! And that is saying a lot, as the manager of the tire store I have been using here in Colorado Springs is my neighbor and was a good friend of my late husband.Thank you again, Porter!!!

I had a slow leak in one of my rear tires on my truck. I called Discount Tire this morning and talked to Lucas. He was so friendly and helpful and told me to bring my truck in after work and they’d be more than happy to take a look at it. When I arrived, I saw Lucas and hoped he would help me since he was so nice this morning. He was busy with someone else though, and Colby helped me. He was just as kind, helpful, and polite as Lucas had been. They got my truck in fairly quickly, discovered a screw in the tire, and fixed it all up... all free of charge. I was very impressed and usually get my tires from somewhere else, but from now on I will get them at Discount Tires! Thank you Lucas and Colby for a great experience!

Excellent service. Friendly Staff. The teenage college kids in the shop make me nervous but they have always done great work(so far). This is the only place Ill take my vehicles for tires. Too many perks and benefits when you buy tires here like free flat repair and free rotations and balances. Almost everyone else will charge you for each visit. Not Discount tire. Ive been going to Discount Tire since I bought my first brand new car nearly 20 years ago. Theres a simple reason for this: no matter which side of our country Im on, DT continues to have friendly staff, excellent service, and great prices. The GJ location carries on this tradition.I NEARLY went to a competitor when I first moved to town a couple years ago because they had the same tires I wanted for a LOT less. Turns out, they not only didnt have the tires, but they couldnt even get them through their normal channels. And this was AFTER Id confirmed it all online.Oh, I wont directly mention the competitors name, but it sure was a BIG L in my book. When I took my business to Discount Tire, they actually had what I wanted at a reasonable price.My apologies to the GJ Discount Tire team for ever having considered going to the other guys. We all make mistakes, right?If you dont want to repeat my mistake, and appreciate friendly staff, excellent service, and product selection, then I highly recommend this team.

Had a tire blowout in Crested Butte, called Discount Tire and they were extremely helpful. We made it to Grand Junction just a few minutes before closing (cant drive too fast on the spare!) They took great care of us and thanks to the fact that wed bought certificates for the tires, the replacement was only $25 for a $150 tire! Special thanks to Cole and Brian for all their help.

Been a lifelong Discount Tire customer, however this store has caused me to never come back. Took my truck in for a rotation and rebalance. Due to COVID you now get to sit inside of your vehicle while they work on it, while sitting and watching the service tech took my customer runs and hammered weights to the inside rather than static balance as they were. In speaking with the manager I was told “ it’s only a small scratch, who will see it there?” I will I said. This tire store does not take the time to complete the job correctly, only what is fastest. Will NEVER be back or buy another set of rims and tires from them EVER!!

The Discount Tire in GJ was amazing. We were there for a girls trip to see some wineries (I know were basic) when the super scary tire pressure light turned on! We rushed over to DT only to find out we had picked up a screw on I-70 that wanted to go check out some wineries too! They got my truck in, gave it a pedicure and sent us on our way! We were able to safely make it back home without having to get a tow or learn how to change a tire on the side of the road! Crisis averted! The guy was super friendly and the service was great! Highly recommend!

Ive been coming here for over 18 years. Never have I had to wait over and hour with empty bags and never have I seen my truck sit with no one working on it while 3 guys talk around the balance wheel. This place is awesome!!! Took my 74 year old mother here since she had a nail in her tire. The salesperson who greeted us was outside. Walked us in we gave him the information he needed. Told us it would be ready by 4:30. The person who fixed our tire drove the car up to us at 4:15. Fifteen minutes earlier then expected. When we asked for our bill, he said there was no charge and wished us a good evening. He was so courteous. My mother just moved here from California and was definitely pleased and impressed. Thank you discount tires, you have earned many ore customers as we will share this great service with our friends and family

This store is great! They got me in and out quickly on a busy day, and I felt really taken care of. The manager Corey and TJ and Preston were efficient, friendly, and genuinely knew their stuff.

The team at this store is amazing. They were all very open, courteous, fixed my tire in nearly no time, and could not have been nicer. They treated me like a VIP — and they didnt even know it was my birthday. Fixing auto issues is rarely a pleasure, but doing business with these guys is just that. Recommend the team and their store 100%.
