Ive always used Brakes Plus in Grand Junction for my alignments.The tires always wear evenly, and the car drives straight which to me is a simple sign that the car is aligned properly.Weve used them for other repairs as well and always had good luck.

I have never owned a car before this one and I get very nervous when I think something might be wrong. I came in for a break check on 8/16/2021 and the employees where very nice and helpful. I came back to officially get my car serviced ten days later and they were very efficient and fast. I have really appreciated their help and their customer service. I definitely will be recommending them to family and friends. Plus they will be my go to for my car services from here on out.

Honestly disgusted with this business. All I had was a warped rotor, and asked for them to machine it. They came back with $3000 estimate for all the repairs I ‘needed.’ I stated very clearly ‘No, just do the rotors.’ 4 hours later and a $510 bill, turns out they also replaced my front and rear brake pads. I had very clearly told them not to, and they had put in ceramic pads which I would have never chosen if they had actually asked before doing the work. A complete scam, and I would not recommend using this place for any reason.

These guys are awesome! Such an amazing group of kind, honest, and knowledgeable people who go above and beyond for the community. The manager Ryan helped me diagnose a major problem and repaired it so that I could get my jeep back on the road safely and was more than generous with his time, information, and kindness. Bring in you vehicle for one job, but they wont do it, they say there are all these other problems. Wanted an alignment, said I need outer tie rod replaced. Wanted to charge $300 for it. Ridiculous, they say part was $55 and $245 for labor. I Bought an OEM part from the manufacturer for $19 and replaced it in my garage in about 20min. $245 in labor for 20min means their shop rate is $735 an hour. I would recommend you take your car to Ferrari of Denver, or maybe Rolls Royce, their shop rates are only $500 an hr.

Was finishing repairs to my 98 ZX2 thought i should go in for an alignment after tie rod and strut replacement. The gentleman explained the bearings were too bad to successfully do a proper alignment. Was waiting for new hubs to come in and hadnt gotten to the bearings yet. Appreciate the professionalism and straightforward explanations. Will be back after full front end suspension restoration. Would recommend 10/10!

Desperately needing brakes and not wanting to pay the prices around Telluride (where I work), I checked out the Brakes Plus in Grand Junction for slot availability and prices. I knew I needed rear pads and maybe rotors, but my front set were unknown.I arrived there on a Saturday morning (thankfully, they are one of a small handful of places open on Saturday). After performing an inspection, turned out, I needed everything. But the rear rotors could be saved and turned down.Of course it took a hot minute to perform all the labor, but I was impressed with their professionalism and that they honored two coupons. Granted, one was only $5.00, but to me, its the thought that counts.These are a great team of guys and I wont be going anywhere else from here on out for brake work. Even if that means driving 90 minutes for it. A+

I went to get my brakes checked cause my car was making a weird noise. They test drive my car and did a FULL brake check for free. They also replaced some stripped bolts on my wheels for free as well. They were very honest and kind about issues and things that I could look out in the future! Will definitely come service here again if needed!

Nice Job Fair Price Clean Facility did what needed doing and explained why the other axel was fine and didnt need repair. Second time I have had partial of full brake service done on 2 different vehicles, and have been pleased both times.

Had a rock in between my tire and brake. Brake Plus was close popped in, they looked at it right away, fixed it FREE of charge and I was back on the road. SUPER! Friendly and help.

Beware of this business, I just paid short of a grand to replace all my shocks and struts at the same time. They informed me it was what was recommended. Gullible me. Several friends and the car dealership basically told me I was duped. Make sure you get a second opinion!!!

We had an unexpected emergency heading back to Minnesota, we took our vehicle into brakes plus I spoke with Dan Wieringa (excellent sales representative) explaining to him that I was on a budget and I was headed home (1000miles) he was able to help me leave with new brakes and rotor at an affordable price. This place is super helpful and care for there customers they are very knowledgeable when customers have questions and resourceful in emergency situations they got me in and out within an hour! Growing up in a automotive shop this is definitely the place that suits your needs!

I called this company two weeks ago to verify they could do an alignment on a 2013 Volkswagen golf. They confirmed it and then again today when I scheduled my appointment for 1 PM they confirmed again that they could do my alignment. 40 minutes after dropping my car off I went to go pick it up without an alignment because they do not have the ability to adjust negative timbre on a 2013 Volkswagen golf. Cause this is completely unprofessional and completely avoidable and they wasted my time. I purposely scheduled an appointment with them so I could get new tires and immediately get an alignment to prevent the excessive wear on my tires. These people are a joke.

I had an excellent experience dealing with Dennis and Ryan at the local Brakes Plus here in Grand Junction. They got my car in with very short notice and had me back on the road faster than I had thought. I would highly recommend them .

Hello local peoples..I went in for an oil change by my sons recommendation because he had been there several times he said Mom forget all those others youve always had trouble with just go to Brakes Plus. So I did..not only was I met by a professional gentleman he found an issue and we corrected it. I had paid $600 at Smittys in Clifton. Because thats where I live and theyve been there for so long not sure what happened but it didnt work out for me ... just to find a squeak as soon as I left there I didnt want to go back.. Had I let it go any longer it would have cost me much more money. I had not mentioned this to the guys at Brakes Plus hoping they might mention it to me which they did.. that proved to me that they go above and beyond. I appreciate that so much as a grandma! They even found a coupon for me to reduce the price on my brakes which were sadly neglected. They will always have my business from here on out. Thanks guys!

My experience with the local BrakesPlus in Grand Junction was positive. They were very friendly and professional. The price to fix my brakes was far less expensive than another business in town. And they back up their work with a guarantee.

A bearing went out in my water pump and shredded the belt stranding me 5 hours from home in Grand Junction. Even though they were busy, Brakes Plus squeezed me in. They did a good job at a more than fair price. Id definitely recommend them👍

Great people to work with they were able to fix my DIY project which helped me out alot and they werent pushing me to spend extra money although I would have no problem having these guys take care of my truck. Very affordable and OPTIONS to choose from. Highly recommended! I usually dont recommend a business unless its legit and these guys are legit. Needless to say I will be bringing my other vehicles to them for any service they offer. Hands down the most courteous people I have dealt with here in town, and I have lived here since 1992 so I have seen companies come and go every year but these guys are very helpful and professional.

I took my vehicle in at 10 AM for brakes and rotors to be turned. They told me it would be in an hour and a half to two hours to complete my vehicle. I left to go do some errands, call 2 1/2 hours later to see if my vehicle was done only to be informed it had not even been started because I had left the facility. They informed me that they do not work on vehicles if someone leaves the facility. It would be another hour and a half to two hours before it would be done. Justin was unprofessional.The store manager did just call me, and apologize for his employees and the experience I had today. He was a very nice man and I appreciate the time you took to call and visit with me. He assures me he will take care of my vehicle next week. He was very professional.

They did an alignment on my Toyota Sequoia, but it still pulled heavily to the right. I drove around the block and went back in to talk with them. They we very professional and explained that everything looked really good and the alignment was on, but the pull was probably radial pull from the tires. They offered to switch the two front tires to see if it then pulled left. I declined because I knew it needed tires. I then drive to a tire store, bother need tires and it corrected the pull. Brakes Plus did a good job explaining what was going on and directing me to the solution.

The work seems good and the price to turn my rotors was decent ($117) but several of the people that came into the store didnt have masks on and one even made non evidence based assertions about covid-19. None of the employees asked the customers to put on a mask and in fact took off their masks or didnt put it back on when speaking with them at the register; there were signs on the door alerting customers that masks are required in the store. The waiting room was exceptionally hot as well.

The brakes on my car were squeeking, I took them to a different brakes plus twice to fix the problem. Both times the brakes would stop squeeking for a couple of weeks and go back to squeeking. While on vacation in Grand Junction I decided to try a different store since the brakes were still warrentied. It has been almost a month now and my brakes are not only silent, they feel better. Thank you, Grand Junction Team! I wish I could take my car to your establishment for all of my mechanical needs.

So incredibly grateful and blessed with the staff here at Brakes Plus. As a delivery driver, I experience a lot of wear and tear on my brakes. Came in today in a pinch requesting a free exam that they do which was confirmed that I was basically rubbing on metal with my brake pad and rotor. With being in a pinch and unable to get this fixed until next Friday, the wonderful staff blessed me with temporary brake pads allowing me to drive my vehicle until I get paid to get the rest completed. This is my second visit here and everyone is so honest, incredibly kind and generous, and always looking out for the customer. THANK YOU GUYS

Great service when I had a problem stopping by while I was put of town.

My daughter took her vehicle here for shocks and struts.4 months later the rear shocks failed. I was ready to go in to argue that my baby girl payed for a quality repair and the parts failed! To my surprise these gentlemen didnt hesitate to acknowledge the warranty and replaced the failed parts at no cost to her not even labor. I was so pleased with the level of professionalism and commitment to their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Cautionary Tale: Be forewarned if you are taking your car to Brakes Plus at Rimrock. We had a new to us car taken to a 20+ year mechanic to look at. He found some small items like the battery, etc but it checked out great. He couldnt do alignments so we went to Brakes Plus. We got a call later that day saying our wheel bearing is horrible, making all kinds of noise and there was no possible way they could do work until they replaced this $400 part. We said nope, well come get it. To which he said but I can give you $40 off..... Nope well come get it. We took it to Bear Automotive and explained what was going on.....weve had 2 different prognosis. Bear looked at it and said looks great, heres your alignment and being nice said with enough force and determination anyone could find parts to replace on their car. Just know you may get scammed.

I do not feel that way at all at this brakes plus. They explain things to me, and make sure that I approve of what they are going to do before proceeding. Excellent. These guys were amazing! We felt directly with Justin & Dan who were very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and beyond kind. They did a great job helping us solve our issues with our van at a super reasonable price - which we appreciate as we are living out of our van road tripping. Needed brakes, not all parts in stock after inspection. They put the parts on that they had, and since I needed the vehicle, put it back together for me to use and made another appointment for me the next day. May not seem like a lot, but it was to me.

I had new tires put on at a different business. The lug nuts had stripped the threads and one was totally broken. In the end 4 different threads were replaced on my truck. Brakes plus made the effort to get me in so that they could fix the issue. Their customer service was excellent and they kept me informed as to what was happening with my truck. I would recommend them to everyone.

On a road trip to from CO to CA the rear wheel bearing broke in Green River. No one there had the parts for my vehicle and wanted me to wait up to a week! I called Justin and Dennis at Brakes Plus in Grand Junction and explained the situation, they patiently awaited for us to arrive, stayed late and made sure us ladies got us back on the road safely! The whole staff is great. My mother has been getting her car serviced here for a while. Every single time she takes her car in, she shares how wonderful the experience is. They are very affordable and get the car in and out quickly. They always strive to go above and beyond while never adding in extra charges. The entire staff has a positive attitude. Cesar worked on her car the last couple times and has went out of his way to make sure that her car was fixed properly and that she was safe getting back on the road.

Amazing service ! I came here around 9:15 without an appointment for an oil change and repair my right rear bulb. The person in charge told me they will try to do it as soon as they can but it might take a couple of hours. I asked him for a coffee to wait around, he recommended one. I didn’t have a phone number (i am just a tourist) to be reached out to inform me when the car will be ready. The guy came to the coffee in the corner to update me on the repair !The job was done within an hour !I am amazed by the service ! The guy was very very nice !I am glad I stopped here !
