I took my 2014 Jeep Cherokee in, as a 19 year old female, and the service they offered me was ‘unlike any other’ to put it lightly.I have a dealership seal on my transmission (and it’s surrounding parts) which means my transmission can exclusively be flushed, replaced, repaired by the Dealership I purchased the car from. The transfer case is apart of that bundle of joy that again, only the dealership can ‘work on’.Grease Monkey went out of their way to tell me they checked the fluids within my transfer case (which they can’t do), and then offered to replace them for 200 per fluid exchange.

Weather turned colder and my low tire pressure warning light came on. The service tech responded instantly when I drove up and immediately set the tire pressure in all four tires exactly to specs. Very courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. And didnt even charge me anything!

Pulled into this place after being turned away by valvoline because of a striped drain plug or something. Grease Monkey said they didn’t see anything wrong with my drain plug and had me back on the road with fresh oil in less than 20 minutes. They even have better prices and much better service than Valvoline. Very great service. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back.

Against my better judgment, because I know how these guys act when theyre at work, I went to get my oil changed there because of convenience. I was due for an oil change but I also had a warning light coming on so I figured they would check and fill my fluids as every other grease monkey in this town does. They asked me if I wanted a replacement on my fog light that had accidentally come unplugged. My fluid warning light is still on. I was eligible for CMU discount and they gave me the discount for people that worked near them even though I mentioned four times that I went to CMU. I paid $80 to get oil changed in my little Honda Fit and that was after a discount. They also didnt help me reset my oil life Counter as the other grease monkey I went to before did. Needless to say I wont be back.

They said vacuuming was included, it was not done. The men that worked there were all amazing. Professional, kind, thorough in explaining.

Ive only ever writ one bad review.Today, is my second.So I went here for an oil change, windshield wipers, and a filter change.Sorry didnt catch his name but he told me he was a seasoned mechanic 12+years, came to me in the waiting room and sat next to me with another person (as a witness) and proceeded to tell me hed broke the dip part of the stick off into the oil pan/holder and it was BAD news and I should immediately get my car looked at!! The car is new to me. Im still reading the book- its a thick one! Ive never had this happen to me. So other than breaking the stick they did none of the other stuff- handed me my keys and I drove straight to my husbands work. I was DISTRESSED!SO I called a LONG time friend, who is a mechanic and asked him- He proceeded to tell me its fine. Theres a, well call it a net that due to a magnet will capture it and it will set there, till they empty it. Now this other seasoned mechanic did not tell me that. He put me in a panic! Theres only one reason to be doing that.. and its to give whoever is on their list..work. so other than the young man that cleans your car out, DONT be trusting these mechanics. My husband called Lyle the manager and he said a different mechanic(not working there-because apparently none of them know),needed to give them the ok to change the oil before theyd do it!???That was AWFUL 😞 shame on yall!!

Nick was by far one of THE most helpful mechanics I have ever met - he went above and beyond to take care of my Tahoe making sure it was road ready and safe for me and my children to drive in. They fixed my wheel well that was rubbing my tire, ran a check engine diagnostic and gave me valuable industry knowledge. I was blown away with how thorough and professional this place was. I will DEFINITELY be back!!

The staff was very professional upon arrival by placing coverings on the interior and communicated well during servicing of the vehicle. An oil change was the main concern however the staff noticed my air filter needed replacing which is expected after many miles of dirt roads. I was pleased they took the time for the air filter recommendation which was definitely needed. I would highly recommend using Grease Monkey to keep your vehicle running smoothly.

Been taking my car and my kids cars there for eight years now they’re always extremely professional on time and there is no hidden cost and they’re very upfront with what needs to be done to your vehicle.

Well they did change the oil. But during the filling of new oil. They spilled some down the back of the engine on to the exhaust. And now I have burnt oil smell inside my car. I understand mistake happen. Other then that they were very professional and polite. I just hope the smell goes away quickly. I spend about 8 hrs in my car driving each day.

Amazing place, lived in the valley for 10 years and never had a bad experience. Wish they were in Florida. Visited them a few months ago when back in town visiting family and they were still amazing.

The employees at this Grease Monkey are amazing! I brought my car in because I had just travelled 250 MI and had found a puddle of something under my car the next day. I thought it was my oil so I asked them how much would they charge to check my oil because I couldnt do it myself. I was told that there is no charge for checking the oil and that they would put oil in if I needed it. They checked it all out and told me that it wasnt my oil but it was several other leaks that I was having including my differential, my steering and transmission. They they checked them all out and filled them and when I asked him how much it cost they said no charge! I had my new little dog with me and they even gave him a treat ! Thank you all very much!🌞

Excellent service - quick & easy…

These guys ALWAYS give top notch service. I stopped by this afternoon and for whatever reason, they said that they were closing early but the North Avenue shop was open til 6. I said that was fine, and then as I was about to drive away I said that all I actually need is to have somebody check my oil filter and that area because my truck seemed to be leaking kinda bad from that area. He said no problem and had me pull in. 5 minutes later with a cinched up filter and a 1/2 quart of fresh fluid, I was on my way and they could be on theirs.

These guys are on point! Due to covid I wanted to stay in my car..and thats awesome..real pros over there! Informative too..I work right down the street..had me in and out in no time! They are great folks over there!

Angel is great, she should be my air filter and put it out that it looked perfect and she didn’t need to replace it. They backed into my car, not every place does that anymore and I really appreciate it. They didn’t try and upsell the oil they told me my car would tolerate a regular oil change and let me choose that. I thought they were fantastic!

The staff was very friendly and worked quickly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for an oil change and air filter. They explained what was recommended by the manufacturer for my mileage, but were not pushy about it. I’d definitely return.

I’m always asking, don’t touch the air pressure I keep my tires around 40 psi. You put them two at 29 and two at 28 psi. I live 6200 feet up and down and low air pressure in my tires is worse for me going to and from Junction at 4640 feet. It’s like it done on purpose because y’all weren’t busy when I was there. Jack the manager is a great guy. Seems like it’s the new employee’s they must be following protocol for that. I’m good with the oil change there seems to be fine. And hopefully all fluids are checked. I’m gonna do 5 stars if Ya just leave the removal of air from my tires, Out of the equation. 🙂

Needed an unexpected brake job while passing through town on a road trip. Grease Monkey was able to get us in right away. Phil and his team were extremely polite, professional, and efficient. We were back on the road within a few hours. We appreciated how Phil came to update us on the car every half hour or so, and explained to us in detail what they were doing. I been with this company for 10 years. I got a new car and 3 free oil changes so I have not been here for a year.My tires are supposed to have 35psi they put 31psi, I told them the low tire light was still on, I was told that my 2020 car has something wrong with the sensor and didnt do the front vacuum at alll. As of now that is all I have found wrong. Im very disapointed that I will have to look for a new lube shop after all these years.

Amazing service! Phillip Doyle, absolutely took care of everything that my car needed. He explained everything he did, showed me all the work done and the old parts that were replaced. Best place in town. I am more than happy with all the time, effort and patience given to servicing my car and making sure I had a safely running vehicle. I recommend this place to everyone.

Drove right up and got in right away! It was nice to look under the hood with them initially so I could see what they were seeing and to ask some specific questions I had about some work I needed done. They even showed me results of some quick diagnostics they did so I could tell if I really needed certain work done. For two system flushes, a serpentine belt replace, and fluid top off, I was out in an hour and a half. Not bad at all, I’d say! And they offer a veteran’s discount, which was much appreciated.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had. Those guys really take care of their customers. They made me feel confident about my long drive to Cali and fixed my belt at such an affordable price. I will recommend everyone to come here. Give those guys raises please they deserve it!

Our systems manager Phillip, was very prompt, impressively knowledgeable, super thorough and caring. I think the services are worth the price. Especially if you work hard and dont have the energy to do it yourself. He gave me an extensive maintenance review of how I should go about it and measures all my fluids. There are complimentary refreshments, children area, and they are dog friendly. No complaints. Happy to do business and will do more in the future.
