The website is beyond frustrating! I was trying to find an 8x8 stainless steel baking pan. When I typed in baking pan, I had 587 results. When I typed in 8x8 baking pan, I had 1,267 results. When I typed in 8x8 stainless steel baking pan, I had 3,855 results. The more descriptive words I type in, the fewer results I should have. With multiple descriptive words, the website should only give me results that contain ALL OF THE DESCRIPTIVE WORDS. Obviously, the Bed Bath & Beyond website is set up so that it give results that contain ANY of the words.When you have a problem with the website, you cannot email or write anyone regarding the problem. Their email address is no where on the website. Nor does the contact us page contain any thing other than a chat link, that has not been working for the last 5 days or a customer service number that can not even take down information about website problems.Crummy, crummy website! Frustrating customer service! You would think that they would want to be competitive with other companies. Instead, I almost feel like they are pushing me to purchase elsewhere. If that is the case, they have succeeded.

It was great. The associates were awesome!!! I moved from California to Delta and lve really missed having classy home items. I will be coming back as l continue to upgrade my new home.

Have many products that help you make your home the way you want many choices and have a friendly helpful staff and you can shop with confidence that what you buy must meet your expectations or you can return it with no hassle just save the receipt and return within the states time frame.

No stars today were deserved today but I had to put one so it would let me post this!!!!Why you ask? BB&B sends me 20% coupons in my email all of the time so I decided to take advantage of it today and we went in and picked out a new shower rack which was about $82.00 so 20% off would be $16.40....decent so I tried to download the coupon for about 5 5to 7 minutes then the clerk at the checkout desk also tried to download it, didn’t work. She asked the gal who was working the other register if there was anything that could be done, she never answered her....(she had short red hair). So then the first clerk said it might take a couple of days but I could make another trip back to the store and they would honor it at that time. I told them no thank you, that I would not be doing that. I also left everything else there that I was going to buy. This was after I had asked about some gold placemats that were in their markdown area, that apparently were NOT marked down. I wanted two of them, there was about eight in the stack. Never once was a manager consulted, or a price check on the placemats......maybe the manager was the red headed gal? I do not know.BUT I do know this they are not customer friendly, their coupons they send you do not work and I will not be going back to that store anytime soon.I also could not find a customer comment place on the web site to contact the company.Maybe I just didn’t look long enough or it is in the same area as the coupons they send to you....just plain nonexistent. NOT HAPPY!!!

It was a little crowded with Christmas and social distancing. The store was clean and they have a great selection of gifts or stuff you might need for the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen. The staff was helpful and pleasant!

Manager pushed me and my son out the doors as we did not have masks on and we cannot wear masks because of asthma. Mind you my child is a preemie and has lots of other health problems. Its not a law, i will never do business here again. Also i was in the store for over 30 minutes before they said anything to me and the lady that pushed me out literally watched me walk into the building WITHOUT a mask. So if i have covid then so does everyone in your store already.Also people who have had the vaccine can gather WITHOUT masks.

We went in briefly for a shoe stretcher and someone was able to very quickly help us find what we were looking for and leave quickly. The layout seemed a little confusing without a guide but all in all it was a painless trip

We went in with one specific thing in mind and thanks to the way the store is organized and clearly labeled into sections (and then sub sections!) We were probably in and out in 6 minutes, most of which was waiting in line to check out. Very nice staff also.

Bed, Bath & Beyond is fully stocked. They have a great variety of gadgets and housewares. I just bought a rapid boil cordless kettle on sale!

Great place, great items if youre looking for good quality items this is where you should shop, dont go to Walmart. Pay the extra money, its worth it.

Extremely hard to navigate if you decide to use a shopping cart. The selection is good, and the prices are okay, but this is definitely one of those stores that I prefer to go online to shop at rather than visiting the store itself.

Love this place and the coupons. The best is the most helpful people servicing the people. Checkouts get crowded, but super friendly cashiers.

Something for everyone here and always clean, organized, and extremely well stocked. Employees are courteous, stay busy making sure the store looks fantastic, and are very knowledgeable about their products that they carry and how to get the items not available in store. Nice to find a store that takes pride in customer service and appearance like this location!

Every other bed bath and beyond Ive been in feels fresh and clean and classy. This location is dirty. There were no employees to be found anywhere. Even when checking out there was only one lady at customer service to help everyone waiting to check out.

Great inventory to choose from I signed up for the 20 percent off and have used it several times I have saved quite a bit well worth the 29 dollars

I went to the Grand Junction store seeking a certain item. After browsing the store I asked the cashier If she knew where this item was located. The cashier didnt know so she asked the girl sitting at a table for the Bridal Registry. The cashier was friendly and tried to be helpful. The girl at the Registry was very rude to her, pointing in a direction in a loud tone of voice. I wont be shopping there again, Ill do it on line.

Awesome service taking care of a wedding registry item !!!

Inexperience by the know it all cashier caused me to have no verbal contact when a drawer problem occurred. Not very happy with my delay of being waited on. No words to me like....she can help you over there or any other words. Manager who came to help wasnt much better.
