I have been working with Ben for a couple years now. I own a small motel in a somewhat remote area and he has been incredibly helpful in figuring out what I need, working within my budget and making sure that my delivery goes smoothly. He works hard to ensure I receive my items within my timeline and sometimes even quicker! 😃 He is so easy to communicate with and returns calls and texts quickly. I can’t say enough about the excellent service I have received from Mattress Firm. Only place where I’ll buy mattresses and accessories!

Wonderful and easy experience. We knew we needed two mattresses for our two boys so went to Mattress Firm because of their early Black Friday sale. We worked with Cayden and he was really helpful and friendly. Cayden showed us the option and really helped us to determine what would work best for boys. Also, the Black Friday sales prices were great, 50% off regular price. We bought two full mattresses for our two boys and ended up buying a queen mattress also to replace our old mattress in our guest bedroom. Really a nice experience and very happy with the prices. Cayden was great!

I woke up yesterday morning in Oklahoma needing to purchase two mattresses and two sets of bed rails for my house in Colorado and needed them same day. No time for delivery because I had guests coming the very next day. I was 12 hours away from any on the ground procurement of merchandise. I searched online for mattress stores that would have all my needs. I attempted to order online without luck. Everyone needed days for delivery. I didn’t have days to wait.I then attempted to call the different mattress stores.That’s when I ended up speaking to Farrah at Mattress Firm who was very helpful, and although she didn’t have quite the exact bed rails I needed, she did give me other suggestions of places to look for bed rails. That was unexpectedly nice. I called around to multiple other mattress stores and hardware stores per her suggestions, but no one carried the exact bedrails I needed in store.I was out of luck. I could order the bed rails online, however it would be at least 10 days before I would get them By then it would be way too late for my guests to have nice beds in the guestroom of my house.I called Farrah back. We brainstormed and came up with a solution. She was able to get my mattresses, boxsprings, basic bed frames which could attach to my headboard all in line. She was even able to get them from the warehouse to the store so my husband could pick them up after work and before they closed. She was so helpful and so nice.To top it off, my husband also had a great experience picking up the merchandise. He worked all day, drove an hour exhausted and was able to get them loaded onto the pickup trailer before closing time.Exceptional experience. Unexpected in these days when everyone is overworked, under appreciated, and generally disgruntled at work. Farrah and Mattress Firm completely exceeded my expectations.

Farrah was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job helping us with our new RV mattress purchase. Mattress production has been reduced due to the coronavirus and orders had been placed on hold until production could catch up. Bought a platform frame at another branch 10 months before moving here, broke last week.Got the ABSOLUTE best service ever here with handling the warranty claim. Had a mattress fail after 2 years. When going thru warranty process it was great. They evaluated it within 7 days and I was able to go and pick out a new mattress. We were looking for a new mattress for the Murphy bed in our guest room. They helped us find an appropriate one. We were originally looking for a memory foam mattress but we couldnt find the firmness that we wanted while staying within the size limitations of the Murphy bed and what was in stock to try. He recommended an innerspring that should work well. We have 120 days to try it out and free delivery!

I drove cross country from Maine to Moab, Utah on vacation to visit my in-laws. We had a camper waiting upon arrival that we bought. My in-laws thought it had a memory foam mattress, but it didn’t. I have had multiple back surgeries and have a memory foam mattress at home which is the only thing I can sleep on. The first two night of sleeping on this coil mattress I could barely move in the morning. So we decided to call around to some of the mattress stores to find a memory foam mattress. Unfortunately, every place we called wanted over $500 for a cheap mattress that i was just not impressed with. My mother in law mentioned that there were a few in Grand Junction, Colorado which was about an hour and a half away. I looked online and found Mattress Firm. I called and spoke with a young lady that was the nicest customer service person I had spoke with ever. She got me the mattress I needed in the price range i was looking for. I purchased it over the phone and will be picking it up tomorrow. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. I would definitely go back to Mattress Firm for future purchases. Thank you for helping me as my vacation will be enjoyable as I won’t be suffering all week in pain. Thank you sooo much.
