It began in the beautiful showroom where we were able to actually experience all of the customization options available for each piece of furniture. Mackenzie, the design assistant, was helpful without ever being intrusive. She was pleasant and efficient.

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. From the moment we walked in, Mackenzie went above and beyond to help us design and purchase our sectional couch. Our couch is exactly what we wanted and is amazing quality.

Although we just ordered our couch and haven’t received it yet, we’re pretty confident that our experience will continue to be a very positive one.Working with June was great. She walked us through many different options, explained terminology, and was accommodating through several design changes and admitted indecisiveness on our part. With June’s help, we arrived at a custom, great looking, and affordable couch we’re excited to get in a few weeks.Through all that, June was not only professional and great at her job, but also super nice and gave us the sense that we truly mattered as customers. I found the quality of the furniture that I purchased to be superior. I also found the sales person to be very patient and very knowledgeable about the products. The qualities of both Patience and Knowledge by the sales personnel insured that I received quality furniture with an excellent shopping experience. Even the delivery people were top notch. ATTENTION VETERANS... I am a United States Navy Retired disable veteran. I have purchased a reclining sofa and love seat at the Grand Junction Colorado Bassett Furniture. After it arrived I was not able to get comfortable on it. I attempted to exchange it for something more comfortable but I was insulted by being offered a pillow to make it more comfortable. I have had two back surgeries and I need something that reclines to give me comfort. The maintenance manager came to my home and sat on it as well. He confirmed that it was not a very comfortable recliner. Your Customer Service Corporate Office is not willing to be my advocate and get Grand Junction to replace my furniture. I am not requesting a refund, I was simply wanting what the Warranty states, an in Store Credit. As I have already stated the store Management only offered me a pillow, which I find to be absolutely insulting. I am sure that the Bassett Corporation does not want to be known as anti-Disabled Veteran.Update 02/18/20The response below from Steven was very misleading, sure he wanted to talk to me and get this review removed. He was even more insulting after he called me. He said that he would be more than happy to refund me 50 percent of what I spent for the furniture. Mind you, that I have had the furniture now for less than 2 months! He said that is what he offers anyone who is dissatisfied with the products. Had I known that, I would have purchased my furniture at COSTCO where I know for a fact that they take it back ANYTIME.

What a wonderful experience! I love every piece of my new Bassett furniture as well as all the accessories. Linda and June came out twice to help me pull it all together...and what a fantastic job they did!Linda was so good to listen to all of my preferences and requests. I appreciate her greatly. She is a true professional for sure!I wouldn’t change a thing. Both my living room and dining room turned out absolutely lovely.Now, I’m thinking that my guest bedroom should be next… 😉Thank you Linda, June, and even the whole delivery team. We love the quality of the furniture and the excellent customer service. We purchased a living room set 9 years ago and it has survived 9 grandchildren and many pets. We are now buying new furniture only because we want a change in style and the furniture is being passed on to our children. You can’t get better quality than that.We have also utilized the design services by Linda and she was amazing.

We went to Bassett furniture store today, March 8 2018. We were looking for living room chairs. We were waited on by SusanThe owner. She was very professional without being pushy at all. It was so easy,You pick the chair you like and then she takes us to the fabric area and we decided on our fabric. Very high quality furniture made in the USA at a reasonable price.

June listened and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I had very specific dimensions and a definite style which we found. My new credenza was even on “special”. I’m thrilled about my purchase and the item is perfect in my home: size, style, color. Knowledgable and professional staff took the time to visit our home, take dimensions, and make recommendations based on our personal preferences. They then took the time to show us all of our options and hand picked furniture, colors, and materials for our home. Delivery staff and customer service after arrival were also incredibly professional and did their best to ensure our satisfaction. Last spring we bought a set of Mallin outdoor furniture from Bassett. The quality has been outstanding. After a year exposed to the summer sun and winter conditions, the furniture looks brand new! No descernable wear or fabric fading at all! As a result we recently purchased an additional piece; you cant tell the old from the new!Customer service both times has been excellent. One minor issue was quickly resolved by Bassett to our complete satisfaction.

As with all prior purchases from Bassett we were extremely pleased with their service and the Mallin product; both were top notch! Bassett also delivered and installed the fire pit fully in accordance with their initial schedule committment. We recently moved to the area and needed to furnish our home. After an exhausting 1,000 mile move, we needed help putting it all together. Joey, Linda and the entire staff did a great job helping us. We went to Bassett because we knew we wanted quality furnishings. They did not just sit in the store and try to sell us stuff. They came out to our house and looked at it, measured rooms, took pictures and listened to our likes/dislikes. After a couple minor tweaks which they wrer happy to accomodate, we had a plan which suited us and our budget. The most sleasant surprise was they listened to what WE wanted down to our color preferences and special requirements.
