Great customer service very helpful staff takes the time to explain the different options i was looking for my out door area. So many great options to choose from but was made easier by the knowledge staff.

Great Experience! Stopped in to buy firebrick for the woodstove in the church parsonage -- the guy behind the counter was cordial, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt...even gave the church a discount. The guy in the yard was also friendly and loaded-up the brink in the car.

Great costumer service! After a horrible contracter experience Nick made everything right. The wrong amount of brick was delivered to us and the contractor didnt even realize this. The second time we order the same thing happened. The third time Nick noticed that for the job we were trying to do we shouldnt need that much brick. He gave us our money back and made everything right. They are human and make mistakes but will go above and beyond to make it right. I am very thankful.

Great. I wish there was a sale going on. I am on a limited income. I went to the Brickyard because I know their products are superior and they warranty any defects in their products.

Im very upset with this place. I called two minutes before closing last night and the guy told me they had exactly what I needed and 500 or more in stock. I drove an hour out of my way wasted my gas wasted my time my kids are late for school now because I really needed to get it done this morning. I get there and the only things they have are not the right things and theyre a dollar more apiece. It would be nice if people learned how to do their jobs properly and worked on their customer service skills. They should have had to give me what they had for the price they quoted me on the phone. That is what true customer service is so they get a one-star review and they will never get my business.

Lots of options and helpful staff. Pretty busy on a Saturday and only 1 guy at the desk. Good prices and printed out a quote for us.

Loads of options so it seems but we were disappointed we were given a piece of paper and told to contact a landscaper for help. This place really doesnt advertise their prices and there is no calculator online, so everything about this company felt vague and impersonal, so we walked away confident we should look elsewhere before returning or making a purchase.

They lost a star because it seems pretty unorganized. Theyre system showed they had 6 of the slabs I wanted, but it was the wrong color. Good customer service though. They apologized and ordered more and hopefully it will come in within the next week or two.

They are not certified to install certain brands of fireplaces yet they sell them and install them. Consequently we are having to have ours reinstalled because the Brickyard didnt know what they were doing. Our home could have burned down because of their negligence. This is not an exaggeration.They also lost some of the accessories to our fireplaces.

Great store, I was looking for a natural Stacked stone and wasnt disappointed! They have more option here anywhere in GJ. Their staff is wonderful, very informative and nice. I highly recommend stopping by here for your landscape and more.

The benefits of shopping locally are supposed to be customer service and knowledge in the products you are selling if none of this matters to you this is a good place to shop If you like good customer service knowledgeable people that are willing to help you I would not advise going to this place

Helpful and knowledgeable staff

I dont leave negative reviews often. The staff was slow, disorganized, and widely unhelpful. Our wait time for just a few rocks was exceedingly long. I appreciate the bearded fellow trying to not make it a terrible experience right at the end, but I was shocked by how poor the service was.

Great experience working with these guys. Due to my own misunderstanding of some brick I ordered I ended up with the a few pallets of the wrong type. They brought me the new bricks without charging me a new delivery fee even though it was my fault. Will definitely work with them again!

The Brickyard has the greatest prices and creativity when it comes to outdoor projects.. The staff at Brickyard do a phenomenal job of turning any outdoor dreams into a functional and cost-effective reality.

I would go here for bricks but they open after I leave for work and close before I get home. They should be open Saturday to maximize their customer base.

They usually have what you need and are very helpful with advice on designing your project.
