On Friday we were told they had the siding we needed in stock and we could pick up the quantity we needed on Saturday. Because the length is 12 we hook up our trailer and drive from 30 road to 22 Road to get the siding. When we arrive were shown a siding that isnt the material we requested but the correct material is stacked outside and plenty in stock. Were told, oh I cant sell that, theres a shortage of lumber and we can only sell it with the framing pack.So why did the person on the phone on Friday tell us we could pick up the quantity we needed if they were not going to sell it to us?We strongly recommend checking every other source available before spending any money at 84!!

I took a drawing In to the store, gave it to Julian manager trainee, and he lost it, so I emailed him all the info again, and never heard from him, so I called and he said he would have a different guy get right on it, that guy emailed me and told me he would get back to me, this has been 3 weeks now no news from them I gave up and went with a different lumber company, this is no way to do business, and I was having a 20x30 shop quoted so not a small project

That guy is no longer there, and they have a new manager who seems very dedicated to serving his customers. They also have a new cabinet designer and two salesmen that have helped to build grand junction for the last 15+ years. I highly recommend 84 in grand junction for all your lumber, cabinets, doors, windows and anything else you might need for your next project. Contract/Builder focused very Homeowner friendly.

We ordered a lumber package which included 2- 2x12x14 ers. They were twisted, not useable. I called and within 1 hr the lumber salesman- Wyatt- had 2 new, nice ones out to us- on a Friday afternoon! Although the first ones should have been sent right- they made it right in short order!

I have worked with Travis for many years now, on many projects, and he always does a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Very good kitchen designer!

The sign on the gate and the front door say open Saturday from 8-12. Arrived at 9:30 and they are closed. Change your sign if your not going to be open.

Called for materials estimate 2 different times over a period of 2 months. Never got called back . Got tired of waiting
