The service was very fast and very good. I was pretty sure the battery in my wifes car was bad, but it is a side terminal and very hard to access. It took my almost as much time to put a charger on the battery as it did for the tech to change out the battery. Very impressive. Great service!

I stopped in to test the battery in my car and was helped by Brock. He tested my battery, found out it needed replacing and did so with impressive speed. He also replaced the battery in my garage opener and fixed my key fob that had never worked before. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend going to Batteries Plus and asking for Brock.

Yes good place. I think they may be little hi on some prices but when you need it they seem to have it. Yes you can order offline but they here local to help. I had to get 2 new batteries for scooter. I ordered online and 20 min later they ready. Walked in and they had them ready to go. I got cancer so I am limited to lifting so guy took them out to my car to put them in for me. It dont sound like much but its the little thing that makes the difference. A+ like I say you may get it cheaper elsewhere but you get what you pay for.

They ruined my iPhone.I brought it in for a screen repair, and the screen never worked a 100% right fromt the start (it would randomly act like it had touch input when it didnt). Two weeks after the repair I got caught in heavy rain with the phone in my soaked pants pocket. Next thing I know the screen got a dark spot and lines in it. This time I sent it to Apple and they told me the entire thing is basically toast due to water damage because the repair wasnt carried out properly.Read through the other reviews!These guys frequently mess up phone repairs.My guess is that theyve got whoever happens to be there working on phones, so if youre unlucky you get some snotty kid with half an hour worth of instruction messing with a $1000 piece of electronics.Do NOT let them touch your phone!

They didnt replace the screen when I dropped it off, and then when I left it there longer it got done but its horrible looking with lines through it and shaking at the bottom. We waited 3 hours for it, and couldnt wait any longer. It works, though its worse than before we brought it in. Ill just chalk it up to a learning experience and not go there again.

My car wouldnt start after my visit to a vet for my dog. I called the dealer and got no help. Finally I decided to try Batteries Plus and 2 very nice young men, Denver and Cole said they were about to close but would bring a battery to my location on their way home and see if that was the problem. It worked and I was on my way. Great service and from now on my only battery company is Batteries Plus.

I have come here before with what I thought was a bad battery and they just cleaned up my connection and told me the battery was fine. Another time my battery needed replaced and they helped me with all of the different options. Great guys. The owner is nice too; I remember when he let my 10 year old son help! Good selection of remote and watch batteries as well as bulbs. Affordable prices too!

Dave is amazing!!!! I got off work to a dead battery. Got a jump from a coworker and headed over to batteries plus. Dave checked my alternator...it was good. Checked battery....it was not. He showed me a couple options on a new one .....all very reasonable......and then installed a new one for me. Took five minutes....tops. Very good experience!!.

I will never return to this store or recommend to anyone!! Several employees were having very inappropriate conversations & being very loud. I had to take my child & leave. It was awful! Not much acknowledgment from mgr upon complaint.

Did online order. Store called and didn’t have the 6 pack of bulbs I ordered but had 3 pack. Said I could get 3 pack and they would call me when they get the other 3 in. Good of them to do that.

I checked prices at Sams Club before checking with Batteries Plus Bulbs. Sams was a bit cheaper, but the plus to BPB is immediate service rather than having to wait. At BPB, you simply walk up to the counter and ask for a battery. Dave, one of the sales reps, was there to greet me. He checked my battery and determined it was time to replace. He showed me that it was failing. He gave me two battery choices, and after I made my choice he got the battery and installed it. He made sure the cables were clean. In short, he did a great and thorough job. Again, it was a little more expensive, but sometimes paying more is worth it.

This is a great place to go if you need your phone repaired. I dropped off my phone at 7:30am Monday morning and had it back at 8:15am. The first screen they installed had an issue and when it took it back for a repair they quickly swapped screens and I was back in business. Joel and every other member of the staff was a pleasure to work with which is unfortunately not common theses days. If you need phone repair, batteries, bulbs or anything else these guys sell, definitely pay them a visit.

Maybe they are good at selling batteries, but dont let them work on your phone. I took my phone in for a battery replacement. They gave it back to me and it was not working correctly. They said it must be a defective new battery and put my battery back in until they could order a new one. The phone would still not work correctly. They would except no responsibility for the phone not working right and even suggested my phone was already damaged before I brought it in.I was traveling and had to return to Durango that same day. I took the phone to a repair shop and they said the technician from Batteries Plus pried loose a battery contact on the circuit board when prying the battery out. Damaged! I called about what they would do about it and they refused to even consider it.Beware!

Website said one of the batteries I was considering might not be in stock here and said to call. I did call, left a message, got a call back within 20 minutes. The gentleman that called said they could order it in or had a slightly more expensive one in stock that would hold a longer charge! I am very pleased with his knowledge and suggestions!

My iPhone wouldnt charge any longer and I was frantic (its my brain!) I took it in not knowing if anything can be done for Apple products. The young man took my phone back, diagnosed it, quoted me, fixed it, and had it back to me in under an hour. They replaced my battery for $75- no problem. Great, timely help and wonderful customer service.

They have just about any battery you need, a bit more pricey than other stores, but you save time in the long run. Easy curb side pick up.

I ordered 2 $350.00 marine batteries online because I wanted the online discount and free shipping if delivered to the store. The batteries would not work for what I needed them for. I called the store and they told me to bring them back no problem. But, when I got there the clerk told me that when I had called the day before the manager thought I was someone else that had ordered online also (first lie) Then told me the that they would not allow me to return them. He said you cant return a special order and that this was a special order(second lie). I didnt get that because all I did was place an order online. They didnt even offer to swap them out for what I did need. So I sat in my car called the 800 number for the online website. They called the store. I got my refund finally. What a Joke. I was a very good customer in the PAST. I didnt want to give them any stars but I had to choose one to make this post.

Went in to buy AA batteries, asked some questions about the car battery. Had the battery tested and decided to replace it. The new one was installed and I drove home! Employees are knowledgeable and polite to me and other shoppers who were in the store.

When I first worked with Batteries Plus, they were good. Two days later when my phone wasnt working correctly, they were terrible. Actually, so rude, I dont ever want to business there again. I saw a review just now that wrote The manager actually started yelling at me unprovoked. The owner has yet to contact me from my customer service inquiry. I can only assume he condones or at least tolerates poor work and poor behavior. If you want a reliable screen fix on your phone, dont do it here. Youll only end up frustrated and out $100+... I wish I had seen that review before I wasted my $200. I wasnt demanding my money back nor rude to them, all I was asking was they fix what they guaranteed worked and was a good product... The manager on duty was awful. Take your money somewhere else to a business that actually wants to help their customers.

The guys in the store are knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job on my Iphone screen replacement. I went to Batteries Plus because I have used them in the past and had a high level of trust for their work. I was willing to pay more than other repair shops in town because they have always been reputable in the past. I researched online before going in and made an appointment. The cost online was lower than what I was charged. When I asked about it, the salesperson/repair person found it online but would not honor the difference. I left feeling disappointed and will probably think twice about returning.

Smooth experience for me: ordered from website, picked up in an hour. Battery fits and works fine. Store recycled old battery which is convenience not available with online only stores.
